Abstract

本申请涉及制冷设备技术领域,公开一种空调器及其室外机。室外机包括:换热器,包括至少一排换热管;和喷淋装置,包括喷淋部,喷淋部上设有多排喷淋孔,喷淋孔的排数大于或等于换热管的排数,且每一排换热管与至少一排喷淋孔相对设置,以使一排喷淋孔能够向换热器上相对应的一排换热管处喷水。一排喷淋孔向换热器上与该排喷淋孔相对应的换热管处喷水,实现对换热管的清洗。由于每一排换热管均与至少一排喷淋孔相对应,从而能够实现对换热器上每一排换热管处的清洗,实现对换热器的全面清洗,提高对换热器的清洗效果。

空调器及其室外机
本申请基于申请号为202021693941.5、申请日为2020年08月13日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及制冷设备技术领域,例如涉及一种空调器及其室外机。
背景技术
空调器室外机常年暴露在室外,很容易造成积灰,尤其是室外机的换热器,由于其薄片小间隙的结构更容易堆积灰尘,造成换热器堵塞,严重影响工作效率。因此要求定期对换热器进行清洗,但室外机通常安装在窗户外面,这给换热器的清洗工作造成了很大的困难。
现有通过喷水对换热器进行清洗的方案,清洗效果不佳。
发明内容
为了对披露的实施例的一些方面有基本的理解,下面给出了简单的概括。所述概括不是泛泛评述,也不是要确定关键/重要组成元素或描绘这些实施例的保护范围,而是作为后面的详细说明的序言。
本公开实施例提供一种空调器及其室外机,以解决现有通过对换热器喷水对换热器进行清洗的方案清洗效果不佳的问题。
根据本实用新型实施例的第一方面,提供了一种空调器的室外机,包括壳体和设置于所述壳体内的换热器,所述换热器包括一排或多排换热管,还包括:喷淋装置,包括喷淋部,所述喷淋部上设有多排喷淋孔,所述喷淋孔的排数大于或等于所述换热管的排数,且每一排所述换热管与至少一排所述喷淋孔相对设置。
可选地,室外机还包括:风扇,设于所述换热器的一侧,沿所述风扇的进风方向,一排所述喷淋孔与相对应的一排所述换热管依次设置,且一排所述喷淋孔的延伸方向与相对应的一排所述换热管的延伸方向相同。
可选地,所述喷淋装置还包括:水箱,设于所述壳体内或设于所述壳体外;和水管,连通在所述水箱与所述喷淋部之间。
可选地,在所述水箱设于所述壳体外的情况下;所述水管从所述壳体的侧壁穿出所述壳体,或者,所述水管穿过所述壳体与所述换热器之间的间隙并从所述壳体上与所述间隙相连通的缺口穿出所述壳体;或者,所述水管设于所述室外机的电机支架的支撑部并沿所述支撑部延伸,以从所述壳体的底壁穿出所述壳体,其中,所述支撑部位于所述壳体的顶 壁和所述壳体的底壁之间。
可选地,所述喷淋部设有限位部;所述换热器设有和所述限位部相配合的限位配合部,以将所述喷淋部固定于所述换热器。
可选地,室外机还包括:电机支架,包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部设于所述换热器,所述喷淋部向偏离所述第一连接部的方向弯折形成弯折段,以避让所述第一连接部。
可选地,所述电机支架还包括:第二连接部,与所述第一连接部相连接,所述喷淋部向所述第二连接部的方向弯折形成所述弯折段,所述弯折段与所述第二连接部之间支撑有支撑筋。
可选地,所述喷淋部位于所述壳体的顶壁与所述换热器之间。
可选地,所述换热器包括:第一换热段,一排所述换热管中部分位于所述第一换热段内;第二换热段,与所述第一换热段相连接且连接处形成第一折角,一排所述换热管中部分位于所述第二换热段内;所述喷淋部包括:第一喷淋段,与所述第一换热段相对设置;第二喷淋段,与所述第一喷淋段相连接且连接处形成第二折角,并与所述第二换热段相对设置。
根据本实用新型实施例的第二方面,提供了一种空调器,包括如上述实施例中任一项所述的空调器的室外机。
本公开实施例提供的空调器及其室外机,可以实现以下技术效果:
一排喷淋孔向换热器上与该排喷淋孔相对应的换热管处喷水,实现对换热管的清洗。由于每一排换热管均与至少一排喷淋孔相对应,从而能够实现对换热器上每一排换热管处的清洗,实现对换热器的全面清洗,提高对换热器的清洗效果。

结合图2、图3、图5和图6所示,本公开实施例提供一种空调器的室外机,包括换热器3和喷淋装置2。
换热器3包括至少一排换热管,如图3中换热器包括两排换热管,分别为第一排换热管31和第二排换热管32。换热管可以为铜管或其它材质的管路,换热管之间相互连通。
喷淋装置2包括喷淋部21,喷淋部21上设有多排喷淋孔211,如图2中,包括第一排喷淋孔212和第二排喷淋孔213。喷淋孔211的排数大于或等于换热管的排数,使得每一排换热管均能够与至少一排喷淋孔211相对设置,以使一排喷淋孔211能够向换热器3上相对应的一排换热管处喷水,实现对换热管处的清洗。
对于每一排换热管均有至少一排喷淋孔211与该排换热管相对应,其中,一排喷淋孔211与一排换热管相对应指的是该排喷淋孔211喷出的水能够到达换热器3上该排换热管处,或者,该排喷淋孔211喷出的水中大部分水能够到达换热器3上该排换热管处,以对换热器3上该排换热管处进行清洗。由于每排换热管均有相对应的至少一排喷淋孔211,从而换热器3上每排换热管处均能够得到清洗,从而提高了对换热器3的清洗效果,使得换热器3能够得到全面清洗。
如图3所示,一排喷淋孔211的延伸方向与相对应的一排换热管的延伸方向相同,即每排喷淋孔211沿相对应的一排换热管的走向设置,从而使得该排喷淋孔211延伸方向的各处均能够与该排换热管延伸方向的各处分别相对应,使得该排换热管延伸方向的各处均能够得到清洗。
需要说明的是,一排喷淋孔211中喷淋孔211的数量为多个,多个喷淋孔211沿排布在同一直线或近似同一直线上,形成一排喷淋孔211,也可以是一排喷淋孔211为一个喷淋孔211,一个喷淋孔211长度较大,沿相对应的换热管的延伸方向延伸,形成一个细长的喷淋孔211,该细长的喷淋孔211与一排换热管相对应。
可选地,室外机还包括风扇,风扇设于换热器3的一侧,沿风扇的进风方向,一排喷淋孔211与相对应的一排换热管依次设置。
喷淋部21和换热器3设置在风扇的进风侧(后侧),由于风扇产生的气流的作用,喷淋孔211喷出的水会偏向气流流动的方向。一排喷淋孔211和相对应的一排换热管沿进风风向设置,即排喷淋孔211的中心线和相对应的一排换热管的中心线沿进风风向设置,也就是说该排喷淋孔211的中心线不是正对准该排换热管的中心线,而是该排喷淋孔211的中心线相对于该排换热管的中心线向进风方向的反方向偏移,即设置在该排换热管的中心线的外侧,其中,沿进风风向指向风扇为内,沿进风方向的反方向偏离风扇为外。这样在风扇的作用下,该排喷淋孔211喷出的水能够准确的对准相对应的该排换热管,提高对该排换热器3的清洗效果,使喷淋孔211喷出的水分布更均匀。
在一个具体的实施例中,换热管的排数与喷淋孔211的排数相等,例如如图3所示,换热管的排数为两排,喷淋孔211的排数也为两排,每一排喷淋孔211与邻近的一排换热 管相对应。为方便描述,将两排喷淋孔211分别命名为第一排喷淋孔212和第二排喷淋孔213,将两排换热管分别命名为第一排换热管31和第二排换热管32,第一排换热管31与第一排喷淋孔212相对应,用于对换热器3上第一排换热管31处进行清洗,第二排换热管32与第二排喷淋孔213相对应,用于对换热器3上第二排换热管32处进行清洗。沿进风方向,第一排换热管31和第二排换热管32依次设置,即第一排换热管31设置在第二排换热管32的外侧。沿进风方向,第一排喷淋孔212和第二排喷淋孔213依次设置,即第一排喷淋孔212设置在第二排喷淋孔213的外侧。第一排喷淋孔212不是正对准第一排换热管31,而是位于第一排换热管31的外侧,即第一排喷淋孔212设置在第一排换热管31进风方向的反方向上,第二排喷淋孔213不是正对准第二排换热管32,而是位于第二排换热管32的外侧,即第二排喷淋孔213设置在第二排换热管32进风方向的反方向上,此时第一排喷淋孔212位于第一排换热管31的斜上方,第二排喷淋孔213位于第二排换热管32的斜上方。为了使喷淋孔211喷出的水分布更加均匀,第一排喷淋孔212和第二排喷淋孔213相互错位。
如图9所示,换热器3包括第一换热段33和第二换热段34。一排换热管中的部分换热管位于第一换热段33内。第二换热段34与第一换热段33相连接且连接处形成第一折角35,例如换热器呈L形,一排换热管中的部分换热管位于第一换热段33内,部分换热管位于第二换热段34内;喷淋部21包括第一喷淋段217和第二喷淋段218。第二喷淋段218与第一喷淋段217相连接且连接处形成第二折角219,其中,第一喷淋段217与第一换热段33相对设置,第二喷淋段218与第二换热段34相对设置,第一折角35与第二折角219相对设置,使得第一喷淋段217与第一换热管相对应,第二喷淋段218与第二换热段34相对应。
第一喷淋段217和第二喷淋段218中均设有流道,且第一喷淋段217中的流道和第二喷淋段218中的流道相连通。第一喷淋段217上设有喷淋孔211,第二喷淋段218上也是有喷淋孔211,第一喷淋段217上的喷淋孔211用于对第一换热段33上的换热管进行清洗,第二喷淋段218上的喷淋孔211用于对第二换热段34上的换热管进行清洗。
每排换热管的部分位于第一换热段33内,部分位于第二换热段34内。相应的,每排喷淋孔211的部分位于第一喷淋段217内,部分位于第二喷淋段218内。
第一折角35与第二折角219相等或近似相等,使得第一喷淋段217与第一换热段33能够沿同一方向延伸,第二喷淋段218与第二换热段34能够沿同一方向延伸,提高第一喷淋段217对第一换热段33的清洗效果,第二喷淋段218对第二换热段34的清洗效果。
可选地,如图4至图6所示,室外机包括壳体1,壳体呈长方体形,壳体1包括顶壁11、位于顶壁11下方的底壁12及设置在顶壁11和底壁12之间的侧壁13,底壁12可以为室外机的底盘。换热器3位于壳体1内,喷淋部21位于壳体1的顶壁11与换热器3之间。
喷淋部21设置在换热器3的上方,且位于壳体1的顶壁11的下方,充分利用壳体1 的顶壁11与喷淋部21之间的空间,且喷淋部21喷出的水自上而下流动,实现对换热管的良好清洗。
可选地,换热器3设有限位配合部,喷淋部21设有限位部,限位配合部和限位部相配合,以将喷淋部21固定于换热器3,实现喷淋部21与换热器3之间的定位。
例如,如图1所示,限位部可以为设置在喷淋部21两侧的多个限位凸起216,相对的两个限位凸起216限定出限位空间,限位配合部包括换热器3上端的外表面,换热器3上端的外表面卡在限位空间内。
又例如,限位配合部为设置在换热器3两侧的多个限位凸起,限位部为喷淋部21的下表面,相对的两个限位凸起限定出限位空间,喷淋部21下端的外表面卡在限位空间内。
可以理解,喷淋部21还可以通过紧固件固定在换热器3上,或者焊接在换热器3上。
可选地,如图5和图6所示,室外机还包括电机和电机支架5,电机支架5用于支撑电机。电机支架5包括第一连接部51、第二连接部52和支撑部53,第一连接部51设于换热器3,喷淋部21向偏离第一连接部51的方向弯折形成弯折段214,弯折段214的形状与第一连接部51的形状相适配,以使得弯折部能够完全避让第一连接部51,避免喷淋部21与第一连接部51之间发生干涉。
这样喷淋部21不会影响电机支架5的原有设置,避免喷淋装置2设置对现有室外机改进过大。
如图5所示,第一连接部51搭接在换热器3的上端。喷淋部21向内(向前)弯折形成弯折段214,弯折段214绕第一连接部51的外侧设置。第一连接部51呈长方形,弯折段214包括直线、曲线中的至少一个,例如弯折段214包括多个直线段,多个直线段依次连接,且相邻两个直线段的连接处形成不为零的角,如图9所示,弯折段214包括三条首尾依次连接的直线段,又例如,弯折段214呈弧形。可以理解,喷淋部21还可以朝上或朝外弯折形成弯折段214。第一连接部51搭接在第一换热段33上,相应的弯折段214设置在第一喷淋段217上。
可选地,如图5和图6所示,电机支架5还包括第二连接部52,第一连接部51靠近换热器设置,第二连接部52靠近壳体的前侧壁设置,第一连接部51和第二连接部52沿水平方向设置,支撑部53与第一连接部和/或第二连接部相连接,并沿上下方向设置。
第二连接部52连接在第一连接部51的前侧,喷淋部21向前(向第二连接部52的方向)弯折形成弯折段214,第二连接部靠近第一连接部的一端的上表面向下凹陷,使得弯折段214位于第二连接部52的上方,如图10所示,且弯折段214与第二连接部52之间支撑有支撑筋215,换言之,支撑筋215抵接在弯折段214与第二连接部52之间,对弯折段214起到支撑作用。
支撑筋215可以与电机支架5为一体式或分体结构,或与喷淋部21为一体式或分体结构。支撑筋215的数量可以为一个或多个,并沿上下方向延伸。
可选地,如图13所示,喷淋装置2还包括水箱23和水管22。水管22连通在水箱23 与喷淋部21之间。
水箱23用于储水,喷淋部21内设有流道,喷淋孔211与流道相连通,且流道与水管22相连通,从而水箱23中的水通过水管22流入流道,再经喷淋孔211喷出。
水箱23设可以设于壳体1内,也可以设于壳体1外。
当水箱23设于壳体1内时,水箱23可以设置在壳体1的底壁上,通过壳体1的底壁支撑水箱23,当然水箱23也可以设置在壳体1的其他位置,例如壳体1的侧壁13。
如图13所示,当水箱23设于壳体1外时,水箱23可以设于室外机的安装支架6上,并位于室外机与安装基础之间,其中,安装支架6用于将室外机固定在安装基础上,安装基础指的是室外机的安装载体,例如为墙体或天花板等。当然,除安装支架6外,水箱23也可以设置于其它位置,例如设置于壳体1的顶壁11的上方。
可以理解,也可以不设置水箱23,而是水管22与自来水管22连通。
可选地,在水箱23设于壳体1外的情况下,水管22需穿出壳体1才能够与壳体1外部的水箱23相连通。
至于水管22穿出壳体1的具体方式,在第一个具体的实施例中,如图7至图9所示,水管22从壳体1的侧壁13穿出壳体1。
水管22连接在第二喷淋段218上,或者连接在第一喷淋段217和第二喷淋段218的连接处,水管22的一部分位于壳体1的侧壁13与换热器3之间,壳体1的另一部分穿出壳体1的侧壁13,以便与水箱23连通。这样,可以缩短水管22的长度,而且水管22可以方便的从壳体1的左侧壁或右侧壁131穿出壳体1,避免水管22从壳体1的前侧壁穿出而影响风扇的出风及壳体1的美观。可选地,常见的壳体1的左侧壁或右侧壁131上设有通孔135,水管22经左侧壁或右侧壁131穿出时,可以经通孔135穿出,增加了通孔135的用途,而且避免在壳体1的其他位置再单独设置供水管22穿出的通孔135。
在第二个具体的实施例中,如图10至图13所示,壳体1与换热器3之间形成间隙,壳体1上设有与间隙相连通的缺口133,水管22穿过间隙并从缺口133处穿出壳体1。
换热器3位于壳体1的后部,壳体1的后侧壁136与换热器3之间形成间隙,壳体1的后侧壁136上设有与间隙相连通的缺口133,水管22穿过间隙并从缺口133伸出,如图11所示,水管22从壳体1的后侧伸出。
在第三个具体的实施例中,如图1至图6所示,电机支架5包括位于壳体1的顶壁11与壳体1的底壁12之间的支撑部53,支撑部53沿上下方向延伸,如图6所示,支撑部53呈沿上下方向延伸的杆状。水管22设于支撑部53并随支撑部53沿上下方向延伸,以从壳体1的底壁12穿出壳体1。
水管22设于支撑部53,并沿支撑部53向下延伸,能够避免水管22挡风,影响风扇的工作。
本公开实施例还提供一种空调器,包括如上述实施例中任一项的空调器的室外机。
本公开实施例提供的空调器,因包括上述实施例中任一项所述的室外机,因而具有上 述实施例中任一项所述的室外机的全部有益效果,在此不再赘述。
空调器还包括室内机,室外机与室内机相连通。
综上所述,本申请提供的室外机,喷淋装置用水喷淋换热器不仅能够清洁换热器维护室外机换热能力,还能够辅助室外机换热器散热,提高能效,节约能源。喷淋装置不会影响现有空调器的结构,不影响现有空调器的进出风量。喷淋部位于壳体的顶壁与换热器之间的空隙,水管利用空调室外机的空余位置,不需要改变空调器的现有结构。

  1. 一种空调器的室外机,包括壳体和设置于所述壳体内的换热器,所述换热器包括一排或多排换热管,其特征在于,还包括:
    喷淋装置,包括喷淋部,所述喷淋部上设有多排喷淋孔,所述喷淋孔的排数大于或等于所述换热管的排数,且每一排所述换热管与至少一排所述喷淋孔相对设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室外机,其特征在于,还包括:
    风扇,设于所述换热器的一侧,沿所述风扇的进风方向,一排所述喷淋孔与相对应的一排所述换热管依次设置,且一排所述喷淋孔的延伸方向与相对应的一排所述换热管的延伸方向相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述喷淋装置还包括:
    水箱,设于所述壳体内或设于所述壳体外;和
    水管,连通在所述水箱与所述喷淋部之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的室外机,其特征在于,在所述水箱设于所述壳体外的情况下;
    所述水管从所述壳体的侧壁穿出所述壳体;或者,
    所述水管穿过所述壳体与所述换热器之间的间隙并从所述壳体上与所述间隙相连通的缺口穿出所述壳体;或者,

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的室外机,其特征在于,
    所述喷淋部设有限位部;
    所述换热器设有和所述限位部相配合的限位配合部,以将所述喷淋部固定于所述换热器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的室外机,其特征在于,还包括:
    电机支架,包括第一连接部,所述第一连接部设于所述换热器,所述喷淋部向偏离所述第一连接部的方向弯折形成弯折段,以避让所述第一连接部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述电机支架还包括:
    第二连接部,与所述第一连接部相连接,所述喷淋部向所述第二连接部的方向弯折形成所述弯折段,所述弯折段与所述第二连接部之间支撑有支撑筋。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的室外机,其特征在于,
    所述喷淋部位于所述壳体的顶壁与所述换热器之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的室外机,其特征在于,所述换热器包括:
    第一换热段,一排所述换热管中部分位于所述第一换热段内;
    第二换热段,与所述第一换热段相连接且连接处形成第一折角,一排所述换热管中部分位于所述第二换热段内;
    所述喷淋部包括:
    第一喷淋段,与所述第一换热段相对设置;
    第二喷淋段,与所述第一喷淋段相连接且连接处形成第二折角,并与所述第二换热段相对设置。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的空调器的室外机。
