一种可降解保鲜膜,其通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸35-45份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯27-32份、增韧剂3-8份、甘油1-3份、碳酸钙9-13份、高岭土6-11份、润滑剂0.5-0.9份。该可降解保鲜膜可以完全生物降解,不污染环境,而且韧性好。

Description

一种可降解保鲜膜 技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种可降解保鲜膜。
背景技术
目前果蔬保鲜常用的塑料薄膜是采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等材料制备而成,这些材料均不可降解,而果蔬保鲜膜一般都是一次性使用,使用完废弃后也难以回收再利用,易给环境造成严重的污染。
生物降解材料如聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、聚丁二酸己二酸丁二醇酯(PBSA)、聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇-co-己二酸丁二醇)酯(PBAT)、聚羟基烷酸酯(PHA)等都属于全生物降解高分子材料,这类材料使用完后丢弃到自然中,能够在自然界微生物作用下最终全部降解为H2O和CO2;若用生物降解材料制备果蔬保鲜膜,则对环境具有很好的保护作用。但是直接采用生物降解材料制备成的保鲜膜在使用时仍存在较多的问题,如保鲜膜的气体阻隔性、水蒸气的渗透性等不符合要求,使保鲜的食品容易腐坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可降解保鲜膜。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种可降解保鲜膜,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸35-45份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯27-32份、增韧剂3-8份、甘油1-3份、碳酸钙9-13份、高岭土6-11份、润滑剂0.5-0.9份。
优选地,所述的可降解保鲜膜,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸40份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯30份、增韧剂6份、甘油2份、碳酸钙10份、高岭土9份、润滑剂0.7份。
优选地,所述的可降解保鲜膜,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸35份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯27份、增韧剂3份、甘油1份、碳酸钙9份、高岭土6份、润滑剂0.5份。
优选地,所述的可降解保鲜膜,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸45份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯32份、增韧剂8份、甘油3份、碳酸钙13份、高岭土11份、润滑剂0.9份。
本发明技术效果:
本发明提供的可降解保鲜膜可以完全生物降解,不污染环境,而且韧性好。

下面结合实施例具体介绍本发明的实质性内容。
实施例1
所述的可降解保鲜膜,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸40份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯 30份、增韧剂6份、甘油2份、碳酸钙10份、高岭土9份、润滑剂0.7份。
实施例2
所述的可降解保鲜膜,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸35份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯27份、增韧剂3份、甘油1份、碳酸钙9份、高岭土6份、润滑剂0.5份。
实施例3
所述的可降解保鲜膜,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸45份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯32份、增韧剂8份、甘油3份、碳酸钙13份、高岭土11份、润滑剂0.9份。
本发明提供的可降解保鲜膜可以完全生物降解,不污染环境,而且韧性好。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种可降解保鲜膜,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸35-45份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯27-32份、增韧剂3-8份、甘油1-3份、碳酸钙9-13份、高岭土6-11份、润滑剂0.5-0.9份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可降解保鲜膜,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸40份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯30份、增韧剂6份、甘油2份、碳酸钙10份、高岭土9份、润滑剂0.7份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可降解保鲜膜,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸35份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯27份、增韧剂3份、甘油1份、碳酸钙9份、高岭土6份、润滑剂0.5份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可降解保鲜膜,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:聚乳酸45份、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯32份、增韧剂8份、甘油3份、碳酸钙13份、高岭土11份、润滑剂0.9份。
