Abstract

줄기세포를 아스코르브산 및 히드로코르티손을 포함하는 분화 배지에서 배양하여 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포로 분화시키는 단계; 상기 분화된 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포를 배지에서 배양하여 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포의 배양물을 생성시키는 단계; 및 상기 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포의 배양물로부터 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포 배양액을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포 배양액을 제조하는 방법, 상기 방법으로 생산된 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포 배양액, 및 상기 방법을 포함하는 줄기세포 유래 피부전구세포로부터 단백질을 생산하는 방법을 제공한다.
