Description
本发明属于家电领域，提供了一种根据市场反馈停用观看时间限制技术的方法以及电视机 。
人工智能 （ Artificial Intelligence ）， 英文 缩写为 AI 。它是 研究 、
开发 用于 模拟 、 延伸 和扩展人的 智能 的理论、方法、技术及应用系统的一门新的技术科学。
现在人工智能的研究属于前沿，但普遍研究阶段。其中以弱人工智能的研究和应用最为普及。所谓弱人工智能体现在某些单一、重复性的工作上面，由人类通过计算机预先设置好相关的规则和触发条件，当现实情况满足这些触发条件时，硬件或软件系统将会应激地做出一系列反应。
在弱人工智能的研究和应用上，人们希望通过上述'定规则 -
应激反应'的方式，帮助人类处理重复性大、可预测性大的工作。同时，也希望人工智能能够识别和学习特定用户的价值取向。
在本人的上一个申请《
根据人脸限制观看时间的方法以及电视机》中，提出了一个弱人工智能的解决方案，但是该方案仅仅是研发阶段所假设的'用户需求'，针对于实际使用情况，尤其针对于特定个体用户，该方案是否具有价值或者能否取悦特定个体用户则根据个体用户的不同有所区别。
同时，针对于一项未经市场检验的技术，如果用户不喜欢而要关闭的话，往往很费事，用户必须要在设置菜单或者选项里面调试半天方能关闭，这就为特定的用户造成了操作上的负担。
同时，是否能考虑市场反馈再做调整呢？这样做往往不实际，因为一批产品可能上千或者几十万件一起制造和发售，如果要先市场评估，再调整某项技术的话，时间上往往无法兼顾。
综上，需要一种方法，能够采用产品回复云端的大数据，并根据市场上的反馈，能够及时对产品中的技术进行调整。
本发明实施针对小朋友观看电视无节制影响视力耽误学习的情况，需要提供一种
通过预设人脸与不同日期观看电视时长的匹配关系，根据人脸控制电视观看时间，防止长时间观看电视，保护眼睛健康，也能够在大多数用户停用该项技术时，终止该项技术的应用。
本发明是这样实现的： 一种根据市场反馈停用观看时间限制技术的方法 ，包括以下步骤：
记录人脸匹配的不同日期观看电视时长，记录人脸的优先级 ;
当开启电视时，检测人脸；
统计所述人脸在当前日期观看电视时长；
当所述优先级最高的人脸在当前日期观看电视时长超过所述人脸匹配的当前日期观看电视时长时，关闭电视；
通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；
当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸来确定电视时长。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电视机，所述电视机包括：
记录单元，检测单元，统计单元，匹配单元，反馈接收单元，技术调整单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录人脸匹配的不同日期观看电视时长，记录人脸的优先级 ;
检测单元，用于当开启电视时，检测人脸；
统计单元，其输入端分别与记录单元输出端及检测单元输出端连接，用于统计所述人脸在当前日期观看电视时长；
匹配单元，其输入端与统计单元的输出端连接，用于当所述优先级最高的人脸在当前日期观看电视时长超过所述人脸匹配的当前日期观看电视时长时，关闭电视；
反馈接收单元，其输入端与匹配单元的输出端连接，用于通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；
技术调整单元，其输入端与反馈接收单元的输出端连接，用于当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸来确定电视时长。

在步骤 S101 中 , 当开启电视时，检测人脸。
在步骤 S102 中，统计所述人脸在当前日期观看电视时长。
在步骤 S103
中，当所述优先级最高的人脸在当前日期观看电视时长超过所述人脸匹配的当前日期观看电视时长时，关闭电视。
在本实施例中，如家庭成员 1 与家庭成员 2 在 2016 年 1 月 6
日同时观看电视的累计时间超过 1 小时时，由于家庭成员 1 优先级比家庭成员 2 高，电视将自动关闭，并且如果家庭成员 1
在电视关闭以后重新打开，电视将自动识别人脸后又将电视自动关闭，该发明允许记录多个人脸。

- 一种根据市场反馈停用观看时间限制技术的方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：记录人脸匹配的不同日期观看电视时长，记录人脸的优先级 ;当开启电视时，检测人脸；统计所述人脸在当前日期观看电视时长；当所述优先级最高的人脸在当前日期观看电视时长超过所述人脸匹配的当前日期观看电视时长时，关闭电视；通过云端数据读取其他用户对该项技术的使用情况；当关闭该项技术的用户的数量超过特定阈值时，停止根据人脸来确定电视时长。
