Abstract

L'invention concerne un profilé fabriqué à partir d'une composition de polymère comprenant un premier polymère et un deuxième polymère dans un rapport prédéterminé de telle sorte que la composition de polymère présente un module de flexion et une résistance à la température prédéterminés et l'invention concerne un tuyau enroulé en spirale, fabriqué à partir du profilé. Selon l'invention, l'épaisseur de paroi de profilé du tuyau est réduite tandis qu'une valeur optimale pour la fatigue en flexion est maintenue par rapport à l'épaisseur de paroi courante des tuyaux actuels, de telle sorte que le tuyau de l'invention présente un poids réduit tandis que la mémoire du tuyau est maintenue à une valeur optimale. L'invention concerne en outre une composition de polymère comprenant un premier polymère et un deuxième polymère dans un rapport prédéterminé de telle sorte que la composition de polymère présente un module de flexion et une résistance à la température prédéterminés. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'une composition de polymère comprenant un premier polymère et un deuxième polymère dans un rapport prédéterminé de telle sorte que la composition de polymère présente un module de flexion et une résistance à la température prédéterminés, ledit procédé fournissant par exemple la composition de polymère pour la fabrication du profilé de l'invention.
