参照图1至图3,在本发明实施例中,该煎烤盘10用于烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具具有支撑面,所述煎烤盘10包括:
基板100,所述基板100具有相对设置的烹饪面110和待支撑面120,所述烹饪面110用以烹饪食物;
支撑件300,所述支撑件300包括固定部340和与所述固定部340固定连接的支撑部350,所述固定部340与所述待支撑面120连接,所述支撑部350凸出于所述待支撑面120设置,且所述支撑部350用于与所述支撑面抵接;所述支撑部350与所述支撑面的接触面积小于所述待支撑面120的面积。
具体地,本实施例中,基板100的形状可以有很多,如三角形、多边形、圆形、椭圆形等等,以矩形为例。基板100的材质也可以有很多,如铁、钢、铸铁等。当基板100的材质才用铸铁时,既便于基板100的成型,又大幅降低了材质的成本。烹饪面110上具有斜纹煎烤区111和平整煎烤区112。其中,斜纹煎烤区111上设置有凸起的斜纹,其凸起高度为1~3mm,以2mm为例,斜纹与水平线的夹角为30°~60°,以45°的斜纹为例,斜纹间距为4~8mm,以6mm为例。其中,斜纹有倒圆角,既便于铸造,又方便清洁食物残渣。斜纹煎烤区111域适合煎牛排等肉食,平整煎烤区112平整,适合煎蛋、炒菜等。在煎烤区的周边设置有回油槽,使得煎烤过程中多余的油或其它材料回收其中,以避免食物太过油腻,同时也避免多余材料在高温区烧焦。
在基板100的两端,分别设置把手,把手可以与基板100一体成型设置,也可以与基板100分体设置。把手的材质可以为不锈钢、铝合金或电木等,上述材质不仅耐高温, 还可以使得整个煎烤盘10更加美观大方。把手与基板100的连接方式有很多,如焊接、粘接或者螺纹连接等。
支撑件300的材质可以有很多,如不锈钢、铜、陶瓷、铝等耐高温的材质。当支撑件300有铜制成时,铜的加工非常便捷,并且质地非常软,不易刮花支撑面。支撑件300的形状可以有很多,例如,圆形、椭圆形、三角形,以及多边形等均可,在此不做特殊限定。支撑件300与基板100的连接方式可以有很多,例如螺纹连接、卡接、胶粘、嵌入、焊接等均可,在此不做特殊限定。支撑部350与支撑面的接触方式可以有很多,如点接触(球面与平面抵接等)、线接触(柱面与平面抵接等)或面接触。值得说明的是,不论支撑部350与支撑面之间以何种方式接触,支撑部350均不会将支撑面刮花。
为了保证待支撑面120和支撑面之间具有间隙的同时,保证基板100的受热效率,所述支撑部350的支撑位置与所述待支撑面120的距离为0.01~5mm,以0.01~3mm为优,其中,以1.5~3mm为优。
本实施例中,通过支撑件300的设置,并将支撑部350与支撑面的接触面积小于待支撑面120的面积,当需要对支撑件300进行精加工以避免支撑件300刮花支撑面时,精加工的面积得到大幅降低,从而大幅降低了加工成本;当需要使用高精度材料来提高基板100的表面光滑度时,高精度材料的使用量得到大幅降低,从而大幅降低了加工成本,即通过支撑件300的设置,使得煎烤盘10的成本得到大幅降低,有利于煎烤盘10的推广使用。
参照图4至图10,支撑件300的形式有很多,其与支撑面的接触方式也有很多,下面分别从点接触、线接触和面接触来分别说明。值得说明的是,支撑件300与支撑面之间的接触方式,可以单一支撑,也可以组合支撑,即点、线以及面中的一个或多个方式来支撑。
点接触,所述支撑件300包括支撑凸起310,所述支撑凸起310的支撑部350具有支撑曲面,所述支撑曲面与所述支撑面点接触,所述支撑凸起310的数量至少为三个,三个所述支撑凸起310呈三角形排列。
支撑凸起310与支撑面点接触的方式有很多,例如支撑凸起310的支撑部350具有外凸的曲面,以球面为例,支撑部350与支撑面(平面或者凸弧面)点接触。当然,如果支撑面为凹陷的曲面时,此时的支撑部350与支撑面为面接触。支撑凸起310的数量至少为三个,三个支撑凸起310排列呈三角形,以使得三个支撑凸起310可以稳定支撑基板100。
当然,支撑凸起310的数量还可以更多,例如四个、五个等等,支撑凸起310的数量不同,其排布方式也可以不同,以提高其支撑稳定性为目的之一。下面以支撑凸起310的数量为四个为例,来介绍支撑凸起310的排布。
所述支撑凸起310的数量为四个,四个所述支撑凸起310分布在所述待支撑面120的周边,四个所述支撑凸起310排列成四边形。当支撑面呈四边形设置时,四个支撑凸起310分别设置在四边形的四个角上,以充分提高支撑凸起310的支撑稳定性。
线接触,所述支撑件300包括支撑筋320,所述支撑筋320与所述支撑面线接触,所述支撑筋320的数量至少为两个,两个所述支撑并排或交叉设置。
支撑筋320与支撑面线接触的方式有很多,例如支撑筋320的支撑部350具有外凸的曲面,以圆柱面为例,支撑部350与支撑面(平面或者凸弧面)线接触。当然,如果支撑面为凹陷的曲面时,此时的支撑部350与支撑面为面接触。支撑筋320的数量至少为两个,两个支撑筋320并排或者交错设置。
当然,支撑筋320的数量还可以更多,例如三个、四个、五个等等,支撑筋320的数量不同,其排布方式也可以不同,以提高其支撑稳定性为目的之一。下面以支撑筋320的数量为两个为例,来介绍支撑筋320的排布。
所述支撑筋320的数量为两个,两个所述支撑筋320分别设置在所述待支撑面120的相对两侧,两所述支撑筋320的延长线并排或交叉设置。支撑面以四边形为例,两个支撑筋320分别设置在支撑面是两长边或者两短边上。
面接触,所述支撑件300包括支撑柱330,所述支撑柱330与所述支撑面面接触。
支撑柱330与支撑面面接触的方式有很多,例如支撑柱330的支撑部350具有外凸的曲面,以球面、圆柱面为例,支撑部350与支撑面(凹弧面)面接触。当然,如果支撑面为平面时,支撑柱330的支撑部350具有平面;如果支撑部350具有外凸的曲面,则支撑部350具有陷的曲面。支撑柱330的数量在此不做限定,可以为一个、两个甚至更多,以能够稳定的支撑基板100为准。当然,支撑柱330的数量不同,其排布方式也可以不同,以提高其支撑稳定性为目的之一。下面以支撑柱330的数量为四个个为例,来介绍支撑柱330的排布。
所述支撑柱330的数量为四个,四个所述支撑柱330分布在所述待支撑面120的周边,四个所述支撑柱330排列成四边形。以支撑面呈四边形设置为例,四个支撑柱330分别设置在四边形的四个角上,以充分提高支撑凸起310的支撑稳定性。
为了便于调整基板100和支撑面之间的距离,同时,提高基板100的支撑稳定性。
所述固定部340与所述基板100螺纹连接。当支撑件300与基板100全部螺纹连接时,同时调整固定部340与基板100之间的连接,可以调节支撑部350距离基板100的距离,从而调节基板100和支撑面之间的距离。
当所述支撑件300的数量为多个时,其中的一个或数个所述支撑件300与所述基板100螺纹连接;以支撑件300的数量为四个为例,当其中三个支撑件300的支撑部350位于同一平面内时,可以调节另一支撑件300与基板100之间的位置,使得四个支撑件300的支撑部350位于同一平面内,从而提高支撑稳定性。
当然,在一些实施例中,每一所述支撑部350的支撑位置距离所述烹饪面110的距离相当。即可以通过调节支撑件300与基板100之间的相对位置关系,以使煎烤盘10的烹饪面110处于水盘状态。
当然,在一些实施例中,调节支撑件300与基板100之间的相对位置关系还可以通过设置弹性件。
具体地,所述基板100上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽口位于所述待支撑面120上,所述固定部340活动安装于所述安装槽内;所述煎烤盘10还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置于所述安装槽内,且位于所述安装部与所述安装槽的槽底之间。其中,弹性件可以为弹片或者弹簧等,以弹簧为例。弹性件的一端与槽底抵接,另一端与支撑件300的固定部340抵接。
当所述支撑件300的数量为多个时,其中的一个或数个所述支撑件300与所述基板100通过弹性件连接;以支撑件300的数量为四个为例,当其中三个支撑件300的支撑部350位于同一平面内时,另一支撑件300的支撑部350与基板100之间的距离可以自适应调节,使得四个支撑件300的支撑部350位于同一平面内,从而提高支撑稳定性。
本发明还提出一种烹饪器具,该烹饪器具包括灶具和煎烤盘10,该煎烤盘10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本烹饪器具采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,所述灶具具有支撑面,所述煎烤盘10的支撑件300支撑于所述支撑面上。
其中,灶具的种类可以有很多,例如燃气灶,电磁炉400等,以电磁炉400为例。所述电磁炉400包括面板,面板以玻璃面板为例,所述支撑件300支撑于所述面板上。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种煎烤盘,其特征在于,用于烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具具有支撑面,所述煎烤盘包括:
    基板,所述基板具有相对设置的烹饪面和待支撑面,所述烹饪面用以烹饪食物;
    支撑件,所述支撑件包括固定部和与所述固定部固定连接的支撑部,所述固定部与所述待支撑面连接,所述支撑部凸出于所述待支撑面设置,且所述支撑部用于与所述支撑面抵接;所述支撑部与所述支撑面的接触面积小于所述待支撑面的面积。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括支撑凸起,所述支撑凸起的支撑部具有支撑曲面,所述支撑曲面与所述支撑面点接触,所述支撑凸起的数量至少为三个,三个所述支撑凸起呈三角形排列。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述支撑凸起的数量为四个,四个所述支撑凸起分布在所述待支撑面的周边,四个所述支撑凸起排列成四边形。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括支撑筋,所述支撑筋与所述支撑面线接触,所述支撑筋的数量至少为两个,两个所述支撑并排或交叉设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述支撑筋的数量为两个,两个所述支撑筋分别设置在所述待支撑面的相对两侧,两所述支撑筋的延长线并排或交叉设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱与所述支撑面面接触。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述支撑柱的数量为四个,四个所述支撑柱分布在所述待支撑面的周边,四个所述支撑柱排列成四边形。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述支撑部的支撑位置与所述待支撑面的距离为0.01~5mm,以0.01~3mm为优,以1.5~3mm为优。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述基板由铸铁制成,和/或,所述支撑件由铜、铝和不锈钢中的一种或多种制成。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述固定部与所述基板螺纹连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,当所述支撑件的数量为多个时,其中的一个或数个所述支撑件与所述基板螺纹连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,每一所述支撑部的支撑位置距离 所述烹饪面的距离相当。
  13. 如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的煎烤盘,其特征在于,所述基板上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的槽口位于所述待支撑面上,所述固定部活动安装于所述安装槽内;
    所述煎烤盘还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置于所述安装槽内,且位于所述安装部与所述安装槽的槽底之间。
  14. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括灶具和如权利要求1至13中任意一项所述的煎烤盘;
    所述灶具具有支撑面,所述煎烤盘的支撑件支撑于所述支撑面上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述灶具包括电磁炉,所述电磁炉包括面板,所述支撑件支撑于所述面板上。
