Description

一种装饰面板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰面板,特别涉及一种可以显示信息的装饰面板。
背景技术
随着汽车电动化、智能互联和无人驾驶时代的到来,乘客在未来的汽车生活中将会产生各种各样的个性化需求,使得越来越多的行车信息、道路信息、生活信息、健康信息等将会通过车载显示屏被推送给汽车用户。
在现有技术中,显示屏与装饰面板是作为两个独立件分开设置的。为了满足汽车信息显示的需要,越来越多的汽车厂商开始在其车型上配置更多、更大的显示屏,但由于汽车内部空间与整车设计限制,现有的车内显示屏位置和数量已无法满足未来的客户需要。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种装饰面板,通过将信息显示功能集成到装饰面板上,以取代传统车载显示屏的设计和消除信息显示空间上的限制。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种装饰面板,包括装饰层和信息显示层,其中,所述信息显示层覆盖至少部分所述装饰层的上表面;当所述信息显示层未显示信息时,所述装饰层的上表面为乘客所见;当所述信息显示层显示信息时,所述装饰层的上表面以及所述信息显示层所显示的信息同时为乘客所见。
其中,所述装饰层的上表面与所述信息显示层的背面连接。
其中,所述信息显示层和所述装饰层通过粘接层连接。
其中,所述粘接层与至少部分的所述信息显示层连接。
优选地,所述粘接层由胶水、胶膜、胶带中的至少一种构成。
其中,所述装饰层构造为由涂层、薄膜层、真皮层、真木层、金属层、纤维层、织物层中的至少一种组成的单层或多层。
进一步地,所述装饰面板还包括触控层,所述触控层布置于所述信息显示层与所述装饰层之间,并且覆盖所述信息显示层的背面的至少部分区域。
其中,所述触控层构造为柔性触控层和刚性触控层中的任何一种。
进一步地,所述装饰面板还包括用于支撑装饰层的支撑层,所述支撑层与所述装饰层的背面连接。
其中,所述支撑层构造为由透明的塑料材料构成。
优选地,所述信息显示层构造为LCD(液晶显示屏)、OLED(有机发光二级管)显示屏、EL(电致发光)显示屏中的任何一种。
在一个实施例中,所述信息显示层构造为全透明和高透明显示屏中的任何一种。
在另一个实施例中,所述信息显示层构造为半透明显示屏,所述装饰面板还包括导光层和用于照亮所述导光层的光源,所述导光层布置于所述支撑层的下方,可以覆盖支撑层的全部,也可以与支撑层边缘局部接触。
其中,导光层通过卡扣、螺钉、螺栓、胶水中的至少一种和支撑层连接。
进一步地,所述光源布置在所述导光层的远离支撑层的一侧或导光层的任一边缘的一侧,以使所述光源发出的光通过所述导光层的背面或侧面照亮所述导光层。
优选地,所述导光层包括单层或多层导光板。
综上所述,本发明的装饰面板通过将信息显示层布置于装饰层之上,当信息显示层未显示信息时,装饰层可透过信息显示层为乘客所见,以提供传统装饰层的装饰作用,而当信息显示屏显示信息时,所显示的信息又可与装饰层相结合同时为乘客所见,既提供乘客所需的信息,又保留了传统装饰层的装饰作用。与现有技术中的将信息显示屏与装饰面板作为两个独立件分开设置的方案相比,本发明的装饰层和信息显示层一体化设计显然更加自由灵活,摒弃了传统单个信息显示屏的概念,摆脱了内饰空间上的限制,为汽车智能化、互联网化提供更好的信息显示方案。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述,使能更好地理解本发明的功能、特点。
参照图1,图示车辆的内部具有内饰件,如仪表板10、副仪表板20、门板30和顶棚40。根据一个示范性实施例,仪表板10、副仪表板20和门板30等内饰件的表层均设有装饰面板。
图2示出了本发明一种装饰面板的第一个实施例,其包括信息显示层1以及位于信息显示层1下方的装饰层2和支撑层3。其中,支撑层3由透明的塑料材料构成,用于支撑装饰层2和信息显示层1。在安装时,装饰层2先和下方的支撑层3连接后再和上方的信息显示层1连接。在此,信息显示层1采用全透明或高透明的显示屏,例如全透明或高透明的EL显示屏、OLED显示屏、或者LCD显示屏。应该理解,信息显示层1与汽车上的信息显示控制模块(未示出)电连接,其显示的信息由该信息显示控制模块提供。装饰层2构造为由涂层、薄膜层、真皮层、真木层、金属层、纤维层、织物层中的至少一种组成的单层或多层,装饰层2包括提供不同视觉效果(包括材质、纹理和色彩)的上表面21以及与该上表面21相对的背面22。具体地,信息显示层1的背面通过光学胶水、光学胶膜或胶带中的至少一种构成的粘接层(未示出)与装饰层2的上表面21直接连接,其中该粘接层可与至少部分的信息显示层1连接。信息显示层1可以完全覆盖装饰层2的上表面21(如图2所示),也可以部分覆盖装饰层2的上表面21(如图3所示)。由于在本实施 例中信息显示层1具有很高的透明度,所以在不增加额外光源的情况下,装饰层2的上表面21也可以透过其上的信息显示层1为乘客所见。当信息显示指令未被触发时,信息显示层1不显示信息,装饰层2的上表面21为乘客所见;当信息显示指令被触发时,信息显示层1显示信息,例如天气、温度等信息或图像,此时,被信息显示层1覆盖的装饰层2的上表面21以及信息显示层1所显示的信息同时为乘客所见,产生一种信息是显示在装饰层上的效果。
除了图1的第一实施例所提供的全透明或高透明的显示屏外,信息显示层1也可以采用半透明的显示屏,例如半透明的EL显示屏、OLED显示屏、或者LCD显示屏。如图4所示,由于半透明显示屏的透明度不高,所以需要设置额外的光源4以及使光源4发出的光L变得高亮且均匀的导光层5。导光层5构造为由单层或多层导光板组成。导光层5布置于支撑层3的下方,可以通过卡扣、螺钉、螺栓、胶水等方式与支撑层3连接。导光层5包括背面51和边缘52,光源4可以布置于导光层5的下方,即远离支撑层3的一侧,使得光源4发出的光L能够通过导光层5的背面51进入导光层5中(如图4所示);光源4也可以布置于导光层5的任一边缘52的一侧,使得光源4发出的光L能够通过导光层5的边缘52进入导光层5中(如图5所示),最终,使得光源4发出的光L通过导光层5变得均匀。虽然图4和图5是基于图2的变形实施例,但是本领域技术人员很容易想到在图2所示的第一实施例中也可以采用半透明的信息显示层,并为之额外设置光源4和导光层5,此处不再额外附图赘述。
图6示出了本发明装饰面板的第五个实施例,基于第一个实施例,装饰面板上增设了触控层6从而提供了触控功能,该触控层6构造为柔性触控层和刚性触控层中的任何一种。具体地,触控层6通过光学胶水和光学胶膜粘接于信息显示层1和装饰层2之间,并与汽车上的触控层控制模块(未示出)电连接,用于触控指令的传输。触控层6可以完全覆盖信息显示层1的背面(如图6所示),也可以部分覆盖信息显示层1的背面(如图7所示)。应该理解,前面所述的各种实施例中,在信息显示层1与装饰层2之间同样可以增设触控层6以增加触控功能,此处不再额外附图赘述。

  1. 一种装饰面板,包括装饰层和信息显示层,其特征在于,所述信息显示层覆盖在至少部分所述装饰层的上表面;当所述信息显示层未显示信息时,所述装饰层的上表面为乘客所见;当所述信息显示层显示信息时,所述装饰层的上表面以及所述信息显示层所显示的信息同时为乘客所见。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述装饰层的上表面与所述信息显示层的背面连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述信息显示层和所述装饰层通过粘接层连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述粘接层与至少部分的所述信息显示层连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述粘接层由胶水、胶膜和胶带中的至少一种构成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述装饰层构造为由涂层、薄膜层、真皮层、真木层、金属层、纤维层和织物层中的至少一种组成的单层或多层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述装饰面板还包括触控层,所述触控层布置于所述信息显示层与所述装饰层之间,并且覆盖所述信息显示层的背面的至少部分区域。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述触控层构造为柔性触控层和刚性触控层中的任何一种。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述装饰面板还包括用于支撑装饰层的支撑层,所述支撑层与所述装饰层的背面连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述支撑层构造为由透明的塑料材料构成。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述信息显示层构造为LCD、OLED和EL显示屏中的任何一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任何一项所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述信息显示层构造为全透明和高透明显示屏中的任何一种。
  13. 根据权利要求1-11中任何一项所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述信息显示层构造为半透明显示屏,并且所述装饰面板还包括导光层和用于照亮所述导光层的光源,所述导光层布置于所述支撑层的下方。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述导光层通过卡扣、螺钉、螺栓和胶水中的至少一种和支撑层连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装饰面板,其特征在于,所述光源布置在所述导光层的远离所述支撑层的一侧或所述导光层的任一边缘的一侧,以使所述光源发出的光通过所述导光层的背面或侧面照亮所述导光层。
