一种灯光装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具领域,具体涉及一种灯光装置。
背景技术
因为社会文化生活的丰富,人们的欣赏水平有了质的飞跃,越来越追求细节的完美。比如在装饰灯具领域,对灯光图案的效果等方面,要求越来越高。在装饰灯中,为满足图案及色彩变换需要,一般都安装有图案盘,通过电机带动图案盘旋转以形成不同的图案,甚至为图案盘和色盘的组合,根据实际需要,通过电机带动图案盘或色盘的转动与混合形成不同的色彩和图案。
在图案盘的回位定点上,现有技术一般有两种,一种为通过控制电机的开关控制图案盘的旋转,但这种方法不能准确地将图案盘定点在初始位置,随意性大,不便于操作;另一种方式为在图案盘上设置限位柱,通过限位柱的卡位实现回位定点,但这种方法由于限位柱在碰撞接触后会产生反作用力,图案盘在反作用力的影响下将会反弹形成一定的误差,使得回位定点不精准,且限位柱在经历多次碰撞接触后易松动,影响使用效果。
技术问题
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种能精确实现图案盘回位定点的灯光装置。
技术解决方案
一种灯光装置,包括:光源、设置有若干图案片的图案盘、旋转轴和传动机构,旋转轴穿过图案盘的轴心,传动机构带动旋转轴旋转,使得图案盘转动,图案片依次旋转至光源发出的光线的光路上,还包括图案盘定位装置,所述图案盘定位装置包括霍尔板、霍尔板固定支架与磁铁,霍尔板安装在霍尔板固定支架上,磁铁安装在图案盘上,所述图案盘旋转使磁铁接近霍尔板产生磁感应。
图案盘在传动机构的带动下旋转,光源发射出来的光线通过一个图案片射出,产生所述图案片对应的效果,当下一个图案片旋转至光路上时,则灯光装置产生下一个图案片对应的效果,故本产品具有自动播放的功能。根据灯的图案变换需要,图案盘需要回位定点,当磁铁经过霍尔板上方时,霍尔板感应到磁铁,并根据感应数据切断传动机构电源使传动机构停止运转,图案盘的起始图案片回位定点到起始位置,完成图案盘的回位定点,在下一次打开灯光装置时,光源发出的光线对应的图案片为图案盘的起始图案片。这是在灯光装置关闭过程完成图案盘的回位定点的方法,同样,也可以在灯光装置开启过程完成回位定点。开启传动机构电源,传动机构运转,当磁铁经过霍尔板上方时,霍尔板感应到磁铁,并根据感应数据开启光源电源使得光源发出光线,这样光源发出的光线对应的图案片为图案盘的起始图案片。本灯光装置利用了霍尔感应原理及霍尔板,有效实现了灯光装置图案盘的回位定点,减少了误差,提高了图案盘回位定点精准性和灯具的艺术营造效果,适应于各种灯具的图案盘的回位定点。在多台灯光装置一起使用的情况下,通过图案盘定位装置,保证这些灯光装置图案顺序与方向的一致性。
进一步地,所述霍尔板与磁铁在垂直方向上对准。磁铁经过霍尔板上方时,霍尔板感应到磁铁产生磁感应,本灯光装置将霍尔板与磁铁在垂直方向上对准,保证磁感应产生的强度够大,避免霍尔板感应不到磁铁的情况。
进一步地,所述磁铁在图案盘靠近起始图案片的位置。为了提高灯具的艺术营造效果,在多台灯光装置一起使用的情况下,需要事先固定这些灯光的起始图案。将磁铁设置在图案盘靠近起始图案片的位置,使得本灯光装置每一次通电后都从该起始图案片开始切换图案。
进一步地,所述图案盘上设置有与图案片对应数量的图案片固定装置。根据所需要的艺术效果的不同,灯光装置需要时常跟换图案片,所以,图案片通过图案片固定装置固定在图案盘上,当需要更换图案片时,再把图案片固定装置拆卸下来,把图案片替换成新的图案片。
进一步地,还包括聚光器件,所述聚光器件设置在光源发射出来的光线的光路上。光源发出的光经聚光器件反射后汇聚成沿着光的传播方向的主光线,使得所成图案更加清晰。
进一步地,所述聚光器件包括透镜支架、透镜与用于固定透镜的透镜固定装置,所述透镜支架设置在光源与图案盘之间,透镜通过透镜固定装置嵌入透镜支架中,霍尔板固定支架设置在透镜支架上。聚光器件设置在光源发射出来的光线的光路上,更好的方式是把聚光器件设置在光源与图案盘之间,这样,在光线射在图案片之间就被聚光器件汇聚成主要的一条光线,而不是将发散形式的光射在图案片上。如果发散形式的光射在图案片上,最后显示的图案将比较模糊。
进一步地,所述图案片固定装置和透镜固定位置为压片。压片固定能力好,又方便拆卸。
进一步地,还包括用于控制图案切换时间的控制板,所述控制板与传动机构相连。通过控制板,用户可以控制图案切换时间,例如2秒切换一次图案或者5秒切换一次图案。由于传动机构带动旋转轴旋转使得图案盘转动,那么控制板与传动机构相连,控制传动机构的运动从而控制图案盘的转动速度,则实现对图案切换时间的控制。
进一步地,所述光源为LED。LED效率高、寿命长,适合在户外空间的灯光装置上使用,以达到特定效果、技术目的或节日氛围等。
进一步地,所述传动机构为步进电机。步进电机作为常用的传动机构,广泛应用在各种自动化控制系统中。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于,图案盘在传动机构的带动下旋转,光源发射出来的光线通过一个图案片射出,产生所述图案片对应的效果,当下一个图案片旋转至光路上时,则灯光装置产生下一个图案片对应的效果,故本产品具有自动播放的功能。本灯光装置利用了霍尔感应原理及霍尔板,有效实现了灯光装置图案盘的回位定点,减少了误差,提高了图案盘回位定点精准性和灯具的艺术营造效果,适应于各种灯具的图案盘的回位定点。在多台灯光装置一起使用的情况下,通过图案盘定位装置,保证这些灯光装置图案顺序与方向的一致性。本灯光装置包括聚光器件,所述聚光器件设置在光源发射出来的光线的光路上。光源发出的光经聚光器件反射后汇聚成沿着光的传播方向的主光线,使得所成图案更加清晰。图案片和透镜都是可拆卸型,方便更换。

本发明的最佳实施方式
图1为本实用新型图案盘和图案片固定装置的结构示意图,包括底座1、霍尔板2、霍尔板固定支架3、磁铁4,图案盘5、旋转轴6与图案片;旋转轴6穿过图案盘5的轴心,有一传动机构带动旋转轴6旋转,使得图案盘5转动。霍尔板2固定支架3固定在底座1上,霍尔板2安装在霍尔板固定支架3上,磁铁4安装在图案盘5上,所述图案盘5旋转使磁铁接近霍尔板2产生磁感应。霍尔板2与磁铁4在垂直方向上对准。图案片中包括一个起始图案片7,磁铁4在图案盘5靠近起始图案片7的位置。

本发明的实施方式
图2本实用新型某一实施例的灯光装置的前方立体图,图3本实用新型某一实施例的灯光装置的后方立体图。该灯光装置适合于家庭装饰、休闲娱乐、生日晚会、家庭Party、KTV包厢、Disco、歌舞厅、夜总会、酒吧、商场、婚礼、卡拉O K、花园等多个场合。地插13用来固定灯,前盖10、主壳体12、后盖16组成的壳体的内部设有灯的发光器件,光从前盖10照射出来。
图4为图2灯光装置的外壳爆炸图,包括前盖10、防水圈11、主壳体12、地插13、地插螺母131、地插固定座132、地插支架133、锥形地插134、梅花旋钮135、键帽14、公插螺母15、后盖16、螺丝17与公插18。在前盖10与后盖16与主体壳13连接的部位均设置有防水圈11,避免壳体内部进水,影响灯的使用。在安装此装置的过程中,先将锥形地插134固定在地面上,再安装地插支架133、地插固定座132,再通过地插螺母131把灯的照射的主体连接起来。在公插18上插入电源变压器或电源适配器,最后把电源变压器或电源适配器连接电源,即安装完毕。优选地,公插螺母  和公插选用防水公插,避免在户外环境中发生漏电情况。
图5为该灯光装置投射出图案的结构的爆炸图,图中包括铝极板22、设置有若干图案片25的图案片支架24和步进电机21。铝极板22上设置有光源,优选的光源为LED。LED效率高、寿命长,适合在户外空间的灯光装置上使用,以达到特定效果、技术目的或节日氛围等。步进电机21作为常用的传动机构,广泛应用在各种自动化控制系统中。步进电机21的轴穿过图案片支架24的轴心,步进电机21带动图案片支架24转动。图案片25依次旋转至光源发出的光线的光路上。图案片支架24在传动机构的带动下旋转,光源发射出来的光线通过一个图案片25射出,光线穿过内盖28上的孔与玻璃30射出,从而产生所述图案片25对应的效果,当下一个图案片25旋转至光路上时,则灯光装置产生下一个图案片25对应的效果。内盖28与玻璃30间设置有玻璃胶圈29,起到密封作用。
所述图案片支架24上设置有与图案片25对应数量的图案片固定装置26。根据所需要的艺术效果的不同,灯光装置需要时常跟换图案片25,所以,图案片25通过图案片固定装置26固定在图案片支架24上,当需要更换图案片25时,再把图案片固定装置26拆卸下来,把图案片25替换成新的图案片25。优选地,图案片固定装置26为压片,压片无论是安装还是拆卸都十分方便。
本灯光装置还包括聚光器件,所述聚光器件设置在光源发射出来的光线的光路上。光源发出的光经聚光器件反射后汇聚成沿着光的传播方向的主光线,使得所成图案更加清晰。聚光器件包括第一聚光器件23和第二聚光器件27。所第一聚光器件23包括透镜支架233、透镜231与用于固定透镜的透镜固定装置232,所述透镜支架233设置在带光源的铝极板22与图案片支架24之间,透镜231通过透镜固定装置232嵌入透镜支架233中,第一聚光器件23设置在带光源的铝极板22与图案片支架24之间,这样,在光线射在图案片25之前就被第一聚光器件23汇聚成主要的一条光线,而不是将发散形式的光射在图案片25上。如果发散形式的光射在图案片25上,最后显示的图案将比较模糊。第二聚光器件27包括透镜231与用于固定透镜的透镜固定装置232,透镜231通过透镜固定装置232层叠在图案片25上,光线在通过图案片25后再被第二聚光器件27进一步汇聚,加强了投射效果。优选地,透镜固定位置为压片,压片固定能力好,又方便拆卸。
本灯光装置还包括霍尔板2与磁铁4,霍尔板2固定在透镜支架233上。磁铁4安装在图案片支架24上,所述图案片支架24旋转使磁铁4接近霍尔板2产生磁感应。所述霍尔板2与磁铁4在垂直方向上对准。磁铁4经过霍尔板2上方时,霍尔板2感应到磁铁4产生磁感应,本灯光装置将霍尔板2与磁铁4在垂直方向上对准,保证磁感应产生的强度够大,避免霍尔板2感应不到磁铁4的情况。
根据灯的图案变换需要,图案片支架24需要回位定点,当磁铁4经过霍尔板2上方时,霍尔板2感应到磁铁4,并根据感应数据切断传动机构电源使步进电机21停止运转,图案片支架24的起始图案片25回位定点到起始位置,完成图案片支架24的回位定点,在下一次打开灯光装置时,光源发出的光线对应的图案片25为图案片支架24的起始图案片25。这是在灯光装置关闭过程完成图案片支架24的回位定点的方法,同样,也可以在灯光装置开启过程完成回位定点。开启传动机构电源,传动机构运转,当磁铁4经过霍尔板2上方时,霍尔板2感应到磁铁4,并根据感应数据开启光源电源使得光源发出光线,这样光源发出的光线对应的图案片25为图案片支架24的起始图案片25。本灯光装置利用了霍尔感应原理及霍尔板2,有效实现了灯光装置图案片支架24的回位定点,减少了误差,提高了图案片支架24回位定点精准性和灯具的艺术营造效果,适应于各种灯具的图案片支架24的回位定点。在多台灯光装置一起使用的情况下,通过图案片支架24定位装置,保证这些灯光装置图案顺序与方向的一致性。所述磁铁4在图案片支架24靠近起始图案片25的位置。为了提高灯具的艺术营造效果,在多台灯光装置一起使用的情况下,需要事先固定这些灯光的起始图案。将磁铁4设置在图案片支架24靠近起始图案片25的位置,使得本灯光装置每一次通电后都从该起始图案片25开始切换图案。
本灯光装置在灯光装置开启过程完成回位定点,5秒之内灯亮,12个图案再定位一次。
如图5所示,本灯光装置还包括用于控制图案切换时间的控制板20,所述控制板20与步进电机21相连。通过控制板20,用户可以控制图案切换时间,例如2秒切换一次图案或者5秒切换一次图案。由于传动机构带动旋转轴旋转使得图案片支架24转动,那么控制板与传动机构相连,控制传动机构的运动从而控制图案片支架24的转动速度,则实现对图案切换时间的控制。本灯光装置包括键帽14与键帽固定架19。键帽14通过键帽固定架19与控制板连接。用户通过键帽14对产品工作模式选择,产品通电进入默认模式后,图案2秒切换一次,每按一次键帽14,依次产品工作模式为 :①2秒切换一次图案→②5秒切换一次图案→③10秒切换一次图案→④回到模式①,依次循环。另有,手动关机功能,在灯亮状态,按下键帽14的时间大于2.5秒,产品进入关机状态,灯光熄灭。产品关机后不在受定时影响。必须手动短按键帽14开机。开机进入默认模式,图案2秒切换一次。还有记忆功能,长按2.5 S关机和定时关机开机后记忆关机前模式。
本灯光装置部件之间主要是通过螺丝17和螺丝胶塞连接。
本灯光装置利用了霍尔感应原理及霍尔板2,有效实现了灯光装置图案盘5的回位定点,减少了误差,提高了图案盘5回位定点精准性和灯具的艺术营造效果,适应于各种灯具的图案盘5的回位定点。在多台灯光装置一起使用的情况下,通过图案盘定位装置,保证这些灯光装置图案顺序与方向的一致性。本灯光装置包括聚光器件,所述聚光器件设置在光源发射出来的光线的光路上。光源发出的光经聚光器件反射后汇聚成沿着光的传播方向的主光线,使得所成图案更加清晰。图案片5和透镜231都是可拆卸型,方便更换。图案盘5在步进电机21的带动下旋转,光源发射出来的光线通过一个图案片25射出,产生所述图案片25对应的效果,当下一个图案片25旋转至光路上时,则灯光装置产生下一个图案片25对应的效果,所以本产品也具有自动播放的功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯光装置,包括:光源、设置有若干图案片的图案盘、旋转轴和传动机构,旋转轴穿过图案盘的轴心,传动机构带动旋转轴旋转,使得图案盘转动,图案片依次旋转至光源发出的光线的光路上,其特征在于,
    还包括图案盘定位装置,所述图案盘定位装置包括霍尔板、霍尔板固定支架与磁铁,霍尔板安装在霍尔板固定支架上,磁铁安装在图案盘上,所述图案盘旋转使磁铁接近霍尔板产生磁感应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,所述霍尔板与磁铁在垂直方向上对准。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,所述磁铁在图案盘靠近起始图案片的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,所述图案盘上设置有与图案片对应数量的图案片固定装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,还包括聚光器件,所述聚光器件设置在光源发射出来的光线的光路上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,所述聚光器件包括透镜支架、透镜与用于固定透镜的透镜固定装置,所述透镜支架设置在光源与图案盘之间,透镜通过透镜固定装置嵌入透镜支架中,霍尔板固定支架设置在透镜支架上。
  7. 根据权利要求4或6所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,所述图案片固定装置和透镜固定位置为压片。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,还包括用于控制图案切换时间的控制板,所述控制板与传动机构相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,所述光源为LED。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种灯光装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构为步进电机。
