[5] 为实现上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是: 一种出水装置的洗涤液供给结构, 其 设在出水装置的供水管路中, 其特征在于: 其包括一容置洗涤液的容器、 一主 体及一供液装置; 供液装置是设在主体中, 主体为一水流管道, 其上端连接供 水管路, 下端连接出水装置; 供液装置由连接管与容器连通, 该通路中设有洗 涤液由容器向供液装置中流动的单向阀; 另供液装置由洗涤液输送管与出水装 置连接, 该通路中亦设有洗涤液由供液装置向出水装置流动的单向阀; 供液装 置受水压作用向出水装置中提供洗涤液。

[35] 切换装置 44包括花洒水按钮 441及洗涤液按钮 442、 两压杆 443、 444及一上下摆 动的跷板 445, 该跷板 445的中部设在分水体 42上并处于两分水孔 421、 422之间 , 而两端恰可封扣分水体 42的两分水孔 421、 422; 而两压杆 443、 444的一端分 别顶靠在跷板 45的两端上, 另一端与花洒水按钮 441及洗涤液按钮 442连接在一 起, 花洒水按钮 441及洗涤液按钮 442是活动的设在本体 41的后部。
[36] 容器 1中注满洗涤液 A, 供液装置 3的活塞杆 32在复位弹簧 33的作用下向上移动 , 以将容器 1中的洗涤液 A吸入活塞腔 31中并注满整个活塞腔 31。
[37] 如图 5并配合图 3所示, 打开供水阀门后, 若仅需清水冲洗吋, 则同吋按压花洒 的花洒水按钮 441, 会推动压杆 443顶推跷板 45的左端下移并将分水体 42的分水 孔 421封堵, 此吋的跷板 45的右端上移以将分水孔 422打开, 花洒 4是出正常的清 水, 因花洒 4中的阀门 6是处于关闭状态, 则洗涤液输送管 35是处于不通的状态 , 因此活塞杆 32上下方的受力是处于平衡状态, 此吋的供液装置 3是不提供洗涤 液八。
[38] 如图 6、 7并配合图 3所示, 按压花洒 4的洗涤液按钮 442, 会推动压杆 444顶推跷 板 45的右端下移并将分水体 42的分水孔 422封堵, 此吋的跷板 45的右端上移以将 分水孔 421打开, 并同吋将阀门 6打开, 则洗涤液输送管 35与花洒洗涤液喷孔 431 相通; 此吋位于主体 2中的供液装置 3的活塞杆 32上方所受的水压逐渐大于下方 的阻力, 活塞杆 32下行, 复位弹簧 33压缩蓄能, 活塞腔 31内的洗涤液 A通过洗涤 液输送管 35挤压至花洒的洗涤液喷孔 431, 同吋与水混合后通过吸气装置 433, 最终从花洒 4喷出富含泡沫的洗涤溶液。 此吋的单向阀 314是处于打开状态, 单 向阀 313处于关闭状态, 有效避免洗涤液 A回流至容器 1内。
[39] 待活塞杆 32移至活塞腔 31的底部吋, 活塞腔 31中的洗涤液 A输送完, 此吋的花 洒 4则会出清水, 此处供液装置 3的设置具有一定量提供洗涤液的功能, 以免一 直提供洗涤液造成不必要的浪费。
[40] 再如图 8所示, 关闭供水阀门后, 水压降低, 活塞杆 32在复位弹簧 33复位力的 作用下推动其相对活塞腔 31向上移动, 此吋的单向阀 313是处于打开状态, 单向 阀 314自动关闭, 洗涤液 A从容器 1中被吸入活塞腔 31中, 完成了洗涤液 A的自动 添加, 为下次使用做准备。
[41] 综上, 本发明的洗涤液供给结构, 由于其中的供液装置 3是设在水流通道的主 体 2中, 以及供液装置 3与容器 1及出水装置的单向配合, 使得出水装置在使用吋 , 该供液装置可受水压而将洗涤液 A挤入出水装置中, 即令使用者在使用的过程 中可通过启动出水装置的控制装置即可取用洗涤液 A, 令出水装置中喷出的洗涤 液具有泡沫效果, 达到清洗干净的效果。 不仅可以满足快速清洗的需求, 还方 便对行动不便的人进行全身清洗, 以及方便对宠物的清洗。
[42] 另外, 该供液装置可以实现定量提供洗涤液的功能, 以避免造成不必要的浪费 工业实用性
[43] 本发明一种出水装置的洗涤液供给结构及淋浴装置, 其洗涤液供给结构设在出 水装置的供水管路中, 使用吋, 该供液装置可受水压而将洗涤液挤入出水装置 中, 即令使用者在使用的过程中即可取用洗涤液, 令出水装置中喷出的洗涤液 具有泡沫效果, 达到清洗方便、 快速而干净的效果。

Claims

权利要求书
一种出水装置的洗涤液供给结构, 其设在出水装置的供水管路中 , 其特征在于: 其包括一容置洗涤液的容器、 一主体及一供液装 置; 供液装置是设在主体中, 主体为一水流管道, 其上端连接供 水管路, 下端连接出水装置; 供液装置由连接管与容器连通, 该 通路中设有洗涤液由容器向供液装置中流动的单向阀; 另供液装 置由洗涤液输送管与出水装置连接, 该通路中亦设有洗涤液由供 液装置向出水装置流动的单向阀; 供液装置受水压作用向出水装 置中提供洗涤液。
如权利要求 1所述的出水装置的洗涤液供给结构, 其特征在于: 供 液装置包括一活塞腔、 一活塞杆及一复位弹簧, 复位弹簧一端固 定在活塞腔上, 另一端顶持活塞杆, 活塞杆在活塞腔中上下移动 吋, 该复位弹簧是处于复位与压缩蓄能状态。
如权利要求 1或 2所述的出水装置的洗涤液供给结构, 其特征在于 : 活塞腔一体成型于主体内壁上或是固定于主体中, 在活塞腔的 下端设有进液口与出液口, 进液口与出液口中分别设有单向阀。 如权利要求 1所述的出水装置的洗涤液供给结构, 其特征在于: 容 器与主体连接在一起, 二者为各自独立的空间。
如权利要求 1所述的出水装置的洗涤液供给结构, 其特征在于: 主 体是设在容器近中部, 主体上方的进水口处设有具有凸台通孔的 上盖, 下方的出水口处亦设有具有凸台通孔的下盖; 而容器为一 箱体, 其套置于主体的外部, 内壁近中部位置设有与主体外壁连 接的档板, 该套筒的档板上方与主体形成一容纳洗涤液的空间, 该容器的上端设有容器盖, 该容器盖上设有供主体上盖穿出的通 孔, 该容器下端设有固定盖, 该固定盖设有供主体下盖穿出的通 孔, 上述的连接管的一端口是设在档板上与洗涤液容纳空间相通 , 而另一端口与供液装置相通。
一种淋浴装置, 包括: 一洗涤液供给结构、 一花洒, 洗涤液供给 结构设在花洒的供水管路中;
洗涤液供给结构包括: 一容置洗涤液的容器、 一主体及一供液装 置; 供液装置是设在主体中, 主体为一水流管道, 其上端连接供 水管路, 下端连接出水装置; 供液装置由连接管与容器连通, 该 通路中设有洗涤液由容器向供液装置中流动的单向阀; 另供液装 置由洗涤液输送管与出水装置连接, 该通路中亦设有洗涤液由供 液装置向花洒流动的单向阀; 供液装置受水压作用向出水装置中 提供洗涤液;
花洒包括: 本体、 分水体、 出水装置及切换装置; 分水体上设有 两分水孔, 由切换装置控制出水装置的洗涤液喷孔或花洒水喷孔 打开, 以及控制洗涤液输送管打开。
如权利要求 6所述的淋浴装置, 其特征在于: 切换装置包括花洒水 按钮及洗涤液按钮、 两压杆及一上下摆动的跷板, 该跷板的中部 设在分水体上并处于两分水孔之间, 而两端恰可封扣分水体的两 分水孔; 而两压杆的一端分别顶靠在跷板的两端上, 另一端与花 洒水按钮及洗涤液按钮连接在一起, 花洒水按钮及洗涤液按钮是 活动的设在本体的后部。
如权利要求 6或 7所述的淋浴装置, 其特征在于: 花洒由软管与主 体出水口密封连接, 洗涤液输送管是配合软管的长度而设置, 并 设在软管中, 其一端是与活塞腔的出液口密封连通, 另一端是伸 置于花洒本体的出液腔中, 并在该出液腔处设有一阀门由切换装 置控制打开与否, 并决定洗涤液是否可从花洒中流出。
如权利要求 6所述的淋浴装置, 其特征在于: 洗涤液喷孔处设有吸 气装置。
如权利要求 6所述的淋浴装置, 其特征在于: 供液装置包括一活塞 腔、 一活塞杆及一复位弹簧, 复位弹簧一端固定在活塞腔上, 另 一端顶持活塞杆, 活塞杆在活塞腔中上下移动吋, 该复位弹簧是 处于复位与压缩蓄能状态。 [Claim 11] 如权利要求 6所述的淋浴装置, 其特征在于: 活塞腔一体成型于主 体内壁上或是固定于主体中, 在活塞腔的下端设有进液口与出液 口, 进液口与出液口中分别设有单向阀。
[Claim 12] 如权利要求 6所述的淋浴装置, 其特征在于: 容器与主体连接在一 起, 二者为各自独立的空间。
[Claim 13] 如权利要求 6所述的淋浴装置, 其特征在于: 主体是设在容器近中 部, 主体上方的进水口处设有具有凸台通孔的上盖, 下方的出水 口处亦设有具有凸台通孔的下盖; 而容器为一箱体, 其套置于主 体的外部, 内壁近中部位置设有与主体外壁连接的档板, 该套筒 的档板上方与主体形成一容纳洗涤液的空间, 该容器的上端设有 容器盖, 该容器盖上设有供主体上盖穿出的通孔, 该容器下端设 有固定盖, 该固定盖设有供主体下盖穿出的通孔, 上述的连接管 的一端口是设在档板上与洗涤液容纳空间相通, 而另一端口与供 液装置相通。
