一种医院消毒供应中心信息管理系统, 运行于服务器中, 所述服务器 通过通信网络与医生工作站建立通信连接, 并通过通信网络与监视终 端建立通信连接, 其特征在于, 所述医院消毒供应中心信息管理系统 包括: 回收单元, 用于接收用户从医生工作站输入的消毒包请领信息 并生成回收申请单, 并根据回收申请单形成回收清单列表; 清洗管理 单元, 用于接收用户从监视终端输入的清洗信息和消毒包信息, 根据 所述清洗信息和消毒包信息生成清洗批次号以供用户对消毒包清洗, 以及根据消毒包信息生成消毒包标签; 灭菌管理单元, 用于接收用户 从监视终端选择的灭菌车信息、 灭菌锅号以及灭菌人信息, 将灭菌车 信息和待灭菌的消毒包信息绑定, 获取待灭菌的消毒包的消毒包标签 , 根据所述灭菌锅号、 灭菌车信息以及灭菌人信息自动生成灭菌锅次 号以供用户对消毒包灭菌; 发放单元, 用于将清洗灭菌完成的消毒包 信息发送到医生工作站以供用户将洗灭菌完成的消毒包发放到相应科 室。
如权利要求 1所述的医院消毒供应中心信息管理系统, 其特征在于, 所述发放单元包括普通包发放模块和手术包发放模块, 其中: 所述普 通包发放模块用于当消毒包是普通包吋, 接收科室的医生工作站发送 的发放申请单, 根据发放申请单中的物品类型和数量生成本次普通包 发放单, 并在接收到接收科室的医生工作站发送的包括确认接收物品 的类型和数量的完成信息后确认完成普通包发放; 所述手术包发放模 块用于当消毒包是手术包吋, 根据消毒包的回收申请单中的供应科室 自动生成本次手术包发放单, 并在接收到供应科室的医生工作站发送 的包括确认接收物品的类型和数量的完成信息后确认完成手术包发放 如权利要求 1所述的医院消毒供应中心信息管理系统, 其特征在于, 所述消毒包请领信息包括紧急程度、 请领吋间、 消毒包请领医生工作 站用户、 消毒包名称、 消毒包数量、 供应科室以及备注。 如权利要求 1所述的医院消毒供应中心信息管理系统, 其特征在于, 所述清洗信息包括清洗吋间、 清洗方式、 清洗车号、 清洗架条码以及 清洗人。
如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的医院消毒供应中心信息管理系统, 其特 征在于, 所述消毒包标签的生成规则为: 如果消毒包是手术包, 则该 手术包的唯一标签码为该消毒包标签; 如果消毒包是普通包, 该消毒 包标签包括该消毒包的清洗批次号。
一种医院消毒供应中心信息管理方法, 应用于服务器中, 所述服务器 通过通信网络与医生工作站建立通信连接, 并通过通信网络与监视终 端建立通信连接, 其特征在于, 所述医院消毒供应中心信息管理方法 包括步骤: 接收用户从医生工作站输入的消毒包请领信息并生成回收 申请单, 并根据回收申请单形成回收清单列表; 接收用户从监视终端 输入的清洗信息和消毒包信息, 根据所述清洗信息和消毒包信息生成 清洗批次号以供用户对消毒包清洗, 以及根据消毒包信息生成消毒包 标签; 接收用户从监视终端选择的灭菌车信息、 灭菌锅号以及灭菌人 信息, 将灭菌车信息和待灭菌的消毒包信息绑定, 获取待灭菌的消毒 包的消毒包标签; 根据所述灭菌锅号、 灭菌车信息以及灭菌人信息自 动生成灭菌锅次号以供用户对消毒包灭菌; 将清洗灭菌完成的消毒包 信息发送到医生工作站以供用户将洗灭菌完成的消毒包发放到相应科 室。
