Abstract
Divers aspects de l'invention concernent un réacteur à lit fluidisé à étages multiples, comprenant en particulier un étage de volatilisation et un étage de combustion. Les phases gazeuses au-dessus des solides de lit dans les étages respectifs sont séparées par une paroi. Une ouverture (par exemple, dans la paroi) permet le transport des solides de lit de l'étage de volatilisation à l'étage de combustion. Une commande active de la pression de gaz dans les deux étages peut être utilisée pour commander le temps de séjour. Divers aspects concernent un système de traitement de flux de combustible comprenant un réacteur de prétraitement, un réacteur de combustion et éventuellement un réacteur de condensation. Le réacteur de condensation reçoit un flux de matières volatiles volatilisées par le réacteur de volatilisation. Le réacteur de combustion reçoit un flux de produit de carbonisation résultant de l'élimination des matières volatiles par le réacteur de volatilisation.
