Description

一种限制电视节目观看时间的方法和数字电视 技术领域
本发明属于数字电视领域,尤其是涉及一种限制电视节目观看时间的方法以及数字电视。
背景技术
随着多媒体科技的不断发展,数字电视已经逐步成为家庭必备的数字娱乐终端和多媒体信息终端,它在取代传统闭路电视信号模式的基础上,还能不断添加许多全新的业务应用,如3D、视频电话、WiFi无线、DLNA等。可以说,数字电视辅助电视机,提供了更智能、更具娱乐性和交互性的服务,使家庭电视向智能化和应用化发展。
随着数字电视视频资源大大丰富,娱乐功能多元化,大大增加了用户的粘性,因此青少年、儿童沉迷电视娱乐的情况需要加强关注和控制,长期长时间观看电视或者使用电视娱乐,容易造成社交困难、眼部不适、饮食和睡眠紊乱等情况,从而造成身体和精神上的亚健康,由于未成年人自控能力较弱,比成年人容易沉迷,加上缺乏应对繁重学习压力的能力,沉迷电视娱乐很有可能成为其逃避现实乌有之乡,阻碍了未成年人的成长道路。因此当前数字电视对于未成年用户的使用需要外部干预和限制。
而当前指纹识别技术已经十分成熟,比如在智能手机领域的应用,其识别速度快、识别成功率高,得到了市场的认可。如果数字电视能够识别用户身份并相应的限制其使用时间,则可以很好的控制青少年和儿童的观看实际。
综上,针对于当前数字电视没有限制电视节目观看时间的缺陷,需要提供一种结合指纹识别技术限制节目观看时间的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种限制电视节目观看时间的方法,目的在于针对当前数字电视没有限制电视节目观看时间的缺陷,提供一种结合指纹识别技术限制节目观看时间的方法。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种限制电视节目观看时间的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户指定手指的指纹特征以及对应的观看时间限制;
用户用所述指定手指点击开机键时,读取用户指纹;
判断当前用户是否超过其对应的观看时间限制;
若是,数字电视保持关机状态;
若否,开机并在所述观看时间限制内保持开启状态;
达到所述观看时间限制后,自动关闭。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视,包括:
记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,开启单元,关闭单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户指定手指的指纹特征以及对应的观看时间限制;
读取单元,用于用户用所述指定手指点击开机键时,读取用户指纹;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于判断当前用户是否超过其对应的观看时间限制;
开启单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于开机并在所述观看时间限制内保持开启状态;
关闭单元,其输入端与所述开启单元的输出端连接,用于达到所述观看时间限制后,自动关闭。
有益效果
该发明通过在数字电视遥控器上配备指纹识别模块,用户开机时可以识别用户身份并且根据其限定观看时间控制其使用数字电视看电视的时间,有效控制青少年以及儿童看电视的时间,从而避免了其看电视时间过长,既保护眼睛又能将时间利用再其他方面。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种限制电视节目观看时间的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录用户指定手指的指纹特征以及对应的观看时间限制。
在本实施例中,以用户A家庭的数字电视为例,该数字电视遥控器的开机键内置指纹识别模块,通过该模块记录用户指定手指的指纹特征,通过一次性录入即可,记录用户A家庭各个用户对应的观看时间限制:成人用户A、B无限制,少年用户C,24小时以内,可以观看45分钟。
在步骤S102中,用户用所述指定手指点击开机键时,读取用户指纹。
以用户C为例,用户C用所述指定手指点击开机键时,其内置的指纹识别读取用户指纹,根据上一个步骤记录的指纹,系统识别出当前为用户C开机。
在步骤S103中,判断当前用户是否超过其对应的观看时间限制。
判断用户C是否超过其对应的观看时间限制,本实施例总,用户C24小时内可以观看45分钟,系统判断其是否超过45分钟,改时间为24小时累计的时间。
在步骤S104中,若超过其对应的观看时间限制,数字电视保持关机状态。
若当前用户C超过其对应的观看时间限制45分钟,因此不能在观看,数字电视保持关机状态。
在步骤S105中,若未超过其对应的观看时间限制,开机并在所述观看时间限制内保持开启状态。
当识别出用户C未超过45分钟的观看时间限制,还有20分钟观看时间,数字电视开机,供用户C观看。
在步骤S106中,达到所述观看时间限制后,自动关闭。
根据上一步骤,可以得出用户C本次开机前的剩余观看时间达到,因此20分钟后,数字电视自动关闭。
该发明通过在数字电视遥控器上配备指纹识别模块,用户开机时可以识别用户身份并且根据其限定观看时间控制其使用数字电视看电视的时间,有效控制青少年以及儿童看电视的时间,从而避免了其看电视时间过长,既保护眼睛又能将时间利用再其他方面。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视的结构示意图,该数字电视包括:
记录单元21,读取单元22,判断单元23,开启单元24,关闭单元25,其中:
记录单元21,用于记录用户指定手指的指纹特征以及对应的观看时间限制;
读取单元22,用于用户用所述指定手指点击开机键时,读取用户指纹;
判断单元23,其输入端分别与所述记录单元21的输出端以及所述读取单元22的输出端连接,用于判断当前用户是否超过其对应的观看时间限制;
开启单元24,其输入端与所述判断单23元的输出端连接,用于开机并在所述观看时间限制内保持开启状态;
关闭单元25,其输入端与所述开启单元24的输出端连接,用于达到所述观看时间限制后,自动关闭。
其工作原理是:记录单元21,记录用户指定手指的指纹特征以及对应的观看时间限制;读取单元22,用户用所述指定手指点击开机键时,读取用户指纹;判断单元23,判断当前用户是否超过其对应的观看时间限制;开启单元24,开机并在所述观看时间限制内保持开启状态;关闭单元25,达到所述观看时间限制后,自动关闭。

  1. 一种限制电视节目观看时间的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录用户指定手指的指纹特征以及对应的观看时间限制;
    用户用所述指定手指点击开机键时,读取用户指纹;
    判断当前用户是否超过其对应的观看时间限制;
    若是,数字电视保持关机状态;
    若否,开机并在所述观看时间限制内保持开启状态;
    达到所述观看时间限制后,自动关闭。
  2. 一种数字电视,其特征在于,所述数字电视包括:
    记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,开启单元,关闭单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户指定手指的指纹特征以及对应的观看时间限制;
    读取单元,用于用户用所述指定手指点击开机键时,读取用户指纹;
    判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于判断当前用户是否超过其对应的观看时间限制;
    开启单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于开机并在所述观看时间限制内保持开启状态;
    关闭单元,其输入端与所述开启单元的输出端连接,用于达到所述观看时间限制后,自动关闭。
