目前,现有电视机顶盒、智能电视、普通电视、智慧屏等智能产品都或多或少存在普及化与体验的问题,具体问题如下:

2).功能简单:和手机相比,电视机的更换周期要长得多,如果没有出现质量问题,至少能使用5年甚至更长,而如果电视的智能化程度越来越高,新功能、高配置要求用户加快电视更新的频率,而电视是家庭C端消费产品,所以价格因素是第一位,而智能电视越智能成本也就越高,价格越高用户购买的愿望也就越低,这也就是市场上的为什么电视配置普遍较低的原因,而配置越低用户体验越差,用户体验越差就越不愿意消费,从而就形成了恶性循环。电视因为产品形态以大显示屏为主,设备外观效果、安装高度、屏占比、信号干扰、散热、成本、能耗等多种因素也导致电视不可能内置众多智能模块,如市场上的智能电视有的内置摄像头,有的内置麦克风阵列等先进智能模块,但却缺少感知系统,而感知传感器一般又有特定的安装要求,就算是内置了全部的感知传感器系统,却又已经大大增加了电视的成本及运行能耗,这样用户购买的意愿就大大下降,所以电视功能与多制约因素是不可调和的矛盾,制约了电视的功能扩展。
3).内容/应用匮乏:随着市场化的需求与发展,智能电视的盈利模式逐渐从单一的硬件比拼到了“内容+服务+硬件”的一体化产业链,由“内容商+运营商+生产商”的合作模式,推出智能电视服务来满足消费者需求,但因电视是国家文化软实力的重要组成部分,所以对其内容一定会有一定的限制;电视的内容越丰富,对电视的系统配置要求越高,配置高又导致成本高,成本高又因电视属C类消费,用户购买愿意就会下降,反过来又制约电视的内容与服务,再加上随着机顶盒+电视机的模式逐步被推广,电视自身是否需要强大的智能系统都是个问题。
4).体验差:智能系统的加入并没有让电视的体验效果得到明显的提升,并且所谓的智能电视也只是被阉割的智能系统,商家反而借智能电视名义普遍嵌入大量广告,之所以要嵌入广告主要是前期靠低价抢占市场的商业模式,导致电视机成为“广告机”,成为全民吐槽的话题;另外智能系统配置差导致在线观看视频影片及大型互动游戏时缓冲时间过长或卡顿,体验效果不理想;电视好的体验不是独立的,还需要周边环境的衬托,如电视体验时不同氛围的灯光照明场景,而传统要实现这样的效果,必须安装智能照明并建立控制的通讯系统,新安装或旧改安装智能照明都面临诸多问题,一般用户基本不会这样做;虽然部分电视已经支持无线投屏,但投屏前搜索配对确认操作省不了,且还存在投屏难满屏显示、投屏清晰度不够、声音卡顿、投屏后智能手机不能再从事其它工作等问题;有的智能电视内置麦克风阵列,但电视平时处于休眠状态,如独立设置麦克风阵列又存在电视延时响应问题,不独立设置麦克风阵列又存在智能电视长期处于开机状态,产生大量能耗及影响电视寿命;如果不安装置麦克风阵列,智能电视又没有好的体验效果,所以电视的体验又与系统配置、传感器、延时响应、信号干扰、散热、成本、能耗等多方面因素相互制约,导致电视体验不理想。
5). 核心网关缺乏:智能家庭服务是与千家万户息息相关的民生工程,家庭智能网关是家庭智能化的心脏,通过它实现系统信息的采集、信息输入、信息输出、集中控制、远程控制、联动控制等功能。就家庭智能产品而言,现在已经有了很多智能产品,如智能电视、智慧屏、智能音箱、智能面板、楼宇对讲分机、智能路由器、智能手机、服务机器人、扫地机器人、智能摄像头、报警设备、互联网接入设备、智能盒子、智能灯泡等,但这些智能设备都不能担当核心网关的角色,因为家庭用户的需求很多,而这些独立的智能设备解决家庭用户的需求很有限,用户购买意愿也不强;如电视或智慧屏虽然有刚需大屏的优势,但内容、功能、体验都与成本存在冲突,最重要的是电视或智慧屏解决的需求也很有限;目前还有一种分布式无网关理念,如分布式智能照明面板,但这也仅限于智能照明;也还有另一种全部5G网络化的理念,认为什么我智能设备都可通过5G网络通讯,却不知5G的硬件与运营是有费用的,所以家庭核心网关设备必须综合家庭用户需求的特点,取长补短,能综合解决用户需求问题。
综上所述,不管传统电视,还是智能电视,还是智慧屏,电视是家庭唯一刚需的大屏,不可取代也不可取消,但也因多种因素相互制约,导致电视操作繁琐、功能简单、内容缺乏、用户体验不理想等问题,这样既制约了智能电视的普及推广,也制约了用户对智能系统的需求,进而制约了智慧家庭的发展。

1).操作简单、方便:用户自主控制、感知并分析用户需求控制、联动输出控制、习惯输出控制等多操作控制方式,让用户对电视的操作变得简单、智能、快捷;智能控制装置设有安装机顶盒、互联网接入设备的设备仓,并在设备仓内这些安装设备相互建立通讯连接,智能控制装置与电视的连接变成简单的最少二条HDMI和一条电视电源线缆,安装操作既简单、美观,也方便对内装这些设备的智能控制操作;
2).多智能功能:不管电视是否智能,通过智能控制系统将电视、机顶盒、智能控制装置等智能设备集成电视输出,使电视具有智能控制系统集成设备的所有功能,让用户根据需求可任意操作控制电视的播放内容或互动体验,免除电视升级智能系统必须更换为智能电视的问题;
3).内容多样:电视、机顶盒原有内容保持不变,通过智能控制系统将智能控制装置的丰富内容快捷、实时、高清、同步地输出至电视播放与互动,用户可自由选择电视、机顶盒和智能控制装置的内容播放与互动,从而解决电视内容缺乏的问题。
4).用户体验好:智能控制系统通过恰到好处地将电视、机顶盒、智能控制装置进行智能集成,让用户可自由选择电视、机顶盒和智能控制装置的丰富内容进行播放与互动体验;智能控制装置还内置LED灯,当用户在体验电视时,还可营造体验电视的灯光氛围效果。结合智能控制装置的用户自主控制、感知并分析用户需求控制、联动输出控制、习惯输出控制等多操作控制方式,让用户快捷、智能、简单、实时、高清、同步地体验到电视或智能电视、机顶盒和智能控制装置的丰富内容,从而大大提升了用户的电视大屏系统体验。
5). 核心网关推动智能家庭普及化:智能控制装置既是一台智能设备,也是一套智能集成系统,通过自身全面感知与分析处理功能,设备仓内集成运营商提供的互联网接入设备和机顶盒,独特的物理结构设计,快速安装维护,集中布线管理等特点,能快速实现智能系统的信息采集、信息输入、信息输出、集中控制、远程控制、联动控制、大屏体验等功能。既解决了智能音箱、楼宇对讲、智能路由器、报警设备、智能摄像头、智能灯泡的功能有效集成;还解决了电视智能系统升级体验;还解决了家庭布线管理需求;还因为智能控制装置同时具备B、C端刚需特性,解决了客户和用户购买意愿问题,所以智能控制装置承担家庭智能核心网关功能,可极大推动智能家庭普及化。

本发明的实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1是本发明智能控制系统实施例一的逻辑结构图,该实施例的智能控制系统包括智能控制装置10、电视20、机顶盒30和互联网接入设备40,该互联网接入设备40例如可为运营商提供的光纤接入设备或5G CPE设备。而且,电视20与智能控制装置10之间连接有第一线缆,机顶盒30与智能控制装置10之间连接有第二线缆;电视20与机顶盒30之间连接有第三线缆。其中,第一线缆包括HDMI线缆及电源线缆,第二线缆包括电源线缆,第三线缆包括HDMI线缆。
而且,智能控制装置10包括AI核心处理单元11及分别与AI核心处理单元11连接的输入单元12、输出单元13、通讯单元14,另外,智能控制装置10上还设置有设备仓,该设备仓用于容置互联网接入设备40、机顶盒30。
输入单元12包括:触摸输入模块、智能按键模块、麦克风模块、摄像模块、距离传感器模块、环境传感模块、能源监测模块。
通讯单元14包括:路由器、网络交换模块、蓝牙模块、Wifi模块、Zigbee模块、RF模块、NB-IoT模块、4G/5G模块、总线模块。
输出单元13包括:屏显示模块、声音输出模块、LED灯、红外发射模块、与第一线缆中的HDMI线缆连接的HDMI接口、连接第一线缆中的电源线且用于向电视供电的智能交流供电模块、连接第二线缆且用于机顶盒供电的智能低压电源模块。而且,屏显示模块与触摸输入模块集成为触摸屏,智能交流供电模块与智能低压电源模块分别与能源监测模块相连。
AI核心处理单元11用于在执行所存储的计算机程序时实现以下步骤:
S10.获取第一控制指令;
S20.根据第一控制指令控制触摸屏和声音输出模块,和/或,LED灯,和/或,联网智能设备,输出相应的内容,其中联网智能设备与智能控制装置通讯连接,其中,智能控制装置通过其通讯单元与联网智能设备通讯连接;
S30.判断是否获取到第二控制指令,若是,则执行步骤S40;
S40.获取能源监测模块的功率监测信息,并根据功率监测信息确定电视、机顶盒的当前运行状态;
S50.根据第二控制指令中的输入通道信息及电视、机顶盒的当前运行状态,通过控制红外发射模块或通讯单元来控制电视和/或机顶盒的运行状态,及控制电视切换至相应的输入通道;
S60.根据所切换的输入通道判断待播放的音视频源是否来自智能控制装置,若是,则执行步骤S70;若否,则执行步骤S90;
S70.获取第三控制指令;
S80.根据第三控制指令控制触摸屏和声音输出模块,和/或,LED灯,和/或,联网智能设备输出相应的内容,且同步触摸屏和声音输出模块的输出内容通过电视播放;
S90.根据第二控制指令中的内容选择信息,通过控制红外发射模块或通讯单元来控制电视的播放内容或控制机顶盒输出内容通过电视播放;
而且,第一控制指令、第二控制指令和第三控制指令分别通过以下方式获取:
获取用户通过触摸屏或智能按键模块或麦克风模块或移动终端自主下达的相应控制指令,其中,移动终端通过通讯单元与智能控制装置通讯连接;或者,
获取距离传感器模块所感测的距离信息和/或摄像头所拍摄的图像信息和/或环境传感模块所检测的环境信息和/或联网智能设备的触发信息,并根据距离信息和/或图像信息和/或环境信息和/或触发信息获取用户需求信息用户需求信息确定相应的控制指令。
在一个可选实施例中,红外发射模块包括第一红外发射单元和第二红外发射单元,其中,第一红外发射单元用于向电视发送红外控制信息,第二红外发射单元用于向机顶盒发送红外控制信息。 当然,在其它实施例中,通过自学习,电视和机顶盒也可共用一个红外发射模块。
在一个可选实施例中,当机顶盒容置在设备仓中时,第二红外发射单元设置在设备仓内,从而使得机顶盒处于第二红外发射单元的红外发射区域。在另一个可选特殊实施例中,当机顶盒放置在设备仓外时,智能控制装置有可能与电视、机顶盒之间存在有障碍物,此时,可将智能控制装置内置的红外发射接口通过线缆延长引出,并对准电视、机顶盒的红外接收区域,实现红外延长发射线对电视、机顶盒的学习与控制。
另外,在一个可选实施例中,第一线缆和/或第三线缆明敷设置。在另一个可选实施例中,第一线缆和/或第三线缆暗埋设置,这种方式可在房屋建造或装修时将线缆暗埋在墙内,不影响房间的布局,且更美观。
在一个可选实施例中,电视控制指令包括电视控制信息、预约时间信息,而且,AI核心处理单元,还用于在获取到第二控制指令后,判断当前时间是否到达预约时间,并在到达时,执行步骤S40。例如,在一个具体应用中,用户想要晚上七点钟准时收看新闻联播节目,为避免错过时间,可预先通过输入单元输入电视控制信息,并指定七点钟开机,这样,到晚上七点钟时,系统自动开机,并自动切换到中央一台的新闻联播节目进行播放。
在一个可选实施例中,AI核心处理单元还用于从人体健康传感单元或联网健康传感装置或关联的移动终端获取用户的人体健康信息,并根据人体健康信息,定时或按用户需求生成用户的健康报告,并输出健康报告,其中,人体健康传感单元设置在智能控制装置上,且人体健康信息包括下列中的至少一个:体温、心率、血压、呼吸频率、血氧、心电图、睡眠质量等。
在一个可选实施例中,智能控制装置还包括接口单元,而且,AI核心处理单元,还用于在执行所存储的计算机程序时实现以下步骤:
S90.获取第四控制指令;
S100.通过接口模块和/或通讯单元获取家居设备的运行状态,其中,家居设备包括下列中的至少一个:智能灯、服务机器人、智能空调、智能窗帘等;
S110.根据第四控制指令,通过接口模块和/或通讯单元控制家居设备的运行状态;

在一个可选实施例中,智能按键模块包括功能按键、数字按键、方向按键、确认按键,而且,获取用户通过智能按键模块自主下达的相应控制指令,包括:获取用户通过功能按键、数字按键、方向按键、确认按键中的一个或至少两个的组合及其触发时长(例如包括长按、短按)自主下达的相应控制指令。在具体应用中,可在垂直贴墙安装的智能控制装置的系统操作区设置功能按键、数字按键、方向按键、确认按键等。其中,关于方向按键,例如,向上键为调大,向下键为调小,向左键为执行前一个指令,向右键为执行下一个指令。如果操作过程中,用户想将画面切换到电视上显示,则按电视键 +确认键表示将当前系统切换到电视上大屏显示,如果用户想重新切换到看电视,则长按电视键即可,且按键每按一步都有屏显/语音/闪灯提醒用户执行了某指令,如用户误操作或退出软件操作,直接按取消键即可。

在一个具体应用中,用户可通过麦克风阵列自主下达相应的控制指令,例如,智能控制装置上设置有麦克风阵列,该麦克风阵列用于采集用户的语音信息;AI核心处理单元用于对语音信息进行语音识别,以获取用户的身份信息及其对应的控制指令。这样,用户通过远距离语音指令,指示系统执行指令去切换系统画面至电视机上显示或指示系统执行指令控制机顶盒及调整机顶盒输出相关内容,如:“小箱,看电视”,则系统自动打开电视、打开机顶盒,并将电视输入信号切换为机顶盒信号输入,用户即可观看机顶盒输出的电视内容。如:“小箱,看大屏”,则系统自动打开电视,并将电视输入信号切换为智能系统输出信号,用户即可通过电视同步高清、满屏、实时地体验智能设备触控显示屏的显示内容。
在一个具体应用中,通过距离传感器感知的用户的位置及行为操作来确定相应的控制指令。在智能控制装置的左右两侧设置有距离传感器,距离传感器以一定角度倾斜设置,以保证最大角度探测室内传感器高度水平及以下空间的物体,以及双距离传感器组合实现180度范围探测物体,此设计可实现传感器水平高度室内全立体空间探测。而且,距离传感器用于感测距离信息;AI核心处理单元用于根据距离信息确定用户的身份信息和姿态信息,且根据预先存储的身份信息、姿态信息与电视控制信息的关联关系表来获取当前用户的电视控制信息。进一步地,AI核心处理单元还用于将所感测的距离信息依序进行缓存,并根据预先建立的第一需求模型确定用户需求信息,且根据用户需求信息确定当前用户的电视控制信息。当用户在空间走动时系统即可知晓用户位置,当用户走动后在一个位置静止坐下来,系统自动根据最后静止点位置判断用户在此长时间停留,如超一定时间没有移动,还可语音关怀提醒用户,或结合时间、用户身份、身体状况、环境状况等为用户主动提供智慧体验服务。例如,(1)就餐后/习惯娱乐/老人在家/周末休息等时间,当系统感知用户走到电视对面沙发坐下自定义时间后,系统自动语音提醒用户是否需要开启电视,如果用户离智能控制装置超过5米,语音无法下达控制指令,用户还可通过举起手左右快速摆来告知系统开启电视,如果用户不响应或走开则系统视为用户暂时不想看电视;(2)早上起床用户进入客厅时,系统感知用户已起床进入客厅,则系统自动打开电视和机顶盒,并保持电视输入信号为机顶盒输出信号,开始播放电视有关新闻;(3)晚上睡觉时间,系统感知用户起身走进卧室自定义时间后,系统默认启动睡觉模式,关闭电视和机顶盒,系统开启室内空间布防,触控显示屏进入休眠状态;(4)早上上班时间,系统感知用户从入户门离开自定义时间后,系统默认启动离家模式,关闭电视和机顶盒,系统开启室内空间布防,触控显示屏进入休眠状态。
在一个具体应用中,通过摄像头感知的用户的位置及行为操作来确定相应的控制指令。例如,在智能控制装置上设置摄像头,而且,摄像头用于对监控区域进行图像拍摄;AI核心处理单元用于对所拍摄的图像进行图像分析,以获取用户的身份信息和姿态信息,且根据预先存储的身份信息、姿态信息与电视控制信息的关联关系表来获取当前用户的电视控制信息。进一步地,AI核心处理单元还用于将所拍摄的图像信息依序进行缓存,并根据预先建立的第二需求模型确定用户需求信息,且根据用户需求信息确定当前用户的电视控制信息。
在一个具体应用中,在通过触摸屏、麦克风阵列、智能按键模块、位置及行为操作、移动端软件操作来对智能控制装置进行控制时,如用户开启某一功能自定义次数时,用户60%会有主动切换到电视大屏显示,则系统判断当用户下一次开启该功能时,自动切换至电视同步、高清、实时大屏显示;相反,如用户开启某一功能自定义次数时,用户60%会有关闭电视大屏显示,则系统判断当用户下一次开启该功能时,将不再同步开启电视进行大屏显示。
在一个具体应用中,用户可通过鼠标、键盘、遥控器自主下达相应的控制指令。例如,智能控制装置标配有一个蓝牙/红外等无线方式遥控器,遥控器上有电视与智能控制装置的图标(简称:箱标)按键,用户按电视键,即系统开启电视和机顶盒;如用户按箱标键,则系统自动切换电视输入信号为系统输出信号,同步、高清、实时显示触控显示屏的内容;用户也可语音告知遥控器“小湘,看电视”,则系统自动打开电视、找开机顶盒,并将电视输入信号切换为机顶盒信号输入,用户即可观看机顶盒输出的电视内容;如用户语音告知遥控器“小湘,看大屏”,则系统自动打开电视,并将电视输入信号切换为系统输出信号,用户即可通过电视同步高清、满屏、实时地观看触摸屏的内容,同时通过鼠标点指定相应程序开关及日常操作,也可语音告知系统开关某个程序及程序内容操作。
在一个具体应用中,用户可通过移动终端自主下达相应的控制指令。例如,智能控制装置由于标配有多个通讯单元,如Wifi模块、无线路由器、蓝牙、红外等,用户移动终端可通过多无线通讯方式访问智能控制装置,并可远程开启系统各种应用软件,当系统程序运行时,如系统同时感知用户在电视机对面沙发或可感知的室内时,系统自动打开电视,并将电视输入信号切换为系统输出信号,用户即可通过电视同步高清、满屏、实时地观看触摸屏的内容,同时通过APP软件操作相应程序开关及日常操作。
综上所述,当将智能控制装置安装在客厅电视附近后,可将互联网接入设备、机顶盒等放置在其设备仓中,因此具有相关设备安装及家庭布线管理功能,以智能集成控制的方式实现创新智能硬件、互联网接入设备、机顶盒、电视大屏有机结合,互补不足,互展所长,解决用户高速联网、超大屏、内容丰富、快捷、智慧地体验家庭智慧系统,避免传统电视、机顶盒和智能系统的操作繁琐、内容简单、不智能、体验差、安装困难、手动操作、布线零乱等问题,同时也解决了家庭核心智能网关问题。充分发挥创新智能设备的多感知、AI处理、多功能、硬件集成安装、多智慧应用等特性,大幅度降低智慧家庭系统对电视强大智能系统的要求,实现智能设备信号、机顶盒与电视信号高清、满屏、音视频同步、实时地在电视机大屏上显示,为用户创造安全、健康、智慧、舒适、低碳、便捷的个性化智慧生活,重要的是还利用创新智能设备内装互联网接入设备、机顶盒及集成路由器、可视对讲、电视升级等设备的刚需特性,让更多资源、更多资金来促进智慧家庭的建设,让用户低成本解决智慧家庭问题,这将对推动智慧家庭普及化具有关键作用。
而且,为了更充分地发挥电视的大屏体验优势,可在智能控制装置内设置人体健康传感器、环境传感器、接口模块等,并结合处理模块及网络模块为用户提供居家安全、健康管理、家电控制、智能音箱、智能照明、智能控制、视音频交互、环境探测、人体定位、可视对讲、休闲娱乐、教育培训、陪伴老人、智能助理、智能翻译、机器诊断、远程诊断、能源管理、快捷操作、情感及形象分析、3D试衣、购物、社交、社区服务等功能。此创新设计可解决用户基于具有HDMI接口的所有电视快速分享与控制智慧系统,为家庭用户创造智慧、安全、健康、舒适、便捷、低碳和充满关爱的家庭生活环境。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种智能控制装置,连接互联网接入设备、电视和机顶盒,其特征在于,所述智能控制装置通过第一线缆与电视连接,还通过第二线缆与机顶盒连接,且电视与机顶盒之间连接第三线缆,其中,所述第一线缆包括HDMI线缆及电源线缆,所述第二线缆包括电源线缆,所述第三线缆包括HDMI线缆;所述智能控制装置包括AI核心处理单元及分别与所述AI核心处理单元连接的输入单元、输出单元、通讯单元,所述智能控制装置上还设置有用于容置所述互联网接入设备、所述机顶盒的设备仓;
    所述输入单元包括:触摸输入模块、智能按键模块、麦克风模块、摄像模块、距离传感器模块、环境传感模块、能源监测模块;
    通讯单元包括:路由器、网络交换模块、蓝牙模块、Wifi模块、Zigbee模块、RF模块、NB-IoT模块、4G/5G模块、总线模块;
    所述输出单元包括:屏显示模块、声音输出模块、LED灯、红外发射模块、与所述第一线缆中的HDMI线缆连接的HDMI接口、连接所述第一线缆中的电源线且用于向所述电视供电的智能交流供电模块、连接所述第二线缆且用于所述机顶盒供电的智能低压电源模块,而且,所述屏显示模块与所述触摸输入模块集成为触摸屏,所述智能交流供电模块与所述智能低压电源模块分别与所述能源监测模块相连;
    所述AI核心处理单元,用于在执行所存储的计算机程序时实现以下步骤:
    S10.获取第一控制指令;
    S20.根据所述第一控制指令控制所述触摸屏和所述声音输出模块,和/或,所述LED灯,和/或,联网智能设备,输出相应的内容,其中所述联网智能设备与所述智能控制装置通讯连接;
    S30.判断是否获取到第二控制指令,若是,则执行步骤S40;
    S40.获取所述能源监测模块的功率监测信息,并根据所述功率监测信息确定所述电视、所述机顶盒的当前运行状态;
    S50.根据所述第二控制指令中的输入通道信息及所述电视、所述机顶盒的当前运行状态,通过控制所述红外发射模块或所述通讯单元来控制所述电视和/或所述机顶盒的运行状态,及控制所述电视切换至相应的输入通道;
    S60.根据所切换的输入通道判断待播放的音视频源是否来自所述智能控制装置,若是,则执行步骤S70;若否,则执行步骤S90;
    S70.获取第三控制指令;
    S80.根据所述第三控制指令控制所述触摸屏和所述声音输出模块,和/或,所述LED灯,和/或,联网智能设备输出相应的内容,且同步所述触摸屏和所述声音输出模块的输出内容通过所述电视播放;
    S90.根据所述第二控制指令中的内容选择信息,通过控制所述红外发射模块或所述通讯单元来控制所述电视的播放内容或控制机顶盒输出内容通过电视播放;
    而且,所述第一控制指令、所述第二控制指令和所述第三控制指令分别通过以下方式获取:
    获取用户通过所述触摸屏或所述智能按键模块或麦克风模块或移动终端自主下达的相应控制指令,其中,所述移动终端通过所述通讯单元与所述智能控制装置通讯连接;或者,
    获取所述距离传感器模块所感测的距离信息和/或所述摄像头所拍摄的图像信息和/或环境传感模块所检测的环境信息和/或联网智能设备的触发信息,并根据所述距离信息和/或所述图像信息和/或所述环境信息和/或所述触发信息获取用户需求信息所述用户需求信息确定相应的控制指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,所述红外发射模块包括用于向所述电视发送红外控制信息的第一红外发射单元,及用于向所述机顶盒发送红外控制信息的所述第二红外发射单元。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,所述机顶盒容置在所述设备仓中,且所述第二红外发射单元设置在所述设备仓内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,所述机顶盒放置在所述设备仓外,所述第一线缆还包括连接所述第一红外发射单元与所述AI核心处理单元的红外发射延长线缆,和/或,所述第二线缆还包括连接所述第二红外发射单元与所述AI核心处理单元的红外发射延长线缆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一线缆和/或所述第三线缆明敷设置;或者,
    所述第一线缆和/或所述第三线缆暗埋设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,所述电视控制指令包括电视控制信息、预约时间信息,而且,
    所述AI核心处理单元,还用于在获取到所述第二控制指令后,判断当前时间是否到达所述预约时间,并在到达时,执行步骤S40。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,
    所述AI核心处理单元,还用于从人体健康传感单元或联网健康传感装置或关联的移动终端获取用户的人体健康信息,并根据所述人体健康信息,定时或按用户需求生成用户的健康报告,并输出所述健康报告,其中,所述人体健康传感单元设置在所述智能控制装置上,且所述人体健康信息包括下列中的至少一个:体温、心率、血压、呼吸频率、血氧、心电图、睡眠质量。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,所述智能按键模块包括功能按键、数字按键、方向按键、确认按键,而且,
    获取用户通过所述智能按键模块自主下达的相应控制指令,包括:
    获取用户通过所述功能按键、所述数字按键、所述方向按键、所述确认按键中的一个或至少两个的组合及其触发时长自主下达的相应控制指令。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能控制装置,其特征在于,所述智能控制装置还包括接口单元,而且,
    所述AI核心处理单元,还用于在执行所存储的计算机程序时实现以下步骤:
    获取第四控制指令;
    通过所述接口模块和/或所述通讯单元获取家居设备的运行状态,其中,所述家居设备包括下列中的至少一个:智能灯、服务机器人、智能空调、智能窗帘等;
    根据所述第四控制指令,通过所述接口模块和/或所述通讯单元控制所述家居设备的运行状态;
    而且,所述第四控制指令通过以下方式获取:
    获取用户通过所述触摸屏或所述智能按键模块或麦克风模块或移动终端自主下达的相应控制指令,其中,所述移动终端通过所述通讯单元与所述智能控制装置通讯连接;或者,
    获取所述距离传感器模块所感测的距离信息和/或所述摄像头所拍摄的图像信息和/或环境传感模块所检测的环境信息和/或联网智能设备的触发信息,并根据所述距离信息和/或所述图像信息和/或所述环境信息和/或所述触发信息获取用户需求信息所述用户需求信息确定相应的控制指令。
  10. 一种智能控制系统,包括:电视、机顶盒、互联网接入设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    权利要求1-9任一项所述的智能控制装置;
    连接在所述电视与所述智能控制装置之间的第一线缆;
    连接在所述机顶盒与所述智能控制装置之间的第二线缆;
    连接在所述电视与所述机顶盒之间的第三线缆;
    其中,所述第一线缆包括HDMI线缆及电源线缆,所述第二线缆包括电源线缆,所述第三线缆包括HDMI线缆。
  11. 一种电视控制方法,应用于权利要求1-9任一项所述的电视智能控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    S10.获取第一控制指令;
    S20.根据所述第一控制指令控制所述触摸屏和所述声音输出模块,和/或,所述LED灯,和/或,联网智能设备,输出相应的内容,其中所述联网智能设备与所述智能控制装置通讯连接;
    S30.判断是否获取到第二控制指令,若是,则执行步骤S40;
    S40.获取所述能源监测模块的功率监测信息,并根据所述功率监测信息确定所述电视、所述机顶盒的当前运行状态;
    S50.根据所述第二控制指令中的输入通道信息及所述电视、所述机顶盒的当前运行状态,通过控制所述红外发射模块或所述通讯单元来控制所述电视和/或所述机顶盒的运行状态,及控制所述电视切换至相应的输入通道;
    S60.根据所切换的输入通道判断待播放的音视频源是否来自所述智能控制装置,若是,则执行步骤S70;若否,则执行步骤S90;
    S70.获取第三控制指令;
    S80.根据所述第三控制指令控制所述触摸屏和所述声音输出模块,和/或,所述LED灯,和/或,联网智能设备输出相应的内容,且同步所述触摸屏和所述声音输出模块的输出内容通过所述电视播放;
    S90.根据所述第二控制指令中的内容选择信息,通过控制所述红外发射模块或所述通讯单元来控制所述电视的播放内容或控制机顶盒输出内容通过电视播放;
    而且,所述第一控制指令、所述第二控制指令和所述第三控制指令分别通过以下方式获取:
    获取用户通过所述触摸屏或所述智能按键模块或麦克风模块或移动终端自主下达的相应控制指令,其中,所述移动终端通过所述通讯单元与所述智能控制装置通讯连接;或者,
    获取所述距离传感器模块所感测的距离信息和/或所述摄像头所拍摄的图像信息和/或环境传感模块所检测的环境信息和/或联网智能设备的触发信息,并根据所述距离信息和/或所述图像信息和/或所述环境信息和/或所述触发信息获取用户需求信息所述用户需求信息确定相应的控制指令。
