Abstract

一种液晶显示器包括显示模组(1)和背光模组(2)。背光模组(2)包括导光板(21)、反射层(22)、光学膜片组件(23)及发光组件(24)。光学膜片组件(23)设于导光板(21)的顶部。反射层(22)设于导光板(21)的底部。发光组件(24)包括与导光板(21)的入光面相对设置的LED灯条(30)及设置于LED灯条(30)底部的基板(31)。基板(31)延伸至反射层(22)的底部。将基板(31)设置于反射层(22)的底部并将基板(31)延伸至反射层(22)的底部,增加了基板(31)的装配空间,基板(31)的尺寸可以做的更大,从而更便于对LED灯条(30)进行散热,延长了LED灯条(30)和液晶显示器的使用寿命、提升了液晶显示器的性能。

Description

液晶显示器及其背光模组 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示器及其背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示器具有机身薄、功耗低、无辐射等优点,得到了越来越广泛的应用。液晶显示器属于被动式发光显示器,需要背光源来为其提供光源,其中,背光源包括LED灯条,LED灯条在发光过程中会发热,由于液晶显示器预留给背光源的装配空间有限,LED灯条产生的热量不能及时发散,从而缩短了LED灯条的使用寿命,此外,液晶显示器中其他部件受热也会发生变形,从而影响了液晶显示器的性能及寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种液晶显示器及其背光模组,能够改善LED灯条的散热效果、延长LED灯条和液晶显示器的使用寿命、提升液晶显示器的性能。
本发明提出的具体技术方案为:提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括导光板、反射层、光学膜片组件及发光组件,所述光学膜片组件设于所述导光板的顶部,所述反射层设于所述导光板的底部,所述发光组件包括与所述导光板的入光面相对设置的LED灯条及设置于所述LED灯条底部的基板,所述基板延伸至所述反射层的底部。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括与所述导光板的入光面相对设置的胶框,所述LED灯条位于所述胶框与所述导光板之间。
可选地,所述基板还延伸至所述胶框的底部。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板及由所述底板弯折延伸出的侧板,所述底板位于所述基板的底部,所述侧板位于所述LED灯条背离所述导光板的入光面的一侧。
可选地,所述反射层为反射片。
可选地,所述反射层为涂覆于所述基板的顶部的反射涂层。
可选地,所述基板为单层板。
可选地,所述背光模组还包括设于所述基板的底部的散热片。
本发明还提供了一种液晶显示器,包括如上所述的背光模组及设于所述背光模组上的显示模组。
可选地,所述液晶显示器还包括设于所述LED灯条的顶部的遮光胶层,所述遮光胶层覆盖所述LED灯条并延伸至所述导光板的顶部。
本发明提供的背光模组包括导光板、反射层、光学膜片组件及发光组件,所述发光组件包括与所述导光板的入光面相对设置的LED灯条及设置于所述LED灯条底部的基板,所述基板延伸至所述反射层的底部。本发明将基板设置于反射层的底部并将基板延伸至反射层的底部,增加了基板的装配空间,基板的尺寸可以做的更大,从而更便于对LED灯条进行散热,延长了LED灯条和液晶显示器的使用寿命、提升了液晶显示器的性能。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为局限于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。
参照图1,本实施例提供的液晶显示器包括显示模组1和背光模组2。显示模组1设置于背光模组2上,背光模组2用于为显示模组1提供光源。背光模组2包括导光板21、反射层22、光学膜片组件23及发光组件24。光学膜片组件23设于导光板21的顶部,反射层22设于导光板21的底部,发光组件24包括与导光板21的入光面相对设置的LED灯条30及设置于LED灯条30底部的基板31,基板31延伸至反射层22的底部。
本实施例中的背光模组2为侧入式背光模组,LED灯条30环绕导光板21设置,LED灯条30发射的光线从导光板21的侧面进入导光板21中,即导光板21的侧面为入光面,光线在导光板21内经过多次反射后从导光板21的顶部出射,经过光学膜片组23后进入显示模组1中,其中,反射层22用于将入射到导光板21的底部的光线进行反射,防止光线从导光板21的底部出射。反射层22可以为反射片,本实施例中的反射层22还可以是在基板31的顶部涂覆的反射涂层,通过在基板31的顶部涂覆反射涂层来取代反射片,可以减小整个背光模组2的厚度。
基板31设置于LED灯条30的底部并延伸至反射层22的底部,优选的,LED灯条30覆盖整个反射层22的底部。基板31的尺寸越大,对LED灯条的散热效果就越好,从而延长了LED灯条30和液晶显示器的使用寿命、提升了液晶显示器的性能。
为了增加整个背光模组2的稳固性,背光模组2还包括与导光板21的入光面相对设置的胶框25,胶框25环绕导光板21的边缘设置,LED灯条30位于胶框25与导光板21之间。本实施例中的基板31为FPC,其还延伸至胶框25的底部,胶框25与基板31之间通过双面胶进行粘合。整个基板31的面积大致与整个背光模组2的底部的面积相等,可选地提升了LED灯条的散热效果。
此外,由于基板31的尺寸增加,LED灯条30的线路排布区域得到增加,基板31可以是单层板,厚度也可以做的更薄,进一步减小了整个背光模组2的厚度。
本实施例中的背光模组2还包括背板26,背板26包括底板32及由底板32弯折延伸出的侧板33,底板32位于基板31的底部,侧板33位于LED灯 条30背离导光板21的入光面的一侧。其中,胶框25位于侧板33与LED灯条30之间。基板31延伸至侧板33与底板32的连接处并完全覆盖底板32的表面。
为了进一步提升LED灯条30的散热效果,本实施例中的背光模组2还包括设于基板31的底部的散热片27。散热片27位于底板32与基板31之间并完全覆盖基板31的底部。其中,散热片27为石墨片。
显示模组1包括上偏光片11、下偏光片12及设置于上偏光片11与下偏光片12之间的显示组件13。下偏光片12位于光学膜片组23的上方。本实施例中的液晶显示器还包括设于LED灯条30的顶部的遮光胶层3,遮光胶层3覆盖LED灯条30并分别延伸至导光板21的顶部和胶框25的顶部。遮光胶层3可以为不透光胶层或石墨片,通过遮光胶层3可以防止背光模组2漏光以及对背光模组2进行散热。液晶显示器还包括设于遮光胶层3与显示模组1之间的胶层4,胶层4一端与遮光胶层3贴合、另一端延伸至下偏光片12的底部并与下偏光片12的底部贴合,因此,遮光胶层3还用于支撑显示模组1。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种背光模组,其中,包括导光板、反射层、光学膜片组件及发光组件,所述光学膜片组件设于所述导光板的顶部,所述反射层设于所述导光板的底部,所述发光组件包括与所述导光板的入光面相对设置的LED灯条及设置于所述LED灯条底部的基板,所述基板延伸至所述反射层的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,还包括与所述导光板的入光面相对设置的胶框,所述LED灯条位于所述胶框与所述导光板之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述基板还延伸至所述胶框的底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,还包括背板,所述背板包括底板及由所述底板弯折延伸出的侧板,所述底板位于所述基板的底部,所述侧板位于所述LED灯条背离所述导光板的入光面的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述反射层为反射片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述反射层为涂覆于所述基板的顶部的反射涂层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述基板为单层板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,还包括设于所述基板的底部的散热片。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,还包括设于所述基板的底部的散热片。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,还包括设于所述基板的底部的散热片。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,还包括设于所述基板的底部的散热片。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,还包括设于所述基板的底部的散热片。
  13. 一种液晶显示器,其中,包括背光模组及设于所述背光模组上的显示模组,所述背光模组包括导光板、反射层、光学膜片组件及发光组件,所述光学膜片组件设于所述导光板的顶部,所述反射层设于所述导光板的底部,所述发光组件包括与所述导光板的入光面相对设置的LED灯条及设置于所述LED灯条底部的基板,所述基板延伸至所述反射层的底部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述背光模组还包括与所述导光板的入光面相对设置的胶框,所述LED灯条位于所述胶框与所述导光板之间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述基板还延伸至所述胶框的底部。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板及由所述底板弯折延伸出的侧板,所述底板位于所述基板的底部,所述侧板位于所述LED灯条背离所述导光板的入光面的一侧。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示器,其中,所述基板为单层板。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示器,其中,还包括设于所述基板的底部的散热片。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的液晶显示器,其中,还包括设于所述LED灯条的顶部的遮光胶层,所述遮光胶层覆盖所述LED灯条并延伸至所述导光板的顶部。
