现代工业生产、制造及运输工程中经常涉及到原料、产品、燃料等物体的传输过程,比如食品加工厂的谷物,粉类物体厂内输送,运输设备的燃料和产品的注、卸过程。受到运输装置可靠性的限制,在上述物料运输的过程中经常会发生泄漏现象,发生泄漏以后通常停止运输进行设备维修,而有些情况下运输装置的泄漏无需大范围维修,此时若停止运输将导致生产中断,会影响工作效率以及经济效益。若不停止运输而直接进行维修,物料继续泄漏会造成环境的污染以及浪费。因此亟需提供一种在上述情况下用于承接物料的接漏装置。

本实用新型的目的在于:通过设计一种接漏装置,用于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种接漏装置,其特征在于,包括承接主体以及设置在所述承接主体的端部相对于所述承接主体可移动设置的承接副体,所述承接主体具有主体支撑板,所述承接副体具有副体支撑板,所述主体支撑板相对于水平面倾斜设置,具有主体第一端以及主体第二端,所述主体第一端的水平位置高于所述主体第二端的水平位置,所述承接副体设置在所述主体第二端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述承接主体还包括设置在所述主体支撑板周部的主体侧板,所述主体侧板上并位于安装所述承接副体的位置设置有侧板开口,所述承接副体设置在所述侧板开口处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述承接副体通过转轴与所述承接主体铰接,以使所述承接副体相对于所述承接主体至少具有展开状态以及收拢状态;
    展开状态下,所述副体支撑板与所述主体支撑板相互平行,且所述副体支撑板于所述主体第二端向远离所述承接主体的方向延伸,以便于通过所述承接副体将所述承接主体接到的物料输出至回收装置;
    收拢状态下,所述副体支撑板绕所述转轴旋转至所述主体支撑板所在竖直空间,以减少所述接漏装置占用的面积。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,还包括用于限制所述承接主体与所述承接副体处于所述展开状态或收拢状态的限位装置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述限位装置为长度可调的调节链条,所述调节链条具有与所述承接主体连接的第一连接部以及与所述承接副体连接的第二连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间的距离可调。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述承接主体还包括用 于支撑所述主体支撑板的主体支撑杆,所述主体支撑杆为四根,分别设置在所述主体支撑板的四个角落位置,四根所述主体支撑杆的高度相同,且四根所述主体支撑杆的最高点位于所述承接主体的上方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述调节链条与所述承接主体相连接的位置位于承接主体上方的所述主体支撑杆上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述主体支撑杆包括地脚连接杆以及与所述地脚连接杆可拆卸连接的主支撑杆,所述地脚连接杆与工作平台固定连接,所述主支撑杆与所述地脚连接杆可通过螺栓固定连接,所述主支撑杆与所述地脚连接杆之间设置有垫片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述承接主体朝向所述承接副体的一侧表面设置有密封件,或,所述承接副体朝向所述承接主体的一侧设置有密封件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的接漏装置,其特征在于,所述承接副体通过滑槽与所述承接主体可滑动连接,以使所述承接副体相对于所述承接主体至少具有展开状态以及收拢状态;
    展开状态下,所述副体支撑板与所述主体支撑板相互平行,且所述副体支撑板于所述主体第二端向远离所述承接主体的方向延伸,以便于通过承接副体将承接主体接到的物料输出至回收装置;
    收拢状态下,所述副体支撑板与所述主体支撑板相互重叠,且所述副体支撑板位于所述主体支撑板的下方。
