类似地,在多饮料的饮料机中,如果所有饮料的杯量都相同,也即只需要根据不同的杯型选择注入不同的饮料,存储装置只需要存储识别信息与饮料种类信息的对应关系即可。在多饮料多杯量的饮料机中,由于存在多种饮料和多种杯量,需要建立对应关系,也即存储装置需要存储识别信息与饮料种类信息和饮料量信息的对应关系。根据需要,上述对应信息可以在出厂前预设,也可以在使用过程中根据需要设置,也即饮料机还可以包括输入装置,输入装置与控制装置20连接,用于输入识别信息与饮料种类信息和/或饮料量信息的对应关系并存储在存储装置中,也即通过设置输入装置,根据需要自定义相应的对应关系,能够有效地拓展饮料机的饮料种类和使用场景。
另外,由于各种饮料的粘稠度和密度不同,可能对注入装置30的注入量造成影响,可以通过输入装置现场校准。也即选择特定饮料的特定杯量,在注入装置30注入结束之后,称量输出的饮料重量,再通过输入装置把当前饮料重量输入至控制装置20中,更新存储装置中的识别信息与饮料种类信息和/或饮料量信息的对应关系,以达到现场校准的目的。
结合图1和图2所示,饮料机还包括至少一个饮料桶组件,当饮料桶组 件为多个时,多个饮料桶组件相互并联,各饮料桶的输出管路与注入装置30的输入端连接(图2中为两个饮料桶组件,两个饮料桶可以为同种类饮料桶,也可以分别为不同种类饮料桶)。每个饮料桶组件包括饮料桶、检测饮料桶是否安装到位的在位检测器、检测饮料桶中的液位的液位检测器以及控制饮料桶的输出管路的输出阀门(即图2中第一饮料桶、第二饮料桶、第一液位检测器、第二液位检测器、第一在位检测器、第二在位检测器等),在位检测器、液位检测器和输出阀门与控制装置20连接。液位检测器设置在饮料桶上方,用于检测饮料桶中的液位,如果液位低于最低位置,则将相应的信息反馈给控制装置20,进而控制装置20通过报警装置向使用者报警,液位检测器可以采用超声波检测器,也可以采用其他光电检测器。在位检测器设置在饮料桶底部,用于检测饮料桶是否落入固定位置,如果饮料桶没有落入固定位置,则将相应的信息反馈给控制装置20,进而控制装置20通过相应的报警装置向使用者报警,同时阻断输出阀门的开启,优选地,在位检测器采用限位开关,饮料桶落入固定位置即可触发。本发明的饮料机也可以不设置饮料桶,只需要设置相应的连接接口即可,使用时,将相应的饮料桶连接上即可。饮料桶可根据需要配置制冷或制热等调制功能,以输出不同温度的饮料以适应不同的应用场景。
结合图1所示,注入装置30包括输出泵31、出液龙头32以及连接输出泵31和出液龙头32的管路。根据需要,可以在管路上设置单向止回阀,从而防止回流。优选地,输出泵31采用隔膜泵,隔膜泵流速平稳,流量稳定,只需要控制输送泵的开启时间,即可控制泵送的量即饮料杯中的饮料量。当然,根据需要,也可以设置流量计实现反馈控制输出泵31,从而实现输出量的更精确控制。隔膜泵内部采用高耐磨食品级硅胶膜片,可以保证饮料的安全卫生。输出泵31也可以采用蠕动泵,蠕动泵的驱动部件和输送介质完全隔离,从而保证饮料的安全卫生。一般情况下,可以通过控制使输出泵31工作过程中流量恒定,只需要控制输送泵的开启时间,即可控制泵送的量即饮料杯中的饮料量。当然,根据需要,也可以设置流量计实现反馈控制输出泵31,从而实现输出量的更精确控制。
优选地,为了提高自动化程度,本发明的饮料机还设置自动清洗模式, 在饮料桶和输出泵31之间设置清洗回路,清洗回路包括在饮料桶上方设置的清洗喷头和清洗阀,清洗阀设置在输出泵31的输出端与清洗喷头之间。清洗模式时,首先在饮料桶内注入清洗液,之后开启清洗阀、输出阀门、输出泵31,清洗液被输出泵31从饮料桶中抽出,经过清洗阀,由清洗喷头以喷淋的方式散布在饮料桶壁上对饮料桶内部进行清洗。为了节约清洗液保护环境,清洗液循环使用。之后可关闭清洗阀,饮料桶中的清洗液经过输出阀门、输出泵31,之后从出液龙头32排出,顺便对输出泵31和出液龙头32之间的管道进行清洗。在清洗液清洗之后,在饮料桶中注入清水,重复上述清洗液的步骤,即可完成清洗。
优选地,饮料机还包括手动控制按键,手动控制按键用于手动控制注入装置30。如在识别装置10或者控制装置20故障,或者使用的为不带识别信息的饮料杯时,或者用户有特殊口味要求时,可以通过手动控制按键操作饮料机,将饮料注入到饮料杯中,实现手动控制饮料泵出和停止;另外,手动控制按键也可以在意外、误操作等情况下,紧急停止注入装置30,从而防止饮料浪费。一般地,饮料机还包括显示装置40,显示装置40与控制装置20连接,从而显示饮料机的工作状态和/或故障信息,如上述的液位低信息,或者饮料桶没有落入固定位置信息,上述故障信息可以通过特定的代码显示,从而便于使用者排除故障。显示装置40可以采用OLED指示灯,也可以采用触摸屏将上述输入装置、手动控制按键等装置集成在一起。
优选地,本发明的饮料机还包括向服务器发送工作信息的发送装置,工作信息包括输出的饮料种类、输出时间和输出杯量中的至少之一。也即饮料机将日常输出的饮料种类、输出时间、输出杯量等工作信息通过网络传输至后台服务器中,以形成大数据。之后通过对大数据进行挖掘,可得出用户的消费习惯,精确掌握特定饮料供应点对特定饮料的需求分布,从而为饮料生产、配送和库存做出预算,减少特定饮料的废弃量,节约开支。
结合图2和3所示,为了使得整个饮料机的结构更美观,本发明的饮料机主要分为台面上部分和台面下部分,饮料桶组件、输出泵31、单向止回阀、控制装置20等一般都设置在台面下,台面上部分仅保留出液龙头32、识别装置10以及显示装置40等。
结合图1至4所示,以多饮料多杯量的饮料机来具体说明本发明饮料机工作过程。
使用过程中,操作人员选择所需饮料杯(对应饮品种类和量),放置在出液龙头32的下方,识别装置10识别饮料杯上的识别信息(如射频识别装置10识别射频芯片),进而,控制装置20根据识别信息,获取与识别信息对应的饮料种类信息和饮料量信息。
控制装置20获取到上述信息之后,首先判断该种类的饮料桶是否在位,如果不在位,则发送故障信息(如相应的故障代码)并通过显示装置40报错;如果在位,则进一步判断饮料桶中的剩余饮料是否足够该次所需饮料量(通过液位检测装置检测液位,进而计算相应的剩余饮料),如果剩余饮料不够,则发送故障信息(如相应的故障代码)并通过显示装置40报错。如果剩余饮料足够,则启动注入装置30,即启动对应饮料桶的输出阀门,输出泵31向出液龙头32输出对应饮料,在输出量达到对应量(输出时间达到对应时间)时关闭阀门和输出泵31,完成注入。
本发明的另一方面还提供了一种饮料分注系统,包括饮料杯和前述的饮料机,饮料杯上具有识别信息,饮料机读取饮料杯的识别信息,并将与识别信息对应的饮料种类和/或饮料量注入到饮料杯中。也即本发明的饮料分注系统通过在饮料杯上设置识别信息,并通过饮料机上的识别装置10读取饮料杯的识别信息,进而实现自动控制输出对应量的对应饮料,操作更简单,有效降低操作人员的要求。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,在本发明的上述教导下,本领域技术人员可以在上述实施例的基础上进行其他的改进或变形。本领域技术人员应该明白,上述的具体描述只是更好的解释本发明的目的,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种饮料机,用于将饮料注入到饮料杯中,其特征在于,包括:
    识别装置,用于读取饮料杯的识别信息,并发送所述识别信息;
    控制装置,接收所述识别信息,并获取与所述识别信息对应的饮料种类信息和/或饮料量信息,并根据所述饮料种类信息和/或所述饮料量信息输出注入控制信息;
    注入装置,接收并根据注入控制信息将对应的饮料种类和/或饮料量注入到饮料杯中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述识别信息为识别码,所述识别装置为识别码扫描装置;或者,
    所述识别信息为杯重,所述识别装置为重量检测装置;或者,
    所述识别信息为射频芯片,所述识别装置为射频检测器。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述控制装置包括存储装置,用于存储所述识别信息与所述饮料种类信息和/或所述饮料量信息的对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述饮料机还包括输入装置,所述输入装置与所述控制装置连接,用于输入所述识别信息与所述饮料种类信息和/或所述饮料量信息的对应关系并存储在存储装置中。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述饮料机还包括至少一个饮料桶组件,每个所述饮料桶组件包括饮料桶、检测所述饮料桶是否安装到位的在位检测器、检测所述饮料桶中的液位的液位检测器以及控制所述饮料桶的输出管路的输出阀门;
    所述饮料桶的输出管路与所述注入装置的输入端连接;
    所述在位检测器、所述液位检测器和所述输出阀门与所述控制装置连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述注入装置包括输出泵、出液龙头以及连接所述输出泵和所述出液龙头的管路。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述饮料机还包括清洗回路,所述清洗回路的输入端与所述输出泵的输 出端连接;所述清洗回路的输出端与设置在饮料桶上方的清洗喷头连接;
    所述清洗回路上设置清洗控制阀,所述清洗控制阀与所述控制装置连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述饮料机还包括用于显示工作状态和/或故障信息的显示装置,所述显示装置与所述控制装置连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述饮料机还包括用于手动控制所述注入装置的手动控制按键。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料机,其特征在于,
    所述饮料机还包括向服务器发送工作信息的发送装置,所述工作信息包括输出的饮料种类、输出时间和输出杯量中的至少之一。
  11. 一种饮料分注系统,包括饮料杯和饮料机,其特征在于,所述饮料机为权利要求1至10中任一项所述的饮料机;所述饮料杯上具有识别信息,所述饮料机读取饮料杯的识别信息,并将与所述识别信息对应的饮料种类和/或饮料量注入到饮料杯中。
