Abstract
L'invention concerne un outil de type pont pour un dispositif servant à extruder directement des profilés creux à épaisseur de paroi variable. L'outil de type pont comprend une matrice (6) et au moins un élément formant mandrin (5) pourvu d'une première extrémité tournée vers l'ouverture de matrice et d'une seconde extrémité opposée. Le contour de profilé extérieur d'un profilé creux est fixé par la géométrie de l'ouverture de matrice, et la section transversale intérieure d'un profilé creux est fixée par l'élément formant mandrin ou les éléments formant mandrin (5). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'élément formant mandrin ou les éléments formant mandrin (5) comportent au moins un évidement, dans lequel un mandrin coulissant intérieur est disposé de manière mobile dans une direction axiale. Le mandrin coulissant intérieur présente, dans sa première zone d'extrémité tournée vers la première extrémité de l'élément formant mandrin, des sections transversales différentes.
