Description

一种视频网络会议的会场分配方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及图像及网络领域,尤其涉及一种视频网络会议的会场分配方法及系统。
背景技术
视频(Video)泛指将一系列静态影像以电信号的方式加以捕捉、纪录、处理、储存、传送与重现的各种技术。连续的图像变化每秒超过24帧(frame)画面以上时,根据视觉暂留原理,人眼无法辨别单幅的静态画面;看上去是平滑连续的视觉效果,这样连续的画面叫做视频。视频技术最早是为了电视系统而发展,但现在已经发展为各种不同的格式以利消费者将视频记录下来。网络技术的发达也促使视频的纪录片段以串流媒体的形式存在于因特网之上并可被电脑接收与播放。视频与电影属于不同的技术,后者是利用照相术将动态的影像捕捉为一系列的静态照片。
现有的视频网络会议均基于单会场的会议,这对于很多用户来说不方便,即无法实现同时开多场会议的要求。
技术问题
本申请提供一种视频网络会议的会场分配方法。其解决现有技术的技术方案无法实现多场会议的缺点。
技术解决方案
一方面,提供一种视频网络会议的会场分配方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议;
将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录;
在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
在用户点击第二视频会议时,将第二视频会议设置成主会场,将第一视频会议设置成分会场。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
存储第一视频会议的语音记录。
第二方面,提供一种视频网络会议的会场分配系统,所述系统包括:
加入单元,用于在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议;
显示单元,用于将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录;
播放单元,用于在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
设置单元,用于在用户点击第二视频会议时,将第二视频会议设置成主会场,将第一视频会议设置成分会场。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
存储单元,用于存储第一视频会议的语音记录。
有益效果
本发明提供的技术方案在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议,将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录,在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录,所以其具有实现多场会议的优点。

请参考图1,图1是本发明第一较佳实施方式提出的一种视频网络会议的会场分配方法,该方法如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S101、在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议;
步骤S102、将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录;
步骤S103、在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录。
本发明提供的技术方案在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议,将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录,在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录,所以其具有实现多场会议的优点。
可选的,上述方法在步骤S102之后还可以包括:
在用户点击第二视频会议时,将第二视频会议设置成主会场,将第一视频会议设置成分会场。
可选的,上述方法在步骤S102之后还可以包括:
存储第一视频会议的语音记录。
请参考图2,图2是本发明第二较佳实施方式提出的一种视频网络会议的会场分配系统,该系统包括:
加入单元201,用于在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议;
显示单元202,用于将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录;
播放单元203,用于在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录。
本发明提供的技术方案在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议,将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录,在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录,所以其具有实现多场会议的优点。
可选的,上述系统还可以包括:
设置单元204,用于在用户点击第二视频会议时,将第二视频会议设置成主会场,将第一视频会议设置成分会场。
可选的,上述系统还可以包括:
存储单元205,用于存储第一视频会议的语音记录。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各个方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某一些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。

  1. 一种视频网络会议的会场分配方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议;
    将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录;
    在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在用户点击第二视频会议时,将第二视频会议设置成主会场,将第一视频会议设置成分会场。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    存储第一视频会议的语音记录。
  4. 一种视频网络会议的会场分配系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    加入单元,用于在进行第一场视频会议时,接收到第二场视频会议的请求后,同时加入第二场视频会议;
    显示单元,用于将第二场视频会议设置成分会场,将该会场采用画中画的形式显示,并记录第二视频会议的语音记录;
    播放单元,用于在用户点击第二视频会议时,播放该第二视频会议的语音记录。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    设置单元,用于在用户点击第二视频会议时,将第二视频会议设置成主会场,将第一视频会议设置成分会场。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    存储单元,用于存储第一视频会议的语音记录。
