一种存储错过节目的方法以及数字电视 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种存储错过节目的方法以及数字电视。
背景技术
随着多媒体科技的不断发展,数字电视已经逐步成为家庭必备的数字娱乐终端和多媒体信息终端,它在取代传统闭路电视信号模式的基础上,还 能不断添加许多全新的业务应用,如3D、视频电话、WiFi无线、DLNA等。可以说,数字电视辅助电视机,提供了更智能、更具娱乐性和交互性的服务,使家庭电视向智能化和应用化发展。
目前数字电视配备处理器、存储器后,为提升了智能化提供了良好基础,可以为用户错过节目后需要找重播时间再次追剧的这一长期难题,提供了较好的解决办法。人们常碰到这样的难题,当用户在连续收看喜爱的电视节目的时候,难免出现因为其他事情无法收看的情况,这样的话用户得找重播时间或者其他资源的渠道观看,比较麻烦。
如果数字电视能够识别用户正在追看的电视剧(或者综艺节目),而如果用户一旦错过该剧播放时间后,数字电视自动录像并在用户打开电视后提醒用户收看,则可以很好的解决错过后收看的问题。
综上,针对于当前电视收看一旦错过后续收看重播较为不便的缺陷,需要提供一种存储错过节目的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种存储错过节目的方法,目的在于针对当前电视收看一旦错过后续收看重播较为不便的缺陷,提供一种存储错过节目的方法。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种存储错过节目的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间生成用户电视节目观看列表;
判断用户是否规律性观看特定电视节目;
若否,保持原样;
若是,将所述特定电视节目标记为用户关注节目,并在所述用户关注节目的播放时间判断用户是否收看;
若是,保持原样;
若否,在所述播放时间,读取并存储所述关注节目视频信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视,包括:
记录单元,关注判断单元,错过判断单元,存储单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间生成用户电视节目观看列表;
关注判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否规律性观看特定电视节目;
错过判断单元,其输入端与所述关注判断单元的输出端连接,用于将所述特定电视节目标记为用户关注节目,并在所述用户关注节目的播放时间判断用户是否收看;
存储单元,其输入端与所述错过判断单元的输出端连接,用于在所述播放时间,读取并存储所述关注节目视频信息。
有益效果
该发明通过记录和对比用户每天收看的电视节目,自动判断出用户持续关注的电视节目,如果用户错过了该节目中的某一集,能在该节目播放的时候读取并存储所错过的节目,从而让用户不用再耗费时间和精力寻找重播资源。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种存储错过节目的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录用户观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间生成用户电视节目观看列表。
在本实施例中,以用户A的数字电视为例,该数字电视配备有存储空间,可以用户存储所需的观看信息和节目信息,数字电视记录用户A每次观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间凌晨零点生成用户A上一天的电视节目观看列表。
在步骤S102中,判断用户是否规律性观看特定电视节目。
通过对比前两天的电视节目观看列表,寻找出用户连续在观看的电视节目,比如用户A连续两天都在观看电视连续剧《东京爱情故事》。
在步骤S103中,若用户未规律性观看特定电视节目,保持原样。
过对比前两天的电视节目观看列表,没有发现名称相同的节目,说明用户A未规律性观看特定电视节目,保持原样。
在步骤S104中,若用户规律性观看特定电视节目,将所述特定电视节目标记为用户关注节目,并在所述用户关注节目的播放时间判断用户是否收看。
若用户A连续两天观看连续剧《东京爱情故事》,将该连续剧标记为用户关注节目,根据其播出时间,可以判断用户A是否固定时间打开该频道收看此电视剧。
在步骤S105中,若用户收看,保持原样。
当判断出用户A收看了《东京爱情故事》,不需要存储,保持原样。
在步骤S106中,若用户未收看,在所述播放时间,读取并存储所述关注节目视频信息。
当判断出用户A为收看《东京爱情故事》,需要为其保存该集以备后续观看,因此在所述播放时间,读取并存储该频道的节目视频信息。
该发明通过记录和对比用户每天收看的电视节目,自动判断出用户持续关注的电视节目,如果用户错过了该节目中的某一集,能在该节目播放的时候读取并存储所错过的节目,从而让用户不用再耗费时间和精力寻找重播资源。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视的结构示意图,该用户推荐系统包括:
记录单元21,关注判断单元22,错过判断单元23,存储单元24,其中:
记录单元21,用于记录用户观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间生成用户电视节目观看列表;
关注判断单元22,其输入端与所述记录单元21的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否规律性观看特定电视节目;
错过判断单元23,其输入端与所述关注判断单元22的输出端连接,用于将所述特定电视节目标记为用户关注节目,并在所述用户关注节目的播放时间判断用户是否收看;
存储单元24,其输入端与所述错过判断单元23的输出端连接,用于在所述播放时间,读取并存储所述关注节目视频信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元21,记录用户观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间生成用户电视节目观看列表;关注判断单元22,判断用户是否规律性观看特定电视节目;错过判断单元23,将所述特定电视节目标记为用户关注节目,并在所述用户关注节目的播放时间判断用户是否收看;存储单元24,在所述播放时间,读取并存储所述关注节目视频信息。
该发明通过记录和对比用户每天收看的电视节目,自动判断出用户持续关注的电视节目,如果用户错过了该节目中的某一集,能在该节目播放的时候读取并存储所错过的节目,从而让用户不用再耗费时间和精力寻找重播资源。

  1. 一种存储错过节目的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录用户观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间生成用户电视节目观看列表;
    判断用户是否规律性观看特定电视节目;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,将所述特定电视节目标记为用户关注节目,并在所述用户关注节目的播放时间判断用户是否收看;
    若是,保持原样;
    若否,在所述播放时间,读取并存储所述关注节目视频信息。
  2. 一种数字电视,其特征在于,所述数字电视包括:
    记录单元,关注判断单元,错过判断单元,存储单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户观看的电视节目名称和播放频道以及时间,每天固定时间生成用户电视节目观看列表;
    关注判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否规律性观看特定电视节目;
    错过判断单元,其输入端与所述关注判断单元的输出端连接,用于将所述特定电视节目标记为用户关注节目,并在所述用户关注节目的播放时间判断用户是否收看;
    存储单元,其输入端与所述错过判断单元的输出端连接,用于在所述播放时间,读取并存储所述关注节目视频信息。
