Abstract
L'invention concerne un panneau d'isolation de moussage de ciment destiné à un gabarit auto-isolant. Le panneau d'isolation de moussage de ciment destiné à un gabarit auto-isolant est composé des matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : 55 à 78 parties de ciment, 15 à 24 parties d'un laitier, 7 à 11 parties de fumée de silice, 1 à 5 parties d'acide stéarique, 2 à 4 parties de peroxyde d'hydrogène, 1 à 3 parties de lignosulfonate de calcium, 1 à 3 parties de fibres de carbone, 6 à 9 parties d'une émulsion de polyacrylate et 60 à 75 parties d'eau. Le panneau d'isolation de moussage de ciment destiné à un gabarit auto-isolant présente une intégrité satisfaisante, est ignifuge et léger, présente une résistance élevée, une ténacité satisfaisante et une forte cohésion interne, et est respectueux de l'environnement et sûr.
