Description

本发明属于家电领域，提供了一种根据其他用户反馈调整影片限制的方法以及电视机 。
背景技术
人工智能 （ Artificial Intelligence ）， 英文 缩写为 AI 。它是 研究 、 开发 用于 模拟 、 延伸 和扩展人的 智能 的理论、方法、技术及应用系统的一门新的技术科学。
现在人工智能的研究属于前沿，但普遍研究阶段。其中以弱人工智能的研究和应用最为普及。所谓弱人工智能体现在某些单一、重复性的工作上面，由人类通过计算机预先设置好相关的规则和触发条件，当现实情况满足这些触发条件时，硬件或软件系统将会应激地做出一系列反应。
在弱人工智能的研究和应用上，人们希望通过上述'定规则 - 应激反应'的方式，帮助人类处理重复性大、可预测性大的工作。同时，也希望人工智能能够识别和学习特定用户的价值取向。
在本人的上一个申请《 根据人脸限制影片的方法以及电视机》中，提出了一个弱人工智能的解决方案，但是该方案仅仅是研发阶段所假设的'用户需求'，针对于实际使用情况，尤其针对于特定个体用户，该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
同时，针对于一项未经市场检验的技术，如果用户不喜欢而要关闭的话，往往很费事，用户必须要在设置菜单或者选项里面调试半天方能关闭，这就为特定的用户造成了操作上的负担。
同时，是否能考虑市场反馈再做调整呢？这样做往往不实际，因为一批产品可能上千或者几十万件一起制造和发售，如果要先市场评估，再调整某项技术的话，时间上往往无法兼顾。
综上，需要一种方法，能够采用产品回复云端的大数据，并根据市场上的反馈，能够及时对产品中的技术进行调整。
 技术问题
本发明实施针对孩子在电视上观看少儿不宜的电视节目或电影时家长无法及时制止的情况，需要提供一种 通过预设人脸与电影的匹配关系，根据人脸控制播放权限，防止孩子观看少儿不宜的电视节目和电影，也能够在大多数用户停用该项技术时，终止该项技术的应用。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的： 一种根据其他用户反馈调整影片限制的方法 ，包括以下步骤：
记录影片匹配的标签，记录人脸匹配的标签及人脸的优先级 ;
当开启电视时，检测人脸；
根据检测到的优先级最高的人脸匹配出电影标签，并禁止播放未带有所述标签的影片；
通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；
当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸限制影片 。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电视机，所述电视机包括：
记录单元，检测单元，匹配单元，反馈接收单元，技术调整单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录影片匹配的标签，记录人脸匹配的标签及人脸的优先级 ;
检测单元，用于当开启电视时，检测人脸；
匹配单元，其输入端分别与记录单元输出端及检测单元输出端连接，用于根据检测到的优先级最高的人脸匹配出电影标签，并禁止播放未带有所述标签的影片；
反馈接收单元，其输入端与所述匹配单元的输出端连接，用于通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；
技术调整单元，其输入端与所述反馈接收单元的输出端连接，用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸限制影片。
 有益效果
该发明通过预设人脸与电影的匹配关系，根据人脸控制播放权限，防止孩子观看少儿不宜的电视节目和电影，也能够在大多数用户停用该项技术时，终止该项技术的应用。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是本发明实施例提供的一种根据其他用户反馈调整影片限制的方法 的流程示意图 ，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S100 中 , 记录影片匹配的标签，记录人脸匹配的标签及人脸的优先级。
本实施例中，记录 A 影片匹配的标签为恐怖片， B 影片匹配的标签为儿童片，记录人脸 1 匹配的标签为儿童片（有且只有儿童片），优先级为最高级。
在步骤 S101 中 , 当开启电视时，检测人脸。
在步骤 S102 中，根据检测到的优先级最高的人脸匹配出电影标签，并禁止播放未带有所述标签的影片。
在本实施例中，如人脸 1 在观看标签为儿童片的影片时，系统设置该影片为可以播放，如人脸 1 在观看标签为恐怖片的影片时，系统设置该影片为不可播放，如同时有人脸 1 和人脸 2 都在观看恐怖片是，由于人脸 1 优先级为最高级，电视将根据人脸 1 的设置不播放恐怖片。
在步骤 S103 中，通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况，当其他用户关闭或停用该项技术时，相关数据将上传云端保存；
本实施例中的'该项技术'，特指本步骤之前的几个步骤。
在步骤 S104 中，当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，说明该项技术的市场认可度较低，属于有特殊需要的小众技术，所以终止根据人脸限制影片，如果特定用户需要，再通过设置自行开启 。
该发明通过预设人脸与电影的匹配关系，根据人脸控制播放权限，防止孩子观看少儿不宜的电视节目和电影，也能够在大多数用户停用该项技术时，终止该项技术的应用。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种电视机的结构示意图，所述电视机包括：
记录单元 21 ，检测单元 22 ，匹配单元 23 ，反馈接收单元 24 ，技术调整单元 ,25 ，其中：
记录单元 21 ，用于记录影片匹配的标签，记录人脸匹配的标签及人脸的优先级 ;
检测单元 22 ，用于当开启电视时，检测人脸；
匹配单元 23 ，其输入端分别与记录单元 21 输出端及检测单元 22 输出端连接，用于根据检测到的优先级最高的人脸匹配出电影标签，并禁止播放未带有所述标签的影片；
反馈接收单元 24 ，其输入端与所述匹配单元 23 的输出端连接，用于通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；
技术调整单元 25 ，其输入端与所述反馈接收单元 24 的输出端连接，用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸限制影片。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录影片匹配的标签，记录人脸匹配的标签及人脸的优先级 ; 检测单元 22 ，当开启电视时，检测人脸；匹配单元 23 ，根据检测到的优先级最高的人脸匹配出电影标签，并禁止播放未带有所述标签的影片，反馈接收单元 24 通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况，当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时， 技术调整单元 25 停止根据人脸限制影片 。

  1. 一种根据其他用户反馈调整影片限制的方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录影片匹配的标签，记录人脸匹配的标签及人脸的优先级 ;
    当开启电视时，检测人脸；
    根据检测到的优先级最高的人脸匹配出电影标签，并禁止播放未带有所述标签的影片；
    通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；
    当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸限制影片 。
  2. 一种电视机，其特征在于，所述电视机包括：
    记录单元，检测单元，匹配单元，反馈接收单元，技术调整单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录影片匹配的标签，记录人脸匹配的标签及人脸的优先级 ;
    检测单元，用于当开启电视时，检测人脸；
    匹配单元，其输入端分别与记录单元输出端及检测单元输出端连接，用于根据检测到的优先级最高的人脸匹配出电影标签，并禁止播放未带有所述标签的影片；
    反馈接收单元，其输入端与所述匹配单元的输出端连接，用于通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；
    技术调整单元，其输入端与所述反馈接收单元的输出端连接，用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸限制影片。
