在舞台灯的实际应用中,为适应不同客户及场合需要,需要为灯具投射出来的图案实行切割,这时就需要在设备上配置切割器,为节省成本及简化结构需要,很多场合配置的是即插即用式切割器,切割器是通过手动调节结构驱动切割片来得到所需要的图案,通常情况下,在完成调节后,调节结构仅依靠本身各部件之间的铆接松紧度来防止切割片走位,但这种方式一个方面随着使用次数的增加会使其失效,另一方面也会因为意外碰触调节轮或设备本身的震动而导致切割片走位,从而导致图案变化。
技术问题
基于此,本实用新型在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防止误动作的舞台灯光切割装置,所述舞台灯光切割装置结构简单,可即插即用,操作方便,并可以有效的防止因意外的碰触或设备本身的震动而导致切割片走位。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种舞台灯。
其技术方案如下:
一种舞台灯光切割装置,包括切割器、用于调节切割器切割图案的切割器调节轮、盖板、设置在盖板上用于固定切割器调节轮的弹性紧固部件,所述盖板与切割器可拆卸配合。
本实用新型在盖板上设置弹性紧固件,当盖板打开时,切割器调节轮处于自由状态,作业员通过操作切割器调节轮即可得到所需的切割图案;当盖板闭合时,由于盖板上设有用于固定切割器调节轮的弹性紧固部件,其可以将切割器调节轮固定,防止切割器调节轮动作,即可防止切割器调节轮因遭意外碰触或因舞台灯本身震动而产生误动作,从而得到稳定可靠的切割图案。
在其中一个实施例中,所述盖板与切割器转动配合连接,所述盖板上设有与切割器匹配的连接件。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性紧固部件为弹性压条。弹性压条具有较好的弹性,且成本较低,安装方便,当盖板闭合时,弹性压条靠其弹性将切割器调节轮固定压紧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性压条为硅胶弹性压条、橡胶弹性压条或弹性体压条。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性压条的厚度为0.5~5mm。选用厚度为0.5~5mm的弹性压条可使压条对切割器调节轮的固定压紧效果更加。

本实施例中盖板4通过转动轴3与切割器1连接。所述弹性紧固部件5为弹性压条,所述弹性压条可以为硅胶弹性压条、橡胶弹性压条或弹性体压条,其有较好弹性,弹性压条靠其弹性将切割器调节轮固定压紧。盖板4绕转动轴3转动,实现盖板4的打开与闭合,当盖板4打开时,调节轮2处于自由状态,通过操作调节轮2即可得到所需的切割图案,当盖板4闭合时,盖板4上的压条5压在调节轮2上,靠压条的弹性将调节轮2固定,防止调节轮2误动作,得到稳定的切割图案。
如图3,所述切割器1包括:面板11、夹板12和底板13,所述面板11、夹板12、底板13依次通过连接柱14层叠设置,所述连接柱可以为铆柱或螺丝,所述面板11、夹板12、底板13上分别设有供光束通过的第一通光孔111、第二通光孔121、第三通光孔131,所述底板13上还设有4个切割片15和连杆机构16,所述切割器调节轮2通过连杆机构16驱动切割片15移动遮挡底板上的第三通光孔131形成切割图案。灯光光束通过第一通光孔、第二通光孔、第三通光孔可以形成圆形光斑,切割器调节轮通过连杆机构16驱动切割片移动遮挡底板上的第三通光孔可以形成切割图案,从而实现对舞台灯光的切割。
进一步的,所述面板11和夹板12、夹板12和底板13之间均设有垫圈。设置垫圈可使面板、夹板、底板组装后结构紧凑。
