Definitions

  • the present disclosure relates to printing and dyeing machinery for the textile industry, and more particularly to a satellite rotary screen transfer printing device.
  • the main printing processes on the market include rotary screen printing, flat screen printing, roller printing, plate printing, transfer printing and digital inkjet printing.
  • the corresponding equipment is mainly rotary screen printing machine, flat screen printing machine and roller. Printing machine, plate printing machine, transfer printing machine, digital inkjet printing machine, etc.
  • rotary screen printing and transfer printing are worthy of attention.
  • the rotary screen printing machine was first created by the Dutch Stoke Company in 1963. Although its history is not long, it has developed rapidly. It has the advantages of low labor intensity, high production efficiency and strong adaptability to fabrics. It is suitable for chemical fiber fabrics, knitted fabrics and light fabric printing. It can get the effect of vivid flower pattern and bright color, and can avoid the drawbacks of color transmission. Therefore, in the past two or three decades, rotary screen printing machines have become the mainstream products of textile printing, and have been widely used in printing production in China. Since the introduction of the rotary screen printing machine in China in 1973, it has gradually replaced the original roller printing machine. Due to the use of the rotary screen, the rotary screen printing machine has improved production efficiency, reduced cost and reduced operational labor intensity. It has been welcomed by printing companies and has also promoted the technological progress of domestic rotary screen printing machines.
  • Transfer printing is also one of the more rapid development of textile printing processes. Transfer printing began in the late 1960s. The early transfer printing mainly adopted the thermal transfer printing process, that is, a printing method in which a certain dye was printed on paper or the like and then transferred to the fabric by hot pressing or the like. In recent years, in addition to thermal transfer printing, cold transfer printing has developed rapidly. Cold transfer printing is to use a water-based color paste to print the pattern onto the coated paper, transfer it to the fabric at room temperature, then pass the cold pile or steaming color, and finally wash the color to remove the floating color, and complete the whole printing process. a printing process. The transfer printing has the imitation digital printing quality, and can be mass-produced, and the cost is much lower than the digital printing, so the market prospect is broad.
