本发明的有益效果是:通过控制泄压阀和储压阀各自的开闭状态相互配合工作,实现了冲煮头出口端到咖啡出口管出口端管道中残留的咖啡液有效倒吸,并从泄压阀泄压口排出到废水盘,确保咖啡渣饼的干湿度,实现咖啡渣饼易成硬块状顶出排渣,提升了每杯的咖啡品质以及咖啡机的自清洁能力。

提供一种可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,包括:冲泡器01、泄压阀02、储压阀03、咖啡出口管04、废水盘07和水路系统,所述的咖啡出口管04末端设置有咖啡出口05,在咖啡出口05下方设置有杯子06,所述的冲泡器01包括冲煮头011、咖啡盒012和顶渣杆013,冲煮头011设置在咖啡盒012的上方,顶渣杆013设置在咖啡盒012的下方,冲煮头011设置有冲煮头出口0111,冲煮头密封圈0112外套在冲煮头011的末端,顶渣杆013的始端设置有顶渣杆入口0131,顶渣杆013的末端设置有顶渣杆出口0132,顶渣杆密封圈0133外套在顶渣杆 013的末端,所述的泄压阀02上设置有泄压阀进口021、泄压阀出口022和泄压阀泄压口023,所述的储压阀03的末端设置有储压密封堵头(031),所述的储压阀(03)的内部设置有储压弹簧032,并且直接或间接的与储压密封堵头031连接,所述的冲煮头011下压移动在所述的冲泡器01的内部可形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间A,所述的冲煮头011逆行向上移动在所述的冲泡器01的内部可形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间B,所述的咖啡出口管04的始端设置咖啡出口管入口端041,所述的咖啡出口管04的末端设置咖啡出口管出口端042,所述的泄压阀02设置于顶渣杆入口0131端,所述的泄压阀02与所述的废水盘07直接或间接的连接,所述的储压阀03设置于冲煮头出口0111端,所述的储压阀03与所述的咖啡出口管04连接,泄压阀进口021与所述的水路系统连接。
优选地,所述的泄压阀02与所述的水路系统通过单向阀12连接。
优选地,所述的水路系统包括水箱08、流量计09、水泵10和发热器件,并且依次连接。
优选地,所述的发热器件是电热盘11。
优选地,所述的冲煮头出口0111连接于储压阀03,储压阀03与咖啡出口05通过咖啡出口管04连接。
一种可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,咖啡制作方法包括以下步骤:(1)冲煮头011向下运行移动在冲泡器01内部形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间A,并且压紧咖啡粉;
(2)控制储压阀03和泄压阀02为关闭状态;
(3)水泵10工作抽水进行咖啡制作;
(4)储压阀03打开连通大气;
(5)冲煮头011逆行向上移动但不脱离咖啡盒012,在冲泡器01内部形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间B,同时咖啡出口管04内的残余咖啡液被倒吸;
(6)先控制储压阀03关闭,然后控制泄压阀02打开连通大气;
(7)冲煮头011下行移动压紧咖啡盒,冲煮头逆行腔体空间B内的残留咖啡液被挤压流经泄压阀02排出到废水盘07;
(8)冲煮头011复位同时冲泡器也复位,复位过程中储压阀03打开连通大气。
优选地,所述的步骤(4)是储压阀03打开连通大气,同时泄压阀02关闭。
所述储压阀,在制作意式浓缩咖啡时为关闭状态,带有一定压力的水才能通过,而制作美式咖啡时为打开状态,不带压力或小压力的水就能通过。
所述的一种可自清洁咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,清洗冲泡器方法包括以下步骤:
(1)冲煮头011向下运行移动在冲泡器01内部形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间A;
(2)储压阀03关闭,同时泄压阀02关闭;
(3)水泵10工作抽水,清洗咖啡盒012,即清洗咖啡渣饼腔体空间A;
(4)储压阀03打开,连通大气;
(5)冲煮头011逆行向上移动但不脱离咖啡盒012,在冲泡器01内部形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间B;
(6)储压阀03关闭,同时泄压阀02打开,连通大气;
(7)冲煮头011向下移动压紧咖啡盒,冲煮头逆行腔体空间B内的水被挤压流经泄压阀02,排出到废水盘07;
(8)冲煮头011复位,同时冲泡器01也复位,复位过程中储压阀03打开 连通大气。
图1为意式浓缩咖啡制作结束状态:储压阀03关闭,咖啡出口管04内残留有咖啡液,泄压阀02关闭,咖啡渣饼腔体空间A压紧咖啡渣饼,水泵10停止抽水,单向阀12阻止水逆流回水箱08。
图2为咖啡制作状态:储压阀03打开,咖啡出口管04内流动有咖啡液,泄压阀02关闭,咖啡渣饼腔体空间A压紧咖啡渣饼,水泵10工作抽水,单向阀12受压力被自动打开;储压阀03在制作意式浓缩咖啡时为带有一定压力的水才能克报压力通过,而制作美式咖啡时为不带压力或小压力的水就能通过;当制作美式咖啡或其他低压力咖啡结束时,储压阀03此时为处于打开状态。
图3为冲煮头逆行状态:储压阀03打开,泄压阀02关闭,水泵10停止工作,冲煮头011逆行向上移动,在冲泡器01内形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间B,倒吸残余在咖啡出口管04内的咖啡液。
图4为冲泡器泄压阀泄压状态:储压阀03关闭,泄压阀02打开,水泵10停止工作,冲煮头011下压,冲煮头逆行腔体空间B内的残留咖啡液被挤压流经咖啡渣饼腔体空间A及泄压阀02的泄压阀出口023排出到废水盘07,同时咖啡渣饼腔体空间A的咖啡渣饼被压紧。
图5为冲泡器清洗状态:储压阀03关闭,泄压阀02关闭,水泵10工作抽水。
图6为冲泡器清洗排水状态:水泵10停止工作,泄压阀02打开,冲煮头011下压到底,咖啡渣饼腔体空间A内的水被挤压流经到泄压阀02的泄压阀出口023排出到废水盘07。
意式浓缩咖啡制作方法原理:冲煮头011向下运行移动形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间A并压紧咖啡粉,储压阀03关闭,同时泄压阀02关闭,水泵10工作抽水 制作咖啡,储压阀03受一定压力后自动打开连通大气,咖啡流经咖啡出口管04和咖啡出口05流出到杯子06内,冲煮头011逆行向上移动但不脱离咖啡盒012使形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间B,同时咖啡出口管04内的残余咖啡液被倒吸,储压阀03关闭而泄压阀02打开连通大气,冲煮头011下行移动压紧咖啡盒,冲煮头逆行腔体空间B内的残留咖啡液被挤压流经泄压阀02排出到废水盘07,冲煮头011复位同时冲泡器也复位,复位过程中储压阀03打开连通大气,意式浓缩咖啡制作完毕。
美式咖啡制作方法原理:冲煮头011向下运行移动形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间A并压紧咖啡粉,储压阀03打开连通大气,同时泄压阀02关闭,水泵10工作抽水制作咖啡,咖啡流经咖啡出口管04和咖啡出口05流出到杯子06内,冲煮头011逆行向上移动但不脱离咖啡盒012使形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间B,同时咖啡出口管04内的残余咖啡液被倒吸,储压阀03关闭然后泄压阀02打开连通大气,冲煮头011向下运行移动压紧咖啡盒,冲煮头逆行腔体空间B内的残余咖啡液被挤压流经泄压阀02排出到废水盘07,冲煮头011复位,同时冲泡器也复位,复位过程中储压阀03打开连通大气,美式咖啡制作完毕。
清洗冲泡器方法原理:冲煮头011向下运行移动形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间A,储压阀03关闭,同时泄压阀02关闭,水泵10工作抽水,清先咖啡盒012,即清洗咖啡渣饼腔体空间A,储压阀03打开连通大气,冲煮头011逆行向上移动但不脱离咖啡盒012使形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间B,储压阀03关闭,同时泄压阀02打开连通大气,冲煮头011向下运行移动压紧咖啡盒,冲煮头逆行腔体空间B内的水被挤压流经泄压阀02排出到废水盘07,冲煮头011复位,同时冲泡器也复位,复位过程中储压阀03打开连通大气,清洗冲泡器完毕。
所述咖啡制作方法的水路原理连接图为:水箱08--->流量计09--->水泵 10--->电热盘11--->单向阀12--->泄压阀02--->冲泡器01--->储压阀03--->咖啡出口管04--->咖啡出口05--->杯子06。
所述的储压阀03可设置于冲泡器01的内部、外部或一体式,储压阀03的打开与关闭控制可采用电磁铁驱动或电机驱动;所述的泄压阀02可设置于冲泡器01的内部、外部或一体式,其泄压阀02的打开与关闭控制可采用电磁铁驱动或电机驱动;所述的冲泡器01可设置于冲泡器其他结构件中;所述的单向阀12可选择性安置;所述的电热盘11可用其他发热功能器件代替;所述的冲煮头出口0111至咖啡出口05之间可设置有其他管道连接件。
本发明可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置及其咖啡制作方法的有益效果是:通过控制泄压阀和储压阀各自的开闭状态相互配合工作,实现了冲煮头出口端到咖啡出口管出口端管道中残留的咖啡液有效倒吸,并从泄压阀泄压口排出到废水盘,确保咖啡渣饼的干湿度,实现咖啡渣饼易成硬块状顶出排渣,提升了每杯的咖啡品质以及咖啡机的自清洁能力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,包括:冲泡器、泄压阀、储压阀、咖啡出口管,所述冲泡器的出咖啡端置有储压阀,进水端置有泄压阀,所述冲泡器置有冲煮头、咖啡盒和顶渣杆,冲煮头设置于咖啡盒的上方,顶渣杆设置于咖啡盒的下方,所述的泄压阀置有泄压阀进口、泄压阀出口和泄压阀泄压口,泄压阀置于顶渣杆入口端,泄压阀泄压口可以控制打开与关闭状态,泄压阀可置于冲泡器的内部或外部,所述储压阀内部置有储压弹簧和储压密封堵头,储压弹簧与储压密封堵头直接或间接的相连,储压阀置于冲煮头出口端,储压阀可以控制冲煮头出口端的管路打开与关闭状态,储压阀可置于冲泡器的内部或外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述的冲煮头设置有冲煮头出口和冲煮头密封圈,冲煮头密封圈外套在冲煮头的末端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述的顶渣杆始端设置有顶渣杆入口,所述的顶渣杆的末端设置有顶渣杆出口,所述的顶渣杆设置有顶渣杆密封圈外套在顶渣杆的末端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述的咖啡出口管的始端设置咖啡出口管入口端,所述的咖啡出口管的末端设置咖啡出口管出口端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,还包括废水盘和水路系统,所述的泄压阀泄压口直接或间接的连接于废水盘,所述的储压阀与所述的咖啡出口管连接,所述的泄压阀进口与水路系统连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述的储压阀在制作意式浓缩咖啡时为关闭状态,带有一定压力的水才能通过,所述 的储压阀在制作美式咖啡时为打开状态,不带压力或小压力的水就能通过。
  7. 一种根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置的咖啡制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)冲煮头向下运行移动在冲泡器内部形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间,并且压紧咖啡粉;
    (2)控制储压阀和泄压阀关闭状态;
    (3)水泵工作抽水进行咖啡制作;
    (4)储压阀打开连通大气;
    (5)冲煮头逆行向上移动但不脱离咖啡盒,在冲泡器内部形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间,同时咖啡出口管内的残余咖啡液被倒吸;
    (6)储压阀先关闭,然后泄压阀再打开连通大气;
    (7)冲煮头下行移动压紧咖啡盒,冲煮头逆行腔体空间内的残留咖啡液被挤压流经泄压阀排出到废水盘;
    (8)冲煮头复位同时冲泡器也复位,复位过程中储压阀打开连通大气。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置的咖啡制作方法,其特征在于,所述的冲煮头下压移动在所述的冲泡器的内部可形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间;所述的冲煮头逆行向上移动在所述的冲泡器的内部可形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间。
  9. 一种用于清洗根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置的清洗冲泡器的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)冲煮头向下运行移动在冲泡器内部形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间;
    (2)储压阀关闭,同时泄压阀关闭;
    (3)水泵工作抽水,清洗咖啡盒,即清洗咖啡渣饼腔体空间;
    (4)储压阀打开,连通大气;
    (5)冲煮头逆行向上移动但不脱离咖啡盒,在冲泡器内部形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间;
    (6)储压阀关闭,同时泄压阀打开,连通大气;
    (7)冲煮头向下移动压紧咖啡盒,冲煮头逆行腔体空间内的水被挤压流经泄压阀,排出到废水盘;
    (8)冲煮头复位,同时冲泡器也复位,复位过程中储压阀打开连通大气。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可自清洁的咖啡冲泡装置的咖啡制作方法,其特征在于,所述的冲煮头下压移动在所述的冲泡器的内部可形成咖啡渣饼腔体空间;所述的冲煮头逆行向上移动在所述的冲泡器的内部可形成冲煮头逆行腔体空间。
