Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂125‑159份、碳化硅粉末15‑30份、酚醛树脂20‑35份、镍钴合金5‑10份、硅酸镁铝20‑40份、氧化钙25‑35份、硫酸铝5‑10份、氧化铝55‑110份、氧化镁15‑30份、碳素5‑10份、金红石5‑10份、黏土15‑20份、二氧化硅20‑40份、氧化铁5‑10份、石棉1‑5份。本发明耐火材料的组合物可以通过材料重量份数混合均匀得到耐火材料浇注料,然后浇注成型,自然晾干,经高温焙烧,提高了耐火材料的高温强度和耐火度。本发明与现有技术的耐火材料相比,具有强度高、耐火度 高和抗热震性能好、使用寿命长、节能、环保等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种材料,特别是涉及一种火化炉用耐火材料。
背景技术
我们知道,火化炉炉膛承担着焚化遗体的功能,炉膛内砌筑的耐火材料的质量对遗体的燃烧效率和环保节能的效果影响很大。现有的耐火材料耐火度和耐压强度较低(耐火度为1500℃左右、耐压强度为15MPa),长时间受高温焙烧比较容易剥落,从而导致火化机炉膛漏气,保温、节 能和环保效果较差,无法满足火化设备发展的需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有的耐火材料由于耐火度和耐压强度低、长时间受高温 焙烧比较容易剥落,从而导致火化机炉膛漏气,保温、节能和环保效果 较差的技术问题,本发明提供一种耐火度和耐压强度高、能够使火化机炉膛密封良好,保温、节能和环保效果好的耐火材料。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种耐火材料,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂125-159份、碳化硅粉末15-30份、酚醛树脂20-35份、镍钴合金5-10份、硅酸镁铝20-40份、氧化钙25-35份、硫酸铝5-10份、氧化铝55-110份、氧化镁15-30份、碳素5-10份、金红石5-10份、黏土15-20份、二氧化硅20-40份、氧化铁5-10份、石棉1-5份。
优选的,所述的耐火材料按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂135份、碳化硅粉末24份、酚醛树脂30份、镍钴合金7份、硅酸镁铝30份、氧化钙30份、硫酸铝8份、氧化铝70份、氧化镁24份、碳素7份、金红石8份、黏土18份、二氧化硅30份、氧化铁8份、石棉3份。
优选的,所述镍钴合金镍含量为30%~40%,钴含量为25%~55%。
优选的,所述二氧化硅的粒度为60-200目。
本发明耐火材料的组合物可以通过材料质量百分比混合均匀得到耐 火材料浇注料,然后浇注成型,自然晾干,经高温焙烧,使游离的CaO 与Al2O3发生反应,形成高熔点CA6和CA2,提高了耐火材料的高温强 度和耐火度。本发明与现有技术的耐火材料相比,具有强度高、耐火度 高和抗热震性能好、使用寿命长、节能、环保等特点。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
本发明所述的镍钴合金镍含量为30%~40%,钴含量为25%~55%;所述二氧化硅的粒度为60-200目。
实施例1
一种耐火材料,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂125份、碳化硅粉末30份、酚醛树脂20份、镍钴合金10份、硅酸镁铝40份、氧化钙25份、硫酸铝10份、氧化铝55份、氧化镁30份、碳素5份、金红石10份、黏土15份、二氧化硅40份、氧化铁5份、石棉1份。
实施例2
一种耐火材料,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂155份、碳化硅粉末15份、酚醛树脂35份、镍钴合金5份、硅酸镁铝20份、氧化钙35份、硫酸铝5份、氧化铝110份、氧化镁15份、碳素10份、金红石5份、黏土20份、二氧化硅20份、氧化铁10份、石棉5份。
实施例3
一种耐火材料,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂135份、碳化硅粉末24份、酚醛树脂30份、镍钴合金7份、硅酸镁铝30份、氧化钙30份、硫酸铝8份、氧化铝70份、氧化镁24份、碳素7份、金红石8份、黏土18份、二氧化硅30份、氧化铁8份、石棉3份。

1.一种耐火材料,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂125-159份、碳化硅粉末15-30份、酚醛树脂20-35份、镍钴合金5-10份、硅酸镁铝20-40份、氧化钙25-35份、硫酸铝5-10份、氧化铝55-110份、氧化镁15-30份、碳素5-10份、金红石5-10份、黏土15-20份、二氧化硅20-40份、氧化铁5-10份、石棉1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐火材料,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括如下组份:石英砂135份、碳化硅粉末24份、酚醛树脂30份、镍钴合金7份、硅酸镁铝30份、氧化钙30份、硫酸铝8份、氧化铝70份、氧化镁24份、碳素7份、金红石8份、黏土18份、二氧化硅30份、氧化铁8份、石棉3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐火材料,其特征在于,所述镍钴合金镍含量为30%~40%,钴含量为25%~55%。
