Description

近年来,出现了编织透色和凹凸效果的中间层提花的间隔织物,该织物主要由普通双针床经编机的中间普通梳栉通过纱线在前后针床有规律的编织,从而形成花型。这种花型只能形成有规律的组织布面,不能任意提花。
为了实现不同区域不规则的凹凸效果或者透色效果,中间层前后编织的梳栉必须具备不规则提花的功能,这样必须使用可以不规则提花的贾卡提花梳栉。
该贾卡梳栉必须具备可以选择在前后针床编织的功能。例如:组织(前后针床都衬纬)形成厚度薄的区域或者透色组织、(前针床衬纬后针床成圈)形成稍厚的区域或者半透色区域、(前后针床都成圈)形成最厚的区域或者不透明区域、(前针床成圈后针床衬纬)形成稍厚的区域或者半透色区域。
由于提花贾卡梳前后衬纬和前后成圈不同组织的送经量相差太大,传统的使用经轴式盘头送纱模式已经不能符合编织要求。
发明内容

本实施例中,所述纱架相对第一盘头与第二盘头之间的间隙设置,纱架用于为贾卡梳栉进行送纱。纱线可以从第一盘头与与第二盘头之间的间隙走纱,也可以从第一盘头13的上方走纱,或从第二盘头14的下方走纱。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种新型立体多色织物贾卡经编机,采用双针床经编机,其特征在于:包括机架以及纱架,所述机架包括对应设置的两个侧板和一个支撑板,侧板之间设置有第一盘头、第二盘头,第一盘头与第二盘头之间设有间隙;
    所述第一盘头下侧依次设有分纱板、导纱辊、张力柱以及贾卡梳栉,所述支撑板上设有滑动导轨,所述滑动导轨上滑动连接有驱使贾卡梳栉运动的导向杆,所述导向杆上设有若干定位套,所述贾卡梳栉固定连接与定位套上;
    所述贾卡梳栉用于在前后针床进行编织,所述第一盘头与第二盘头用于分别为前后针床进行送纱,所述纱架相对第一盘头与第二盘头之间的间隙设置,纱架用于为贾卡梳栉进行送纱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型立体多色织物贾卡经编机,其特征在于:所述纱架包括相对设置的两个支架以及一个支撑杆,所述支架上设有导轨,所述支撑杆前后滑动设置在两个支架上,支撑杆上设有若干导纱板,所述导纱板左右滑动设置在支撑杆上;
    所述纱架还包括分层设置的若干纱筒,所述纱筒横向设置在纱架上,所述纱筒均通过导纱板用于为贾卡梳栉进行送纱。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型立体多色织物贾卡经编机,其特征在于:所述纱架为立式纱架,所述立式纱架包括相对设置的两个支撑架,支撑架之间设有若干组导纱板,所述导纱板上设有若干导纱孔,所述支撑架上方设有柱形张力调节横梁,每组导纱板对应一个张力调节横梁,所述张力调节横梁上滑动设有张力调节器,所述张力调节器可以绕张力调节横梁旋转,张力调节器下方立向设置有若干纱筒,所述纱筒均通过张力调节器与导纱板的配合用于为贾卡梳栉进行送纱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型立体多色织物贾卡经编机,其特征在于:所述滑动导轨包括若干平行设置的滑动导块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型立体多色织物贾卡经编机,其特征在于:所述定位套为圆环形,所述定位套侧壁设有用于固定连接贾卡梳栉的弧形凸 起。
