本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种提醒吃药时间的方法以及数字电视。
背景技术
随着多媒体科技的不断发展,数字电视已经逐步成为家庭必备的数字娱乐终端和多媒体信息终端,它在取代传统闭路电视信号模式的基础上,还 能不断添加许多全新的业务应用,如3D、视频电话、WiFi无线、DLNA等。可以说,数字电视辅助电视机,提供了更智能、更具娱乐性和交互性的服务,使家庭电视向智能化和应用化发展。
目前数字电视配备处理器、存储器后,为提升了智能化提供了良好基础,而当前就急需提供一种提醒用户吃药时间的方法。很多用户,尤其是老年人,常常忘记了吃药时间、漏吃药,人到了晚年之后,生理机能下降,耳朵不好使、记忆力衰退这是大多数老年人都会出现的情况。上一刻钟做过的事情,可能下一刻钟就忘记了。老人体弱多病,会需要药物,有些老人常年与药打交道,一不小心就忘记了吃药,导致一定的危险性,比如高血压和高血糖,就需要规律、按时的吃药控制,一旦没有吃药就容易出现病情的波动。
如果数字电视能够通过其配备的摄像头,采集用户处方的照片,其通过中央处理器,利用图像识别技术,分析和生成用户吃药时间表,并在准确的时间点,及时提醒用户尽快吃药,使用户忘却不需要手动即可解决忘记吃药的问题。
综上,针对于当前无自动、有效提醒用户及时吃药办法的缺陷,需要提供一种基于图像识别技术提醒用户吃药时间的方法。

技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种提醒吃药时间的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户处方的照片;
生成药品清单和吃药时间计划表;
判断当前是否到了所述时间计划表的时间节点;
若否,保持原样;
若是,开启电视,并弹框提示所述用户处方的照片。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视,包括:
记录单元,生成单元,判断单元,提醒单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户处方的照片;
生成单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于生成药品清单和吃药时间计划表;

该发明通过记录用户当前处方或者带有医嘱的药品清单,通过图像识别技术生成电子化的药品清单和吃药时间计划表,当到了该计划表的时间点时,主动提醒用户及时吃药,不需要任何手动输入即可实现自动提醒用户吃药。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种提醒吃药时间的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录用户处方的照片。
在本实施例中,以用户A的数字电视为例,该数字电视配备有摄像头,可以记录需要的照片,本步骤中记录用户处方的照片,只需将含有医嘱的处方放至摄像头前完成拍摄即可,数字电视获取该照片后,供其下一步处理。
在步骤S102中,生成药品清单和吃药时间计划表。
根据现有技术,只需在数字电视内配备图像识别模块(也可以通过将数字电视联网将照片传至内容提供商的服务器内完成识别工作,本实施例不再详述),将上一步骤获取的处方照片,识别得到药品情况和每日吃药时间计划表,保存在数字电视存储器内。
在步骤S103中,判断当前是否到了所述时间计划表的时间节点。
根据上一步骤生成的吃药时间计划表,本步骤判断是否到了该时间计划表的每个时间节点,以便于据此提醒用户吃药。比如用户A的时间计划为每天8点、14点和19点需要吃控制糖尿病的药物“格华止”一粒,以此为依据判断是否到了时间节点。
在步骤S104中,若未到所述时间计划表的时间节点,保持原样。
若未到所述时间计划的时间节点8点、14点和19点,则当前不需要提醒用户A吃药,保持原样即可。
在步骤S105中,若到了所述时间计划表的时间节点,开启电视,并弹框提示所述用户处方的照片。
本步骤中,若到了所述时间计划表的时间节点8点、14点和19点,要提醒用户A吃药了,数字电视控制电视开启,并且弹框提醒当前需要吃的药品清单:一粒“格华止”。
该发明通过记录用户当前处方或者带有医嘱的药品清单,通过图像识别技术生成电子化的药品清单和吃药时间计划表,当到了该计划表的时间点时,主动提醒用户及时吃药,不需要任何手动输入即可实现自动提醒用户吃药。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视的结构示意图,该数字电视包括:
记录单元21,生成单元22,判断单元23,提醒单元24,其中:
记录单元21,用于记录用户处方的照片;
生成单元22,其输入端与所述记录单元21的输出端连接,用于生成药品清单和吃药时间计划表;
判断单元23,其输入端与所述生成单元22的输出端连接,用于判断当前是否到了所述时间计划表的时间节点;
提醒单元24,其输入端与所述判断单元23的输出端连接,用于开启电视,并弹框提示所述用户处方的照片。
其工作原理是:记录单元21,记录用户处方的照片;生成单元22,生成药品清单和吃药时间计划表;判断单元23,判断当前是否到了所述时间计划表的时间节点;提醒单元24,开启电视,并弹框提示所述用户处方的照片。

    记录用户处方的照片;
    生成药品清单和吃药时间计划表;
    判断当前是否到了所述时间计划表的时间节点;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,开启电视,并弹框提示所述用户处方的照片。
  2. 一种数字电视,其特征在于,所述数字电视包括:
    记录单元,生成单元,判断单元,提醒单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户处方的照片;
    生成单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于生成药品清单和吃药时间计划表;
