Abstract

Description
本发明涉及空调器设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种室内机及具有其的空调器。
现有技术中,空调器采用底壳上装配蒸发器、风叶、电机等。风道和水道部分均位于底壳上,再将其固定到壁挂板上。整机长期使用后,风道和水道部分易产生脏污,使得空调器成为污染源,影响用户的使用体验。
目前,采用下底壳与上底壳可拆卸连接的形式,实现较对脏污的风道和水道进行拆卸清洁。同时,通过上、下底壳周围的密封筋配合方式实现风道的密封。但是,上底壳与下底壳连接位置处,如图1所示,上底壳的筋条3较为靠近蒸发器、在空调制冷的过程中上底壳产生的冷凝水会流入下底壳连接侧板处的筋条1和筋条2配合的限位凹槽内,使得筋条3的前后均产生冷凝水,且冷凝水在此处聚集,容易滋生细菌等问题。
现有技术中想要达到上底壳与下底壳实现较优的密封效果,主要通过上、下底壳间的筋条接触实现密封,而此种密封方式在空调器启停时会产生异响等问题,影响用户使用的舒适性。而且,采用下底壳为限位槽与上底壳的配合方式,使得下底壳装配时需与墙面贴近,易造成墙体的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种室内机及具有其的空调器,以解决现有技术中空调器下底壳容易产生冷凝水凝聚的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种室内机,包括:下底壳;上底壳,上底壳具有第一连接侧板,第一连接侧板用于与下底壳相连接,第一连接侧板设置有限位部,部分的下底壳延伸至限位部内与上底壳相连接。
进一步地,限位部为开设于第一连接侧板端部上的限位凹槽,限位凹槽的长度方向与第一连接侧板的长度方向一致。
进一步地,沿限位凹槽的深度方向的几何中心线与水平方向具有第一角度β,其中,180°<β<360°。
进一步地,下底壳具有第二连接侧板,部分的第二连接侧板延伸至限位凹槽内,至少部分的第二连接侧板的外表面和/或第二连接侧板的内表面上设置有密封筋条,密封筋条与限位凹槽的槽壁相抵接。
进一步地,密封筋条包括:横向密封筋条,横向密封筋条沿第二连接侧板的长度方向延伸;竖向密封筋条,竖向密封筋条的延伸方向与横向密封筋条的延伸方向具有第二角度。
进一步地,第二角度呈直角。
进一步地,下底壳包括:下底壳安装部,第二连接侧板与下底壳安装部的后侧壁相连接,部分的第二连接侧板与部分的下底壳安装部的后侧壁围设成第一水槽。

应用本发明的技术方案,在上底壳上设置有起限位作用的限位部,并将部分的下底壳延伸至限位部内以实现上底壳与下底壳连接,能够避免现有技术中采用在下底壳上设置限位凸筋使上底壳与下底壳连接造成的限位凸筋间容易产生冷凝水聚集的问题。即采用本申请的技术方案,能够有效地防止空调器的冷凝水在下底壳上凝聚,有效地解决了空调器在长时间使用下容易滋生细菌等问题,提高了用户的使用体验。

具体地,如图2和图3所示,该室内机包括下底壳10和上底壳20。上底壳20具有第一连接侧板21,第一连接侧板21用于与下底壳10相连接,第一连接侧板21设置有限位部30,部分的下底壳10延伸至限位部30内与上底壳20相连接。
在本实施例中,在上底壳上设置有起限位作用的限位部,并将部分的下底壳延伸至限位部内以实现上底壳与下底壳连接,能够避免现有技术中采用在下底壳上设置限位凸筋使上底壳与下底壳连接造成的限位凸筋间容易产生冷凝水聚集的问题。即采用本申请的技术方案,能够有效地防止空调器的冷凝水在下底壳上凝聚,有效地解决了空调器在长时间使用下容易滋生细菌等问题,提高了用户的使用体验。
优选地,限位部30为开设于第一连接侧板21端部上的限位凹槽,限位凹槽的长度方向与第一连接侧板21的长度方向一致。这样设置能够有效地防止下底壳上出现冷凝水凝聚的情况,增加了该室内机的实用性。
进一步地,沿限位凹槽的深度方向的几何中心线与水平方向具有第一角度β,其中,180°<β<360°。具体地,作垂直于限位凹槽的长度方向的水平线,将该水平线视为横坐标,作以限位凹槽的底部为起点,沿限位凹槽的开口方向的几何中心线在竖直面上的投影线,则几何中心线的投影线的角度的范围为180°<β<360°。即在本实施例中,只要保证限位凹槽的开口方向倾斜向下即可。优选地,限位凹槽的开口方向沿竖直方向向下。此时,β=270°。
其中,下底壳10具有第二连接侧板11。部分的第二连接侧板11延伸至限位凹槽内,至少部分的第二连接侧板11的外表面和第二连接侧板11的内表面上设置有密封筋条40,密封筋条40与限位凹槽的槽壁相抵接。这样设置使得下底壳10的第二连接侧板11与上底壳20的接触方式为线接触,这样设置能够有效减小下底壳10与下底壳10的接触面积,使得当室内机处于启停工况下不会发出异响,提高了用户的使用体验。
具体地,如图3和图4所示,密封筋条40包括横向密封筋条41和竖向密封筋条42。横向密封筋条41沿第二连接侧板11的长度方向延伸。竖向密封筋条42的延伸方向与横向密封筋条41的延伸方向具有第二角度。这样设置能够从多个方位实现对上底壳实现支撑,增加了上底壳与下底壳之间的连接可靠性。优选地,为了减小上底壳与下底壳的接触面积,可以将第二角度设置成直角。
如图4和图5所示,下底壳10包括下底壳安装部12。第二连接侧板11与下底壳安装部12的后侧壁相连接,部分的第二连接侧板11与部分的下底壳安装部12的后侧壁围设成第一水槽60。这样设置使得在第二连接侧板11即上底壳上形成的冷凝水能够流至第一水槽60内在通过排水管排出室内机外,有效地避免了冷凝水在室内机内出现凝聚的情况。
优选地,为了避免靠近蒸发器50一侧的上底壳和下底壳的外壁上产生冷凝水,在下底壳10上设置了挡水板70。挡水板70与下底壳安装部12的后侧壁相连接并位于第二连接侧板11的下方,挡水板70与部分的下底壳安装部12的后侧壁围设成第二水槽80。这样设置能够有效地实现对室内机外壳产生的冷凝水进行收集并将其及时排出,以避免室内机滴水影响用户使用体验的问题。
为了能够及时地将室内机内产生的冷凝水及时的排出至室内机外,在下底壳安装部12的与后侧壁相对的前侧壁开设有第三水槽90,第三水槽90在竖直面上投影的高度小于第二水槽80在竖直面上投影的高度。
为了提高室内机的装配效率,将限位凹槽的槽口侧的宽度设置成逐渐增加的方式。这样设置还能够有效地降低了上壳体与下壳体的装配难度。
上述实施例中的室内机还可以用于空调器设备技术领域,即根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种空调器,包括室内机,室内机为上述实施例中的室内机。具体地,该室内机包括下底壳10和上底壳20。上底壳20具有第一连接侧板21,第一连接侧板21用于与下底壳10相连接,第一连接侧板21设置有限位部30,部分的下底壳10延伸至限位部30内与上底壳20相连接。其中,风叶100设置于下底壳10上。
在本实施例中,在上底壳上设置有起限位作用的限位部,并将部分的下底壳延伸至限位部内以实现上底壳与下底壳连接,能够避免现有技术中采用在下底壳上设置限位凸筋使上底壳与下底壳连接造成的限位凸筋间容易产生冷凝水聚集的问题。即采用本申请的技术方案,能够有效地防止空调器的冷凝水在下底壳上出现凝聚的情况,有效地解决了空调器在长时间使用下容易滋生细菌等问题,提高了用户的使用体验。
具体地,采用本申请中的室内机,能够及时地将室内机产生的冷凝水排出,从而避免了因冷凝水在室内机内长时间的集聚产生污染的问题,同时通过设置密封筋条结构,有效防止了异响的产生。
在本实施例中,采用上底壳上的限位凹槽与下底壳相配合,将上底壳产生的冷凝水有效的引入下底壳的第一水槽内。同时,通过设置密封筋条,达到较高密封效果的同时,防止了热胀冷缩带来的异响问题。
在本实施例中,为方便风水道部分的清洁,将空调器底壳拆分为上底壳与下底壳结构,通过两者之间的配合实现整体的密封,同时通过将下底壳与上底壳设置成可拆卸的方式,实现风水道部分的简易清洁。
其中,上底壳具有开口向下的限位凹槽结构。为方便下底壳的装配,上底壳上的限位凹槽具有扩口结构,该扩口结构的具体设置方式为限位凹槽的槽口侧的宽度逐渐增加。装配时蒸发器抵接到下底壳的前部水槽即第三水槽的上方,使得制冷时蒸发器产生的冷凝水直接流入至水槽内再排出。同样的,因蒸发器制冷过程中温度较低,使得与其距离较近的上底壳及下底壳位置均会因温度较低产生一定量的冷凝水。为此,在下底壳的背部设置水槽结构及第二水槽,用于引流上下底壳背部产生的冷凝水。且,下底壳背部水槽较下底壳的前部水槽位置较高,便于冷凝水通过排水管排出室外。
在下底壳的顶部密封位置,包含有一系列密封筋条,如图3示,通过下底壳前后两端配合的竖向密封筋条,与上底壳的限位凹槽的槽壁接触,实现线与面的接触形式,减少了热胀冷缩带来的异响。同时,通过下底壳背面的横向密封筋条结构与上底壳的限位凹槽的槽壁接触,实现了上、下底壳的密封,防止了室内机壳体后侧温度较高的空气流入风道内。

Claims (12)
- 一种室内机,其特征在于,包括:下底壳(10);上底壳(20),所述上底壳(20)具有第一连接侧板(21),所述第一连接侧板(21)用于与所述下底壳(10)相连接,所述第一连接侧板(21)设置有限位部(30),部分的所述下底壳(10)延伸至所述限位部(30)内与所述上底壳(20)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述限位部(30)为开设于所述第一连接侧板(21)端部上的限位凹槽,所述限位凹槽的长度方向与所述第一连接侧板(21)的长度方向一致。
- 根据权利要求2所述的室内机,其特征在于,沿所述限位凹槽的深度方向的几何中心线与水平方向具有第一角度β,其中,180°<β<360°。
- 根据权利要求2所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述下底壳(10)具有第二连接侧板(11),部分的所述第二连接侧板(11)延伸至所述限位凹槽内,至少部分的所述第二连接侧板(11)的外表面和/或所述第二连接侧板(11)的内表面上设置有密封筋条(40),所述密封筋条(40)与所述限位凹槽的槽壁相抵接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述密封筋条(40)包括:横向密封筋条(41),所述横向密封筋条(41)沿所述第二连接侧板(11)的长度方向延伸;竖向密封筋条(42),所述竖向密封筋条(42)的延伸方向与所述横向密封筋条(41)的延伸方向具有第二角度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述第二角度呈直角。
- 根据权利要求4所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述下底壳(10)包括:下底壳安装部(12),所述第二连接侧板(11)与所述下底壳安装部(12)的后侧壁相连接,部分的所述第二连接侧板(11)与部分的所述下底壳安装部(12)的后侧壁围设成第一水槽(60)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述下底壳(10)还包括:挡水板(70),所述挡水板(70)与所述下底壳安装部(12)的后侧壁相连接并位于所述第二连接侧板(11)的下方,所述挡水板(70)与部分的所述下底壳安装部(12)的后侧壁围设成第二水槽(80)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述下底壳安装部(12)的与所述后侧壁相对的前侧壁开设有第三水槽(90),所述第三水槽(90)在竖直面上投影的高度小于所述第二水槽(80)在竖直面上投影的高度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述限位凹槽的槽口侧的宽度逐渐增加。
- 根据权利要求2所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述限位凹槽的开口方向沿竖直方向向下。
- 一种空调器,包括室内机,其特征在于,所述室内机为权利要求1至11中任一项所述的室内机。
