人脸调节电视设置技术的停用方法以及电视机 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域，提供了一种人脸调节电视设置技术的停用方法以及电视机 。
背景技术
人工智能 （ Artificial Intelligence ）， 英文 缩写为 AI 。它是 研究 、 开发 用于 模拟 、 延伸 和扩展人的 智能 的理论、方法、技术及应用系统的一门新的技术科学。
现在人工智能的研究属于前沿，但普遍研究阶段。其中以弱人工智能的研究和应用最为普及。所谓弱人工智能体现在某些单一、重复性的工作上面，由人类通过计算机预先设置好相关的规则和触发条件，当现实情况满足这些触发条件时，硬件或软件系统将会应激地做出一系列反应。
在弱人工智能的研究和应用上，人们希望通过上述'定规则 - 应激反应'的方式，帮助人类处理重复性大、可预测性大的工作。同时，也希望人工智能能够识别和学习特定用户的价值取向。
在本人的上一个申请《 根据人脸调节电视设置的方法以及电视机》中，提出了一个弱人工智能的解决方案，但是该方案仅仅是研发阶段所假设的'用户需求'，针对于实际使用情况，尤其针对于特定个体用户，该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
综上，需要提出一种根据用户的具体使用情况，自动调整该项技术的实际应用。
 技术问题
本发明实施针对不同的人观看电视时需要不同的设置，而人为调节起来又很麻烦的情况，需要提供一种 通过预设人脸与电视配置的匹配关系，自动识别观看电视的用户，根据不同的用户调节电视配置，从而使电视能根据不同的用户能自我调节，简化了电视配置的操作，同时能够根据用户的具体使用情况，自动调整该项技术的应用。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的： 一种人脸调节电视设置技术的停用方法 ，包括以下步骤：
记录人脸匹配的电视配置信息及人脸的优先级 ;
当开启电视时，检测人脸；
根据优先级最高的人脸匹配出电视设置并自动设置电视配置；
当用户在特定时间内改变电视设置的次数超过预设的阈值时，停止根据人脸自动设置电视配置 。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电视机，所述电视机包括：
记录单元，检测单元，设置单元，技术调整单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录人脸匹配的电视配置信息及人脸的优先级 ;
检测单元，用于当开启电视时，检测人脸；
设置单元，其输入端分别与记录单元输出端及检测单元输出端连接，用于根据优先级最高的人脸匹配出电视设置并自动设置电视配置；
技术调整单元，其输入端与所述设置单元的输出端连接，用于当用户在特定时间内改变电视设置的次数超过预设的阈值时，停止根据人脸自动设置电视配置。
 有益效果
该发明通过预设人脸与电视配置的匹配关系，自动识别观看电视的用户，根据不同的用户调节电视配置，从而使电视能根据不同的用户能自我调节，简化了电视配置的操作，同时能够根据用户的具体使用情况，自动调整该项技术的应用。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是本发明实施例提供的一种人脸调节电视设置技术的停用方法 的流程示意图 ，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S100 中 , 记录人脸匹配的电视配置信息及人脸的优先级。
在本实施例中，记录家庭成员 1 的人脸匹配的电视设置为：亮度 20% ，记录家庭成员 2 的人脸匹配的电视设置为：亮度 50% ，显示比例全屏，优先级设置为：家庭成员 2 〉家庭成员 1 。
在步骤 S101 中 , 当开启电视时，检测人脸。
在步骤 S102 中，根据优先级最高的人脸匹配出电视设置并自动设置电视配置。
在本实施例中，当家庭成员 1 观看电视时，人脸识别系统识别出人脸后，自动调节电视机亮度为 20% ，当家庭成员 2 观看电视时，人脸识别系统识别出人脸后，自动调节电视机亮度为 50% ，显示比例为全屏。当家庭成员 1 和 2 同时观看电视时，电视机人脸识别优先识别家庭成员 2 的人脸。
同时，在步骤 S103 中，当用户在特定时间内改变电视设置的次数超过预设的阈值时，说明该项技术针对于特定的用户是增加繁琐性，与技术设计的初衷背道而驰，所以，在这种情况下，系统通过自学习而识别出这种情况，停止根据人脸自动设置电视配置。
该发明通过预设人脸与电视配置的匹配关系，自动识别观看电视的用户，根据不同的用户调节电视配置，从而使电视能根据不同的用户能自我调节，简化了电视配置的操作，同时能够根据用户的具体使用情况，自动调整该项技术的应用。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种电视机的结构示意图，所述电视机包括：
记录单元 21 ，检测单元 22 ，设置单元 23 ，技术调整单元 24 ，其中：
记录单元 21 ，用于记录人脸匹配的电视配置信息及人脸的优先级 ;
检测单元 22 ，用于当开启电视时，检测人脸；
设置单元 23 ，其输入端分别与记录单元 21 输出端及检测单元 22 输出端连接，用于根据优先级最高的人脸匹配出电视设置并自动设置电视配置；
技术调整单元 24 ，其输入端与所述设置单元 23 的输出端连接，用于当用户在特定时间内改变电视设置的次数超过预设的阈值时，停止根据人脸自动设置电视配置。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录人脸匹配的电视配置信息及人脸的优先级 ; 检测单元 22 ，当开启电视时，检测人脸；设置单元 23 ，根据优先级最高的人脸匹配出电视设置并自动设置电视配置，当用户在特定时间内改变电视设置的次数超过预设的阈值时，技术调整单元 24 停止根据人脸自动设置电视配置 。

  1. 一种人脸调节电视设置技术的停用方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    记录人脸匹配的电视配置信息及人脸的优先级 ;
    当开启电视时，检测人脸；
    根据优先级最高的人脸匹配出电视设置并自动设置电视配置；
    当用户在特定时间内改变电视设置的次数超过预设的阈值时，停止根据人脸自动设置电视配置 。
  2. 一种电视机，其特征在于，所述电视机包括：
    记录单元，检测单元，设置单元，技术调整单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录人脸匹配的电视配置信息及人脸的优先级 ;
    检测单元，用于当开启电视时，检测人脸；
    设置单元，其输入端分别与记录单元输出端及检测单元输出端连接，用于根据优先级最高的人脸匹配出电视设置并自动设置电视配置；
    技术调整单元，其输入端与所述设置单元的输出端连接，用于当用户在特定时间内改变电视设置的次数超过预设的阈值时，停止根据人脸自动设置电视配置。
