Description

烤架和烤箱 技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域，具体地涉及烤架和烤箱。
背景技术
现有的烤箱中，使用烤网烤制肉类，为避免烤制肉类时滴落的油脂弄脏烤箱，通常在烤网下方放置烤盘来收集油脂。为此，如图1和图2所示，通常在烤箱中设置双层的烤架10’，上层用于设置烤网30’，下层用于放置烤盘20’。在烤制完成后，需取出烤盘20’进行清理，但由于烤箱空间有限，双层的烤架10的上下层之间间隙较小，取放烤盘20’时操作不便。为提高取放操作便利性，通常是增加烤架10’的上下层之间的间隙，但这种布置导致整个烤箱尺寸、重量和成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的不便于取放烤盘问题，提供一种烤架，该烤架能够方便地取放烤盘。
为了实现上述目的，本发明一方面提供一种烤架，其中，所述烤架包括用于放置烤盘的烤盘支撑部和用于设置烤网的烤网支撑部，所述烤网支撑部设置于所述烤盘支撑部上方，所述烤网支撑部的前端设置有便于取放所述烤盘的缺口。
优选地，所述烤网支撑部包括用于支撑所述烤网的框架结构，所述烤盘支撑部包括从所述烤网支撑部的两侧向下延伸并向内弯折以支撑所述烤盘的托架结构，所述烤网支撑部的框架结构的前侧边缘具有向内的凹陷以形成所述缺口。
优选地，所述框架结构的支撑所述烤网的部分与所述托架结构的支撑所述烤盘的部分平行。
优选地，所述缺口为弧形或槽形。
优选地，所述烤网可拆卸地设置在所述烤网支撑部上。
所述烤网与所述框架结构一体成型。
优选地，所述烤架包括主体和设置在所述主体两侧的滑动轴，所述主体包括所述烤网支撑部和烤盘支撑部。
优选地，所述烤架包括连接两个所述滑动轴的连接杆，所述连接杆焊接于所述主体的底部。
优选地，所述烤架包括多个所述烤网支撑部，所述烤盘支撑部位于所述烤架的最下侧。
优选地，所述烤架包括用于从后侧定位所述烤网的定位部。
本发明还提供一种烤箱，其中，所述烤箱包括本发明的烤架。
通过上述技术方案，通过在烤网支撑部上设置缺口，可以在取放烤盘时对烤网进行避让，方便取放烤盘。并且，本发明的烤架无需增加烤网支撑部和烤盘支撑部之间的间隙，不会增加烤箱的尺寸、重量和成本。

具体实施方式
在本发明中，在未作相反说明的情况下，使用的方位词如“上、下、左、右”通常是指参考附图所示的上、下、左、右；“内、外”是指相对于各部件本身的轮廓的内、外。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种烤架，其中，烤架10包括用于放置烤盘20的烤盘支撑部11和用于设置烤网30的烤网支撑部12，所述烤网支撑部12设置于烤盘支撑部11上方，烤网支撑部12的前端设置有便于取放烤盘20的缺口121。
根据本发明的另一方面，提供一种烤箱100，烤箱100包括本发明的烤架10。
如图3至图5所示，通过在烤网支撑部12上设置缺口121，可以在取放烤盘20时对烤网30进行避让，方便取放烤盘20。
并且，本实用新型的烤架10无需增加烤网支撑部12和烤盘支撑部11之间的间隙，不会增加烤箱100的尺寸、重量和成本。
本发明中，烤网支撑部12和烤盘支撑部11可以设置为各种适当形式，只要能够便于设置烤网30和烤盘20即可。例如，在图6至图8所示的实施方式中，烤网支撑部12可以包括用于支撑烤网30的框架结构122，烤网30可以支撑在框架结构122上。并且，烤盘支撑部11可以包括从烤网支撑部12的两侧向下延伸并向内弯折以支撑烤盘20的托架结构111，烤盘20的两侧可以支撑在托架结构111上以保持定位。此外，为便于形成缺口121，烤网支撑部12的框架结构122的前侧边缘具有向内的凹陷以形成缺口121。
另外，为减小所占用的空间，并便于通过烤盘20接收放置在烤网30上的食物烤制时滴落的油脂，框架结构122的支撑烤网30的部分与托架结构111的支撑烤盘20的部分平行，以使烤盘20的盘面基本上平行于烤网30。
另外，本发明中，缺口121的结构和形状不做特殊限定，只要能够在取放烤盘20时起到避让效果即可。例如，缺口121可以为弧形或槽形，例如图6中的方槽形。
本发明中，烤网30可以通过适当方式设置在烤架10上，例如与烤架10形成一体件，以确保定位。但优选地，为便于清理烤网30，烤网30可拆卸地设置在烤网支撑部12上。例如，在图示的实施方式中，烤网30只要放置在烤网支撑部12上即可，便于取放。当然，也可以将烤网30和框架结构122一体成型。
另外，为加强对烤网30的定位，优选地，烤架10包括用于从后侧定位烤网30的定位部15。
为便于操作，优选将烤架10设置为能够从烤箱100的箱体内拉出。为此，如图6至图8所示，烤架10包括主体和设置在主体两侧的滑动轴13，主体包括烤网支撑部12和烤盘支撑部11，由此，通过在烤箱100的箱体上设置相应的轨道，可以通过轨道引导滑动轴13，以实现烤架10相对于烤箱100的箱体的进出。
其中，由于滑动轴13设置在烤架10的主体的两侧，能够作为额外的定位件限制烤架10的左右位置，避免因相对于烤箱100的箱体进出而左右晃动和由此导致的滑动轴13与箱体的侧壁发生摩擦，也避免了因摩擦导致的噪声。
其中，为便于设置滑动轴13并提高连接稳定性，优选地，烤架10包括连接两个滑动轴13的连接杆14，连接杆14焊接于主体的底部。通过设置连接杆14，可以加强两个滑动轴13的联动性和稳定性，并且，通过将连 接杆14焊接在主体的底部，可以提高进出烤箱100的箱体的滑动稳定性。
本发明中，烤网30可以设置多个，为此，烤架10包括多个烤网支撑部12，为接收放置在烤网30上的食物滴落的油脂，烤盘支撑部11位于烤架10的最下侧，也就是位于最下侧的烤网30的下方。虽然在图示的实施方式中，仅示出了一个烤网30的实施方式，但可以理解的，两个烤网30甚至更多烤网30也是可以的，只需将缺口121设置在与烤盘支撑部11相邻的烤网支撑部12上即可。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式，但是，本发明并不限于此。在本发明的技术构思范围内，可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型。本发明包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复，本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容，均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烤架，其特征在于，所述烤架(10)包括用于放置烤盘(20)的烤盘支撑部(11)和用于设置烤网(30)的烤网支撑部(12)，所述烤网支撑部(12)设置于所述烤盘支撑部(11)上方，所述烤网支撑部(12)的前端设置有便于取放所述烤盘(20)的缺口(121)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述烤网支撑部(12)包括用于支撑所述烤网(30)的框架结构(122)，所述烤盘支撑部(11)包括从所述烤网支撑部(12)的两侧向下延伸并向内弯折以支撑所述烤盘(20)的托架结构(111)，所述烤网支撑部(12)的框架结构(122)的前侧边缘具有向内的凹陷以形成所述缺口(121)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述框架结构(122)的支撑所述烤网(30)的部分与所述托架结构(111)的支撑所述烤盘(20)的部分平行。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述缺口(121)为弧形或槽形。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述烤网(30)可拆卸地设置在所述烤网支撑部(12)上。
  6. 根据权利要求2-4中任意一项所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述烤网(30)与所述框架结构(122)一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述烤架(10)包括主 体和设置在所述主体两侧的滑动轴(13)，所述主体包括所述烤网支撑部(12)和烤盘支撑部(11)，所述烤架(10)包括连接两个所述滑动轴(13)的连接杆(14)，所述连接杆(14)焊接于所述主体的底部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述烤架(10)包括多个所述烤网支撑部(12)，所述缺口(121)设置在与所述烤盘支撑部(11)相邻的所述烤网支撑部(12)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烤架，其特征在于，所述烤架(10)包括用于从后侧定位所述烤网(30)的定位部(15)。
  10. 一种烤箱，其特征在于，所述烤箱(100)包括权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的烤架(10)。
