本发明涉及摩擦焊接领域,特别涉及一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置
背景技术
摩擦焊接时需要对磨耗量进行精确控制,焊件与顶杆之间存在间隙,如果出现间隙,测量磨耗量时,会产生误差,但由于焊件夹装的位置每次都不同,每次间隙均不同,测量出来的误差也不同,磨耗量无法精确控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,包括壳体、顶杆、楔块以及动力装置,其中,所述顶杆水平设置在壳体内,所述楔块竖直设置在壳体内,所述顶杆的第一斜面与楔块的第二斜面重叠在一起,所述动力装置与楔块连接,将楔块向上移动转换为顶杆水平移动。
进一步地,还包括连接板,所述连接板5与所述壳体1接触面的面积大于所述壳体1竖直通孔的径向面积,所述动力装置4与所述楔块3通过所述连接板5连接在一起。
进一步地,在所述第一斜面和第二斜面之间设置有滑槽和和与之匹配的滑块,使楔块下移时带动顶杆向右移动。
进一步地,所述滑槽为燕尾槽。
进一步地,还包括限位面,所述限位面与所述顶杆连接并且设置在楔 块的第二斜面的相对一侧。
进一步地,所述第一斜面与竖直面的夹角b不大于7.5°。
进一步地,所述动力装置为油缸。
进一步地,所述顶杆与所述壳体通过弹簧连接。
本发明的优点:
本发明通过楔块推动顶杆轴向移动,消除焊件装夹时产生的轴向间隙,由于斜面自锁,消隙可靠,结构简单有效,使磨耗量测量更加准确。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的一个摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,包括壳体1、顶杆2、楔块3以及动力装置4,其中,壳体1的水平和竖直方向设置有通孔并且相交,顶杆2设置在壳体1的水平通孔内,楔块3设置在壳体1的竖直通孔内,顶杆2设置在壳体1内的一端具有第一斜面11,楔块3与顶杆2接触部设 置有与顶杆2斜面相匹配的第二斜面21,所述动力装置4与楔块3连接,使楔块可以上下移动,楔块3与顶杆2配合将动力装置4的力转换为水平方向的力。
在一优选实施例中,限位杆消隙装置还包括连接板5,连接板5与壳体1接触面的面积大于壳体1竖直通孔的径向面积,动力装置4与楔块3通过连接板5连接在一起,可以防止在工人未放置焊件或者焊件与顶杆2间隙较大的情况下楔块上移造成移出壳体1。
在一优选实施例中,在第一斜面11和第二斜面21之间设置有滑槽和和与之匹配的滑块,使楔块3下移时带动顶杆2向右移动。优选的,滑槽为燕尾槽。
在一优选实施例中,还包括限位面6,限位面6与顶杆2具有第一斜面11的一端连接,并且设置在楔块3的第二斜面21的相对一侧,用于防止顶杆2滑出壳体1。
在一优选实施例中,第一斜面与竖直面的夹角b不大于7.5°,这样可以达到斜面自锁的效果。
上述的动力装置4为油缸。
在一优选实施例中,顶杆2与壳体1通过弹簧6连接,使顶杆2始终有一个向右的力,可以在焊接完成后对顶杆2进行自动复位。
在使用本发明的一种摩擦焊接限位杆消隙装置时:
如图3和图4所示,将本发明放置在焊件的非焊接端的一侧,将焊件靠近消隙装置放置在夹具上,夹具夹紧,由于人工放置,焊件与顶杆2之间存在一定的间隙,油缸向上顶,将力转换为使顶杆向左移动的力,当顶杆2与焊件贴合时,油缸继续保持向上的力。
当焊接时,另一个焊件会向有一股向右的推力,由于推力很大,夹具无法将焊件牢牢夹紧,此时需要顶杆的力保持焊件不被推移。
当工人忘记将焊件放置在夹具上,或者焊件与顶杆的间隙较大,防止楔块3移出,当移动到最大距离,连接板5被壳体1挡住,防止油缸继续 向上顶将楔块3顶出壳体1对装置造成损坏。

  1. 一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,包括壳体、顶杆、楔块以及动力装置,其特征在于,所述顶杆水平设置在壳体内,所述楔块竖直设置在壳体内,所述顶杆的第一斜面与楔块的第二斜面重叠在一起,所述动力装置与楔块连接,将楔块向上移动转换为顶杆水平移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,其特征在于,还包括连接板,所述连接板与所述壳体接触面的面积大于所述壳体竖直通孔的径向面积,所述动力装置与所述楔块通过连接板连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,其特征在于,在所述第一斜面和第二斜面之间设置有滑槽和和与之匹配的滑块,使楔块下移时带动顶杆向右移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽为燕尾槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,其特征在于,还包括限位面,所述限位面与所述顶杆连接并且设置在楔块的第二斜面的相对一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,其特征在于,所述第一斜面与竖直面的夹角b不大于7.5°。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦焊机限位杆消隙装置,其特征在于,所述动力装置为油缸。
