Description

一种远程监控电视机播放的方法和数字电视 技术领域
本发明属于数字电视领域,尤其是涉及一种远程监控电视机播放的方法以及数字电视。
背景技术
随着多媒体科技的不断发展,数字电视已经逐步成为家庭必备的数字娱乐终端和多媒体信息终端,它在取代传统闭路电视信号模式的基础上,还能不断添加许多全新的业务应用,如3D、视频电话、WiFi无线、DLNA等。可以说,数字电视辅助电视机,提供了更智能、更具娱乐性和交互性的服务,使家庭电视向智能化和应用化发展。
随着电视数字电视视频资源大大丰富,娱乐功能多元化,大大增加了用户的粘性,因此青少年、儿童沉迷电视娱乐的情况需要加强关注和控制,长期长时间观看电视或者使用电视娱乐,容易造成社交困难、眼部不适、饮食和睡眠紊乱等情况,从而造成身体和精神上的亚健康,,由于未成年人自控能力较弱,比成年人容易沉迷,加上缺乏应对繁重学习压力的能力,沉迷电视娱乐很有可能成为其逃避现实乌有之乡,阻碍了未成年人的成长道路。因此当前数字电视对于未成年用户的使用需要外部干预和限制。
而当前蓝牙技术和无线通信技术已经十分成熟,当家长不在家的时候,子女将数字电视打开的时候,如果数字电视监测到家里没有家长(搜索不到家长手机蓝牙信号),则将数字电视前端的摄像头打开,将实时视频传送至家长手机,让家长了解当前有子女使用数字电视播放电视以及其实时的观看情况,以便于进一步加强子女的教育。
综上,针对于当前数字电视造成未成年人长时间观看、缺乏有效监控措施的缺陷,需要提供一种结合蓝牙技术和无线网路技术远程监控电视播放的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种远程监控电视机播放的方法,目的在于针对当前数字电视造成未成年人长时间观看、缺乏有效监控措施的缺陷,提供一种结合蓝牙技术和无线网路技术远程监控电视播放的方法。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种远程监控电视机播放的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户的手机蓝牙信号交换端口以及手机无线传输端口;
数字电视开机后,搜索所述手机蓝牙信号;
判断用户是否在家;
若是,保持原样;
若否,打开数字电视前端的摄像头,采集当前监控画面并将其传输至用户手机。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视,包括:
记录单元,搜索单元,判断单元,传输单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录用户的手机蓝牙信号交换端口以及手机无线传输端口;
搜索单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于数字电视开机后,搜索所述手机蓝牙信号;
判断单元,其输入端与所述搜索单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否在家;
传输单元,其输入端与所述判断单元与记录单元的输出端连接,用于打开数字电视前端的摄像头,采集当前监控画面并将其传输至用户手机。
有益效果
该发明通过当数字电视开机后,利用其蓝牙模块识别家长(即用户)是否在家,如果家长不在家,能够采集当前监控画面并向家长的手机发送,以便于家长监控在家子女观看电视的情况,如果子女长时间观看电视则下一步加强教育。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种远程监控电视机播放的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中记录用户的手机蓝牙信号交换端口以及手机无线传输端口。
在本实施例中,以用户A家庭的数字电视为例,该数字电视前端配备摄像头、配备蓝牙模块,并能够连接家庭WIFI实现网络通信。记录用户A的手机蓝牙信号交换端口,以便于下面的步骤搜索手机,记录手机无线传输端口,用户传输内置摄像头采集到的实时画面。
在步骤S102中,数字电视开机后,搜索所述手机蓝牙信号。
根据现有技术,只要在数字电视内部配备蓝牙模块,即可以搜索手机蓝牙信号,设定用户A在家的时候手机蓝牙打开,当数字电视开机后,可能是用户A也可能是其子女打开的。
在步骤S103中,判断用户是否在家。
根据收集到的蓝牙信号与数字电视记录的用户A的手机蓝牙信号交换端口对比,判断是否与其一致,以此为依据判断用户A是否在家。
在步骤S104中,若用户在家,保持原样。
如果判断出其接收到用户A的手机蓝牙信号,说明用户在家,数字电视不需要发挥远程监控作用,保持原样。
在步骤S105中,若用户不在家,打开数字电视前端的摄像头,采集当前监控画面并将其传输至用户手机。
如果判断出未接收到用户A的手机蓝牙信号,说明用户不在家而其子女打开了该数字电视,需要远程监控,打开数字电视前端摄像头采集监控画面,并通过数字电视记录的手机无线传输端口,直接将该实时画面通过WIFI传送至用户手机。
该发明通过当数字电视开机后,利用其蓝牙模块识别家长(即用户)是否在家,如果家长不在家,能够采集当前监控画面并向家长的手机发送,以便于家长监控在家子女观看电视的情况,如果子女长时间观看电视则下一步加强教育。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视的结构示意图,该数字电视包括:

搜索单元22,其输入端与所述记录单元21的输出端连接,用于数字电视开机后,搜索所述手机蓝牙信号;
判断单元23,其输入端与所述搜索单元22的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否在家;
传输单元24,其输入端与所述判断单元23与记录单元21的输出端连接,用于打开数字电视前端的摄像头,采集当前监控画面并将其传输至用户手机。
其工作原理是:记录单元21,记录用户的手机蓝牙信号交换端口以及手机无线传输端口;搜索单元22,数字电视开机后,搜索所述手机蓝牙信号;判断单元23,判断用户是否在家;传输单元24,打开数字电视前端的摄像头,采集当前监控画面并将其传输至用户手机。

  1. 一种远程监控电视机播放的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录用户的手机蓝牙信号交换端口以及手机无线传输端口;
    数字电视开机后,搜索所述手机蓝牙信号;
    判断用户是否在家;
    若是,保持原样;
    若否,打开数字电视前端的摄像头,采集当前监控画面并将其传输至用户手机。
  2. 一种数字电视,其特征在于,所述数字电视包括:
    记录单元,搜索单元,判断单元,传输单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录用户的手机蓝牙信号交换端口以及手机无线传输端口;
    搜索单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于数字电视开机后,搜索所述手机蓝牙信号;
