본 발명은 피부로부터 수분의 증발을 억제하고, 손상된 피부장벽을 빠르게 복원하여 얼굴주름과 더불어 목주름 개선을 위해 사용하는 크림 화장품 보관용 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 피부로부터 수분의 증발을 효과적으로 억제해줌과 동시에 손상된 피부장벽을 빠르게 복원시키는 효능을 가지고 있는 세라마이드를 왁스로 감싸서 된 구슬 크림 화장품을 꺼내쓸 때 깨짐 없이 꺼내쓸 수 있도록 한 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기에 관한 것이다.
현대인들은 남여,노소를 불문하고 자신을 가꾸는데 많은 시간과 노력을 기울이고 있는 실정이다.
그중에서도 피부내 수분 증발로 야기되는 피부노화 현상을 억제하기 위한 노력들이 다양한 방법으로 시도되어지고 있는데, 그중 하나가 기능성 화장품을 이용하는 것이다.
인체의 피부는 표피,진피,지방층으로 이루어 졌이다. 표피층에서도 바깥층인 각질층이 얼굴을 보호하는 작용을 하고, 각질층중의 15%를 차지하는 지질은 세라마이드,지방산,콜레스테롤로 구성되어 있다.
그중 세라마이드는 지질의 약 50%좌우를 차지하게 되고, 세라마이드는 수분의 증발을 억제하고 각질층의 정연한 구조를 유지하게 하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 피부 각질층 각화세포는 세라마이드, 콜레스테롤, 유리 지방산에 의해 견고히 결합되어 있으며, 피부 세포는 인체의 다른 세포에 비해 세라마이드의 함량이 높으며, 비극성인 중성 세라마이드의 함량이 많다. 이는 피부의 견고한 방어 장벽을 구성하는 데 필요한 구조적 특징이다.

세포간 지질성분중 가장 중요한 성분인 세라마이드가 부족하면 세포간 지질의 형성이 잘 되지 않게 되고, 세포간 지질이 부족하면 피부 건조화 및 건성피부,피부 습진, 피부 거칠음, 아토피 피부, 피부 노화 촉진 등의 현상이 나타나게 된다.
현재 시장에서 유통되고 있는 기존 크림,로션 등은 세라마이드의 난용성으로 인해 아주 제한된 함량을 소유하고 있어 피부로부터 수분의 증발을 억제하고, 손상된 피부장벽을 빠르게 복원하여 얼굴주름과 더불어 목주름 개선에 도움이 않되고 있는 실정이다.
상기한 종래 크림과 로션의 단점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것이 구슬 크림(이하 "구슬 크림 화장품" 이라함)이다.
구슬 크림 화장품(10)은 도1에서와 같이 외부는 왁스층(12) 내부는 유탁질 형태로서 고함량 세라마이드(11)를 함유하도록 구성하였다.
구슬 크림 화장품(10)은 낱개씩 꺼내 쓰게 되는데, 구슬 크림 화장품이 수납 보관되어지는 용기(1)는 도 2과 같은 일반 크림타입의 화장품용기와 같아서 꺼내쓸 때 도 3에서와 같이 핀셋 등과 같은 도구(2)를 이용하여 꺼내써야 했다.
그 이유는 구슬 크림 화장품은 세라마이드를 연질의 왁스가 감싸고 있어서 손으로 꺼내 쓸 경우 주변의 구슬 크림 화장품이 손가락에 부딪쳐 뭉게어지는 파손이 초래되어지기 때문이다.
핀셋 등을 사용함으로써, 상기한 문제점을 해결할 수는 있으나, 꺼내쓰기 위한 도구(핀셋)를 구비할 수 있는 공간을 용기에 별도 구비하여야 하는 등 제조상의 번거러움이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사용중 보관 부주위시 꺼내쓰는 도구가 이물질에 오염되어 피부관리와 역행하는 피부트러블을 야기시키게 된다.
본 발명은 종래 구슬 크림 화장품을 용기로부터 꺼내쓸 때 발생하는 깨어짐과 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 개발한 것으로, 그 목적은 콘형태를 이루는 본체의 바닥면 중심으로 형성된 인출봉활동관을 관통하도록 회전체의 인출봉승강실린더에 위치하여서 상기 회전체의 회전운동에 의해서 승강되어지는 인출봉을 이용하여 저장공간에 수용된 구슬 크림 화장품이 낱개씩 중간캡의 상면에 형성되어 있는 배출요부로 인출시켜 사용할 수 있도록 한 것으로써, 구슬 크림 화장품을 용기로부터 꺼내쓸 때 주변 구슬 크림 화장품이 깨어지게 되는 종래 용기의 문제점을 근본적으로 해소하였을 뿐만 아니라, 도구 사용을 배제함에 따라 용기에 도구를 보관해야 하는 공간을 마련해야 했던 용기 제작상의 번거러움을 해소였고, 보관 부주위로 오염된 도구로 구슬 크림 화장품을 꺼내어 쓸 때 오염물질에 구슬 크림 화장품이 오염되고, 오염된 구슬 크림 화장품 사용으로 발생할 수 있는 피부트러블을 근본적으로 해결한 구슬 크림 화장품을 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기는, 구슬 크림 화장품이 저장되어지는 공간의 바닥면이 콘형태로써 구슬 크림 화장품이 바닥면 중심으로 모여지도록 하고, 구슬 크림 화장품을 밀어 올리는 인출봉이 승강하도록 위치하여지는 인출봉활동관이 중심에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 인출봉을 승강시키는 회전체가 하부 결합부에서 회동 가능하도록 조립형성되어 있고, 상부 결합부에는 인출봉에 의해 인출되어지는 구슬 크림 화장품이 배출되어지는 배출요부가 상면에 형성되어 있는 중간캡이 결합되어 있는 본체와;
상기 본체의 인출봉활동관에 대하여 상단부가 요철결합되어 짐과 동시에 인출봉의 안내돌기가 안내되어지는 승강스크류홀이 내면으로 형성되어 있는 인출봉승강실린더가 내부 중앙에 형성되어 있고, 테두리벽 내면으로 형성된 걸림환띠가 상기 본체의 하부결합부 외측으로 구비된 걸림환띠에 걸림되도록 조립 형성되어지는 회전체와;
상기 회전체의 인출봉승강실린더의 승강스크류홀을 따라 안내되어지는 안내돌기가 하부 외측면에 대향되게 형성되어 있고, 상단면에는 구슬 크림 화장품이 낱개씩 인출 위치하여지는 안착요홈이 형성되어 있는 안출봉과;
먼지등으로부터 보호되어질 수 있도록 보호캡이 나사식 체결되어지고, 상기 본체의 상부로 언더컷 체결되어지며, 인출봉에 의해 인출된 구슬 크림 화장품이 노출되어지는 배출요부가 상면에 형성되어 있는 중간캡으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
상기 인출봉이 승강되어지는 본체의 인출봉활동관은 인출봉의 외경과 대응하는 내경을 이루되, 인출봉이 회전 없이 승강되어질 수 있도록 상기 인출봉의 외주면에 형성된 D-커팅면과 대응하는 D-커팅면이 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.
상기 회전체의 인출봉승강실린더의 상단과 본체 바닥면 중앙으로 형성된 인출봉활동관 사이에 기밀유지용 기밀링이 개재됨을 특징으로 한다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명의 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기는, 콘형태를 이루는 본체(110)의 바닥면(111) 중심에 형성된 인출봉활동관(112)을 관통하도록 회전체(120)의 인출봉승강실린더(121)에 위치하여서 상기 회전체(120)의 회전운동에 의해서 승강되어지는 인출봉(140)을 이용하여 저장공간에 수용된 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 낱개씩 중간캡(130)의 상면(131)에 형성되어 있는 배출요부(132)로 인출시켜 사용할 수 있도록 한 것으로써,
첫째, 구슬 크림 화장품을(10) 용기로부터 꺼내쓸 때 주변 구슬 크림 화장품이 깨어지게 되는 종래 용기의 문제점을 근본적으로 해소하였고;
둘째, 도구(2) 사용을 배제함에 따라 용기에 도구(2)를 보관해야 하는 공간을 마련해야 했던 용기 제작상의 번거러움을 해소였으며;
셋째, 보관 부주위로 오염된 도구(2)로 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 꺼내어쓸때 오염물질에 구슬 크림 화장품이 오염되고 오염된 구슬 크림 화장품 사용으로 발생할 수 있는 피부트러블을 근본적으로 해결한 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

이하, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기는, 피부로부터 수분의 증발을 억제하고, 손상된 피부장벽을 빠르게 복원하여 얼굴주름과 더불어 목주름 개선을 위해 사용하는 크림 화장품 중 외부는 왁스층(12) 내부는 유탁질 형태로서 고함량 세라마이드(11)를 함유하도록 구성된 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 보관 사용하도록 된 구슬크림 화장품 보관용 용기(100)에 있어서,
구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 수용되는 본체(110)와, 상기 본체(10)의 아래로 조립되어서 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 낱개씩 인출시키는 인출봉(140)을 승강시키는 회전체(120)와, 상기 본체(110)의 상부로 체결되어서 인출봉(140)에 의해 선별 인출되어지는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 배출 위치하여지는 중간캡(130)로 이루어져 있다.
상기 본체(110)는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 저장되어지는 공간의 바닥면(111)이 콘형태로써 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 바닥면(111) 중심으로 모여지도록 형성되 있다.
상기 바닥면(111)의 중심에는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 밀어 올리는 인출봉(140)이 승강하도록 위치하여지는 인출봉활동관(112)이 중심에 형성되어 있다.
상기 본체(110)의 하부에는 인출봉(140)을 승강시키는 회전체(120)가 결합부(113)를 매개로 회동 가능하도록 조립형성되어 있다.
상부 결합부(114)에는 인출봉(140)에 의해 인출되어지는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 배출되어지는 배출요부(132)가 상면(131)에 형성되어 있는 중간캡(130)이 결합되어 있는 것이다.
본체(110)의 하부로 체결되어지는 회전체(120)는, 본체(110)의 인출봉활동관(112)에 대하여 상단부가 요철결합되어 짐과 동시에 인출봉(140)의 안내돌기(141)가 안내되어지는 승강스크류홀(121a)이 내면으로 형성되어 있는 인출봉승강실린더(121)가 내부 중앙에 형성되어 있다.
상기 회전체(120)는 테두리벽(122) 내면으로 형성된 걸림환띠(122a)가 상기 본체(110)의 하부결합부(113) 외측으로 구비된 걸림환띠(도면에 특정부호로 지정하지 않았음)에 걸림되도록 조립 형성된 것이다.
상기 회전체(120)의 인출봉승강실린더(121)로 위치하는 인출봉(140)은, 회전체(120)의 인출봉승강실린더(121)의 승강스크류홀(121a)을 따라 안내되어지는 안내돌기(141)가 하부 외측면에 대향되게 형성되어 있다.
상기 인출봉(140)의 상단면에는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 낱개씩 인출 위치하여지는 안착요홈(142)이 형성되어 있는 것이다.
상기 본체(110)의 상부로 체결되어지는 중간캡(130)은 먼지등으로부터 보호되어질 수 있도록 보호캡(150)이 나사식 체결되어진다.
상기 본체(110)의 상부 결합부(114)에 결합호한테(133)가 언더컷 체결되어지며, 인출봉(140)에 의해 인출된 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 노출되어지는 배출요부(132)가 상면에 형성되어 있는 것이다.
상기 인출봉(140)이 승강되어지는 본체(110)의 인출봉활동관(112)은 인출봉(140)의 외경과 대응하는 내경을 이루되, 인출봉(140)이 회전 없이 승강되어질 수 있도록 상기 인출봉(140)의 외주면에 형성된 D-커팅면(143)과 대응하는 D-커팅면(113)이 형성되어 있는 것이다.
상기 회전체(120)의 인출봉승강실린더(121)의 상단과 본체(110) 바닥면(111) 중앙으로 형성된 인출봉활동관(112) 사이에 기밀유지용 기밀링(160)이 개재되어진다.
전술한 구성으로 이루어진 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기(100)는, 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 수용되어지느 본체(110)의 하부 결합부(113)에 테두리벽(122)의 걸림환테(122a)가 본체(100)의 결합부(113)로 형성되어 있는 걸림환테(도면에 특정부호로 지정하지 않았음)를 넘어서 걸림되어지도록 회전체(120)을 결합하게 되는되, 본체(110)에 회전체(120)를 결합하기 이전에 상기 회전체(120)에 인출봉(140)을 조립한다.
상기 인출봉(140)의 조립은 인출봉(140)의 하부에 형성되어 있는 안내돌기(141)를 회전체(120) 내부 중심으로 형성되어 있는 인출봉승강실린더(121)의 승강스크류홀(121a)에서 안내되어지도록 위치시킨다.
이후, 상기 인출봉승강실린더(121)의 상연부에 기밀링(160)을 위치시킨 후 전술한 바와 같이 회전체(120)를 본체(110)에 조립하게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 회전체(120)가 본체(110)에 조립되어질 때 인출봉승강실린더(121)로 조립된 인출봉(140)의 D-커팅면(113a)은 본체(110)의 인출봉활동관(112) 내면의 D-커팅면(143)에 일치되어 진다.
본체(110)에 회전체(120)가 조립되어진 상태에서 상기 본체(110)에 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 충진하고, 상부 결합부(114)에 중간캡(130)을 언더컷 조립하게 되는 것이다.
이상에서와 같이 본체(110)에 회전체(120)와 중간캡(130)이 조립되어서 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 저장된 구슬 크림 보관용 화장품 용기(100)는 중간캡(130)에 보호캡(150)이 씌워져 판매 유통되어지게 된다.
본 발명의 구슬 크림 보관용 화장품 용기(100)의 내용물을 꺼내쓰고자 할 때에는 먼저 중간캡(130)에 대하여 나사식 체결되어 있는 보호캡(150)을 분리해 낸다.
보호캡(150)을 분리해 낸 후, 한손으로는 본체(110)를 잡고 나머지 한손으로는 회전체(120)를 잡은 상태에서 상기 회전체를 나사 풀림 방향으로 회전시킨다.
이때 회전체(120)의 인출봉승강실린더(121)에 위치하고 있는 인출봉(140)은 D-커팅면(143)이 본체(110)의 인출봉활동관(112)의 D-커팅면(112a)에 위치하고 있어 회전이 규제되어지게 된다.
상기한 상태에서 회전체(120)가 회전을 하므로써, 인출봉(140)의 안내돌기(141)가 인출봉승강실린더(121)의 승강스크류홀(121a)에 안내되어져 상기 회전체(120)의 회전운동에 의해 상기 인출봉(140)이 상승 이동하게 된다.
인출봉(140)이 상승 이동할 때 인출봉(140)의 상단으로 형성되어 있는 안착홈(142)에 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 안착되어진 상태에서 도8에서와 같이 상승하여 중간캡(130)의 상면(131)으로 형성되어 있는 배출요부(132)에 위치하게 된다.
도 8에서와 같이 위치하여진 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 관리하고자 하는 부위의 피부에 위치시킨 다음 문질러 바르게 된다.
상기와 같이 본체(110)에 수용되어 있는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)은 상기 본체(110)의 바닥면(111)이 중앙으로 가면서 낮아지는 콘형태를 이루고 있어 수용된 구슬 크림 화장품(10)의 잔여량에 관계 없이 항상 인출봉(140)의 안착요홈(142)에 상기의 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 위치하게 되는 것이다
이상에서와 같이 배출한 구슬 크림 화장품(10)의 사용을 완료한 후에는 회전체(120)를 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 배출시킬 때의 회전방향과 반대되는 방향으로 회전시켜 도 7에서와 같이 위치시켜 다음 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 배출시킬 수 있는 위치로 위치시켜 둔다.
이후, 중간캡(130)에 보호캡(150)을 체결하여 보관하게 되는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 피부로부터 수분의 증발을 억제하고, 손상된 피부장벽을 빠르게 복원하여 얼굴주름과 더불어 목주름 개선을 위해 사용하는 크림 화장품 중 외부는 왁스층(12) 내부는 유탁질 형태로서 고함량 세라마이드(11)를 함유하도록 구성된 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 보관 사용하도록 된 용기에 있어서,
    구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 저장되어지는 공간의 바닥면(111)이 콘형태로써 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 바닥면(111) 중심으로 모여지도록 하고, 구슬 크림 화장품(10)을 밀어 올리는 인출봉(140)이 승강하도록 위치하여지는 인출봉활동관(112)이 중심에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 인출봉(140)을 승강시키는 회전체(120)가 하부 결합부(113)에서 회동 가능하도록 조립형성되어 있고, 상부 결합부(114)에는 인출봉(140)에 의해 인출되어지는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 배출되어지는 배출요부(132)가 상면(131)에 형성되어 있는 중간캡(130)이 결합되어 있는 본체(110)와;
    상기 본체(110)의 인출봉활동관(112)에 대하여 상단부가 요철결합되어 짐과 동시에 인출봉(140)의 안내돌기(141)가 안내되어지는 승강스크류홀(121a)이 내면으로 형성되어 있는 인출봉승강실린더(121)가 내부 중앙에 형성되어 있고, 테두리벽(122) 내면으로 형성된 걸림환띠(122a)가 상기 본체(110)의 하부결합부(113) 외측으로 구비된 걸림환띠에 걸림되도록 조립 형성되어지는 회전체(120)와;
    상기 회전체(120)의 인출봉승강실린더(121)의 승강스크류홀(121a)을 따라 안내되어지는 안내돌기(141)가 하부 외측면에 대향되게 형성되어 있고, 상단면에는 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 낱개씩 인출 위치하여지는 안착요홈(142)이 형성되어 있는 안출봉(140)과;
    먼지등으로부터 보호되어질 수 있도록 보호캡(150)이 나사식 체결되어지고, 상기 본체(110)의 상부 결합부(114)에 결합환테(133)가 언더컷 체결되어지며, 인출봉(140)에 의해 인출된 구슬 크림 화장품(10)이 노출되어지는 배출요부(132)가 상면(131)에 형성되어 있는 중간캡(130)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인출봉(140)이 승강되어지는 본체(110)의 인출봉활동관(112)은 인출봉(140)의 외경과 대응하는 내경을 이루되, 인출봉(140)이 회전 없이 승강되어질 수 있도록 상기 인출봉(140)의 외주면에 형성된 D-커팅면(143)과 대응하는 D-커팅면(113)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전체(120)의 인출봉승강실린더(121)의 상단과 본체(110) 바닥면(111) 중앙으로 형성된 인출봉활동관(112) 사이에 기밀유지용 기밀링(160)이 개재됨을 특징으로 하는 구슬 크림 화장품 보관용 용기.
