背景技术
随着多媒体科技的不断发展,数字电视已经逐步成为家庭必备的数字娱乐终端和多媒体信息终端,它在取代传统闭路电视信号模式的基础上,还 能不断添加许多全新的业务应用,如3D、视频电话、WiFi无线、DLNA等。可以说,数字电视辅助电视机,提供了更智能、更具娱乐性和交互性的服务,使家庭电视向智能化和应用化发展。
目前数字电视配备处理器、存储器后,为提升了智能化提供了良好基础,而当前就急需根据用户睡眠状态调整播放模式的方法,因为很多人在观看电视的时候,很容易就陷入梦乡,这个时候他们并不希望被打扰,但是电视持续在播放,会有各类声音持续播放,比如插播广告等忽然改变当前声响的时候,容易吵醒用户。如果数字电视能够判断出用户当前的睡眠状态,自动调整播放声音、亮度等,让用户处于一个舒缓的环境,得到充分的休息。
如果数字电视能够通过中央处理器分析用户当前的视频监控录像,判断出其为睡眠的状态后通过调整播放方式,为用户营造一个良好的环境,将使其更加人性化。
综上,针对于当钱人们观看电视睡着后电视无法调整、容易影响睡眠的缺陷,需要提供一种结合睡眠状态判断技术调整播放模式的方法。

本发明是这样实现的:一种按照用户睡眠状态调整播放模式的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录数字电视睡眠模式的激活条件以及睡眠模式对应的情景模式;
当用户打开数字电视观看电视的时候,采集并分析其实时监控录像;
判断是否需要激活数字电视睡眠模式;
若否,保持原样;
若是,激活数字电视睡眠模式,即降低当前电视音量,调暗电视屏幕亮度。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视,包括:
记录单元,监控单元,判断单元,激活单元,其中:

该发明利用数字电视前端的摄像头,在用户观看电视的时候采集并分析其姿态和面部表情,当判断出用户入睡后及时开启数字电视的睡眠模式,让用户处于一个较为安静的环境休息,从而让数字电视更具人性化,有效提升用户的观看体验。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种按照用户睡眠状态调整播放模式的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录数字电视睡眠模式的激活条件以及睡眠模式对应的情景模式。
在本实施例中,以用户A家的数字电视为例,该数字电视前端配备摄像头,可以在需要的时候采集实时监控画面,同时该数字电视还配备中央处理器,可以根据预设的程序分析所监控到的画面,并作出相应的判断。记录数字电视睡眠模式的激活条件为通过判断监控画面中用户进入睡眠后即激活睡眠模式,记录睡眠模式对应的情景模式为调低音量,为当前的音量的一半,调低屏幕亮度,调至当前亮度的一半。
在步骤S102中,当用户打开数字电视观看电视的时候,采集并分析其实时监控录像。
用户A打开数字电视观看电视的时候,摄像头随着开启并且持续监控当前画面,利用视频监控技术和面部分析技术,分析当前的监控录像中的人员是否进入睡眠状态,只有两个技术分析结果一致,就判定其状态。
在步骤S103中,判断是否需要激活数字电视睡眠模式。
判断当前是否需要激活数字电视睡眠模式,即判断正在观看电视的用户A是否睡着,如果睡着了数字电视就开启睡眠模式。
在步骤S104中,若不需要激活数字电视睡眠模式,保持原样。
如果上一个步骤中判断出不需要激活睡眠模式,说明用户A目前正在观看电视,没有睡着,保持原样即可。
在步骤S105中,若需要激活数字电视睡眠模式,则激活数字电视睡眠模式,即降低当前电视音量,调暗电视屏幕亮度。
如上一步骤中,当识别出用户A已经入睡,则需要激活数字电视睡眠模式,即降低当前电视的一半音量,调低当前亮度的一半。
该发明利用数字电视前端的摄像头,在用户观看电视的时候采集并分析其姿态和面部表情,当判断出用户入睡后及时开启数字电视的睡眠模式,让用户处于一个较为安静的环境休息,从而让数字电视更具人性化,有效提升用户的观看体验。

    记录数字电视睡眠模式的激活条件以及睡眠模式对应的情景模式;
    当用户打开数字电视观看电视的时候,采集并分析其实时监控录像;
    判断是否需要激活数字电视睡眠模式;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,激活数字电视睡眠模式,即降低当前电视音量,调暗电视屏幕亮度。
  2. 一种数字电视,其特征在于,所述数字电视包括:
    记录单元,监控单元,判断单元,激活单元,其中:
