Description

一种表面清洗车 技术领域
本发明涉及到一种清洗设备,具体涉及一种表面清洗车。
背景技术
在现有光伏或墙体表面清洗时,大多数仍在使用人工清洗,缺点是耗时长、成本高;少数使用固定自动机械清洗,缺点是清洗机构以光伏边缘作为支点滑道,易造成光伏板变形且成本较高;由于路面不平,造成清洗缓慢、设备不稳定。
发明内容
本发明是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供了一种表面清洗车,其特征是:包括步履底座上安装有水箱,水箱前后安装动力源和驾驶室,在步履底座中安装回转中心轴,回转油缸一端安装在主机体上,另一端安装在回转中心轴上,回转中心轴上安装伸缩吊臂,伸缩吊臂通过变幅油缸带动变幅,变幅吊臂前端安装平衡梁,在平衡梁中安装角度油缸,在平衡梁中设置变位销,平衡梁通过变幅油缸与伸缩吊臂连接,平衡梁通过连接轴与清洗架连接。清洗架上设置有横梁,横梁上设置有滑道和配重滑道,横梁左右位置安装传动轮,传动轮上环绕钢丝绳,钢丝绳分别连接配重和变幅支架,通过安装在传动轮上的马达带动传动轮转动,带动钢丝绳前后运动,使配重在配重滑道中滑动,变幅支架在滑道上滑动,在横梁左右安装找正装置。在横梁左右安装钢丝绳行走器和钢丝绳或链轮。在变幅支架中安装变幅装置,在变幅装置的带动下通过变幅轴左右变幅,在变幅支架上安装轴承滑轮,在变幅支架中安装传感器。变幅支架一端通过连接轴与滚刷支架连接,变幅支架另一端通过横向变幅装置与滚刷支架连接并做变幅调整,在滚刷支架上安装纵向变幅 装置、胶皮刷和水气管道,在滚刷支架下方安装滚刷,通过马达工作带动滚刷旋转工作,达到清洗的目的。还可在连接架上安装伸缩臂达到加长的目的,在伸缩臂上安装滑动轴承和滑道,并通过伸缩臂变幅装置调整横梁的角度及高度。
该表面清洗设备的有益效果是:
1、由于发明了表面清洗车,解决了现有清洗方式的时间长,造价高的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明:
如图1-图2-图3-图4所示,该表面清洗车包括步履底座2上安装有水箱3,水箱3前后安装动力源1和驾驶室6,在步履底座2中安装回转中心轴42,回转油缸5一端安装在主机体上,另一端安装在回转中心轴42上,回转中心轴42上安装伸缩吊臂21,伸缩吊臂21通过变幅油缸4带动变幅,变幅吊臂21前端安装平衡梁25,在平衡梁25中安装变幅油缸23,在平衡梁25中设置变位销24,平衡梁25通过角度油缸22与伸缩吊臂21连接,平衡梁25通过连接轴41与清洗架20连接。清洗架20上设置有横梁15,横梁15上设置有滑道12和配重滑道19,横梁15左右位置安装传动轮14,传动轮14上环绕钢丝绳,钢丝绳分别连接配重18和变幅支架11,通过安装在传动轮14上的马达带动传动轮14转动,带动钢丝绳前后运动,使配重18在配重滑道19中滑动,变幅支架11在滑道12上滑动,在横梁15左右安装找正装置13。在横梁15左右安装钢丝绳行走器27和钢丝绳或链轮28。在变幅支架11中安装变幅装置10,在变幅装置10的带动下通过变幅轴9左右变幅,在变幅支架11上安装轴承滑轮26,在变幅支架11中安装传感器40。变幅支架11一端通过连接轴38与滚刷支架8连接,变幅支架11另一端通过横向变幅装置34与滚刷支架8连接并做变幅调整,在滚刷支架8上安装纵向变幅装置37、胶皮刷39和水气管道36,在滚刷支架8下方安装滚刷7,通过马达35工作带动滚刷7旋转工作,达到清洗的目的。还可在连接架15上安装伸缩臂30达到加长的目的,在伸缩臂30上安装滑动轴承21和滑道32,并通过伸缩臂变幅装置29调整横梁15的角度及高度。
通过驾驶员的操作使行走设备行驶到待清洗面适合位置,通过观察左右 找正装置13距清洗表面的距离,在变幅油缸4和回转油缸5的作用下调整横梁15与清洗表面的距离。
跟机人员自身观察下,通过调整角度油缸22、调整油缸23、变幅装置11、横向变幅装置34和纵向变幅装置37来调整滚刷7与清洗便面的适当距离。
调整好适当角度后,在马达35的带动下使滚刷7旋转工作,在滚刷支架8中设置水气管道36中可喷出水汽,用于吹掉表面灰尘和侵湿表面,以便于清洗。
通过传动轮14带动钢丝绳拉动变幅支架11、滚刷支架8和滚刷7在滑道12上左右移动清洗表面,配重18在配重滑道19与之相反方向滑动。
如图5-图6所示,该表面清洗车还可在横梁15与伸缩吊臂21之间安装伸缩臂30达到加长的目的,在伸缩臂30上安装滑动轴承31和滑道32,并通过伸缩臂变幅装置29调整横梁15的角度及高度。
如图7所示,该表面清洗设备可在横梁15左右安装钢丝绳行走器27和钢丝绳或链轮28,在清洗楼房表面时,可使横梁15在钢丝绳行走器27和钢丝绳或链轮28的相互作用,上下移动清洗。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种表面清洗车,其特征是:包括步履底座上安装有水箱,水箱前后安转动力源和驾驶室,在步履底座中安装回转中心轴,回转油缸一端安装在主机体上,另一端安装在回转中心轴上,回转中心轴上安装伸缩吊臂,伸缩吊臂通过变幅油缸带动变幅,变幅吊臂前端安装平衡梁,在平衡梁中安装角度油缸,在平衡梁中设置变位销,平衡梁通过变幅油缸与伸缩吊臂连接,平衡梁通过连接轴与清洗架连接。清洗架上设置有横梁,横梁上设置有滑道和配重滑道,横梁左右位置安装传动轮,传动轮上环绕钢丝绳,钢丝绳分别连接配重和变幅支架,通过安装在传动轮上的马达带动传动轮转动,带动钢丝绳前后运动,使配重在配重滑道中滑动,变幅支架在滑道上滑动,在横梁左右安装找正装置。在横梁左右安装钢丝绳行走器和钢丝绳或链轮。在变幅支架中安装变幅装置,在变幅装置的带动下通过变幅轴左右变幅,在变幅支架上安装轴承滑轮,在变幅支架中安装传感器。变幅支架一端通过连接轴与滚刷支架连接,变幅支架另一端通过横向变幅装置与滚刷支架连接并做变幅调整,在滚刷支架上安装纵向变幅装置、胶皮刷和水气管道,在滚刷支架下方安装滚刷,通过马达工作带动滚刷旋转工作,达到清洗的目的。还可在连接架上安装伸缩臂达到加长的目的,在伸缩臂上安装滑动轴承和滑道,并通过伸缩臂变幅装置调整横梁的角度及高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洗车,其特征是:步履底座中安装整体水箱。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洗车,其特征是:在伸缩吊臂前端安 装角度油缸,通过调整角度油缸调节平衡梁的角度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洗车,其特征是:在伸缩吊臂前端安装调整油缸,通过调整油缸调节平衡梁的角度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洗车,其特征是:安装有支架变幅装置,通过支架变幅装置可调整变幅支架的高低。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洗车,其特征是:安装有横向变幅装置,通过横向变幅装置可调整滚刷支架的横向角度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的表面清洗车,其特征是:安装有伸缩臂,通过伸缩臂可调横梁的高度和长度。
