Abstract
一种防粘连砖坯机,包括挤出机(1)及位于挤出机(1)出料口的输送装置,所述输送装置包括若干水平设置的输送导辊(2),还包括:沙盘(3):设于所述输送装置下方,其面积覆盖所有输送导辊(2);弹性支撑腿(4):设于所述沙盘(3)底部四角,支撑固定所述沙盘(3);震动泵(5):设于所述沙盘(3)底部,该防粘连砖坯机防粘连效果好,且不影响成砖质量。
Description
本发明涉一种防粘连砖坯机。
砖坯机在挤出砖坯后由输送导辊传输运走,但是因为砖坯有黏性,容易粘连到输送导辊上,影响成砖质量。
现有的防粘连方法是在砖坯机上方设置扬沙装置,将沙粒撒到砖坯上,以此来防止粘连,但是这样做有如下缺点:一、沙粒主要撒到砖坯的上表面,防粘连效果并不理想;二、洒下的沙粒较多,且全部粘连在砖坯上,有可能影响成砖质量。
发明内容
本发明目的在于:为了解决上述背景技术中的现有技术存在的问题,提供一种防粘连效果好,且不影响成砖质量的防粘连砖坯机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防粘连砖坯机,包括挤出机及位于挤出机出料口的输送装置,所述输送装置包括若干水平设置的输送导辊,还包括:
沙盘:设于所述输送装置下方,其面积覆盖所有输送导辊;
弹性支撑腿:设于所述沙盘底部四角,支撑固定所述沙盘;
震动泵:设于所述沙盘底部。
进一步的:所述沙盘水平设置。
进一步的:所述沙盘盘底与所述输送导辊辊底的距离为10~15mm。
进一步的:所述弹性支撑腿为弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:利用沙盘震动将沙粒弹起,其中一部分沙粒黏附到输送导辊表面,起到了很好的防粘连效果,且这样粘连到砖坯上的沙粒很少,不会影响成砖质量。
黏附到输送导辊上的沙粒都是细沙粒,粗的沙粒则很难黏附在其表面,这样进一步防止沙粒影响成砖质量。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种防粘连砖坯机,包括挤出机1及位于挤出机1出料口的输送装置,所述输送装置包括若干水平设置的输送导辊2,还包括:沙盘3:设于所述输送装置下方,其面积覆盖所有输送导辊2;弹性支撑腿4:设于所述沙盘3底部四角,支撑固定所述沙盘3;震动泵5:设于所述沙盘3底部。所述沙盘3水平设置。所述沙盘3盘底与所述输送导辊2辊底的距离为10~15mm。所述弹性支撑腿4为弹簧。
在沙盘3上放上细沙,开启震动泵5后沙盘3震动,将沙粒弹起,黏附到输送导辊2的表面,即可起到防止砖坯粘连到输送导辊2上。

- 一种防粘连砖坯机,包括挤出机(1)及位于挤出机(1)出料口的输送装置,其特征在于:所述输送装置包括若干水平设置的输送导辊(2),还包括:沙盘(3):设于所述输送装置下方,其面积覆盖所有输送导辊(2);弹性支撑腿(4):设于所述沙盘(3)底部四角,支撑固定所述沙盘(3);震动泵(5):设于所述沙盘(3)底部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种防粘连砖坯机,其特征在于:所述沙盘(3)水平设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种防粘连砖坯机,其特征在于:所述沙盘(3)盘底与所述输送导辊(2)辊底的距离为10~15mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种防粘连砖坯机,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑腿(4)为弹簧。
