Abstract

본 발명은 초음파 조영제, 광역학 치료제 및 화학적 약물 치료제로 동시에 사용가능하고, 초음파 감응을 통해 특정 암 조직에 선택적으로 약물과 광감작제를 전달할 수 있는 마이크로버블-나노입자 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 항암 치료제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 복합체는 마이크로 버블 내부에 초음파 조영제용 가스와 광감작제 물질을 함유하고, 마이크로 버블 표면에 결합된 나노입자는 약물을 함유하고 있으므로 초음파 조영제, 광역학 치료제 및 화학적 약물 치료제로 동시에 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 복합체는 초음파가 조사되면 마이크로 버블 코어 부분에 충진된 가스를 이용하여 병변 조직에 대한 초음파 영상을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 마이크로 버블을 좀 더 작은 크기의 미셀이나 리포좀으로 파괴하여 약물과 광감작제를 병변 조직에 효율적으로 침투 및 축적시킬 수 있다.
