一种矫正观看电视坐姿的方法和数字电视 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种矫正观看电视坐姿的方法以及数字电视。
背景技术
随着多媒体科技的不断发展,数字电视已经逐步成为家庭必备的数字娱乐终端和多媒体信息终端,它在取代传统闭路电视信号模式的基础上,还 能不断添加许多全新的业务应用,如3D、视频电话、WiFi无线、DLNA等。可以说,数字电视辅助电视机,提供了更智能、更具娱乐性和交互性的服务,使家庭电视向智能化和应用化发展。
目前数字电视配备处理器、存储器后,为提升了智能化提供了良好基础,为方便用户的生活、提高生活质量,提供了更好的解决方式,现在亟待解决的问题就有越来越多好看的电视资源和用户久坐危害的矛盾,尤其是很多用户在看电视的时候坐姿不正确,为其健康带来较大损害,比如对颈椎和腰椎等关节、对身体的肌肉带来退行性病变。
而如果数字电视能够采集用户观看电视时的坐姿,通过技术分析其坐姿是否正确,并在必要的时候提出矫正要求,还可以通过弹窗示例正确视频,则可以精确提示和矫正观看电视坐姿。
综上,针对于当前观看电视没有有效措施矫正坐姿、容易导致亚健康状态的缺陷,需要提供一种图像分析技术矫正坐姿的方法。

记录坐姿矫正模式提示触发方式,记录正确坐姿示范短视频;
当用户观看电视的时候,监控用户实况视频;
判断当前是否触发坐姿矫正模式;
若否,保持原样;
若是,暂停播放电视,并弹框播放正确坐姿示范短视频。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视,包括:
记录单元,监控单元,判断单元,矫正单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录坐姿矫正模式提示触发方式,记录正确坐姿示范短视频;
监控单元,用于当用户观看电视的时候,监控用户实况视频;

该发明通过数字电视前端装置的摄像头,当用户在观看电视的时候,采集其实况视频,并且通过人像识别技术和图像识别技术判断用户当前坐姿是否符合规范,如果存在坐姿不正确的情况,则及时提示用户端正坐姿,以免长时间坐姿不正确带来的亚健康状态。

图1是发明实施例提供的一种矫正观看电视坐姿的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录坐姿矫正模式提示触发方式,记录正确坐姿示范短视频。
在本实施例中,以用户A的数字电视为例,该数字电视配备存储器,可以存储所需要的视频,记录坐姿矫正模式提示触发方式:当用户的坐姿(颈椎和腰部)与标准坐姿相比相差超过15度,则触发该模式,同时将正确坐姿示范短视频存储于数字电视内。
在步骤S102中,当用户观看电视的时候,监控用户实况视频。
当用户观看电视的时候,将数字电视前段的摄像头打开,由于其正对着用户,因此可以采集当前用户的实况视频。
在步骤S103中,判断当前是否触发坐姿矫正模式。
基于上一步骤采集到的实况视频,利用人像识别技术识别出用户二维图像,同时利用图像识别技术分析该二维图像与标准坐姿的差别,如果当前用户的坐姿(颈椎和腰部)与标准坐姿相比相差超过15度,则需要矫正。
在步骤S104中,若未触发坐姿矫正模式,保持原样。
如上一步骤中,当识别用户视频中的坐姿未触发矫正模式,保持原样即可。
在步骤S105中,若触发坐姿矫正模式,暂停播放电视,并弹框播放正确坐姿示范短视频。
当识别出用户的坐姿(颈椎和腰部)与标准坐姿相比相差超过15度,触发坐姿矫正模式,即暂停播放电视,并弹框播放正确坐姿示范短视频。
该发明通过数字电视前端装置的摄像头,当用户在观看电视的时候,采集其实况视频,并且通过人像识别技术和图像识别技术判断用户当前坐姿是否符合规范,如果存在坐姿不正确的情况,则及时提示用户端正坐姿,以免长时间坐姿不正确带来的亚健康状态。

    记录坐姿矫正模式提示触发方式,记录正确坐姿示范短视频;
    当用户观看电视的时候,监控用户实况视频;
    判断当前是否触发坐姿矫正模式;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,暂停播放电视,并弹框播放正确坐姿示范短视频。
  2. 一种数字电视,其特征在于,所述数字电视包括:
    记录单元,监控单元,判断单元,矫正单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录坐姿矫正模式提示触发方式,记录正确坐姿示范短视频;
    监控单元,用于当用户观看电视的时候,监控用户实况视频;
    判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述监控单元的输出端连接,用于判断当前是否触发坐姿矫正模式;
