Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بالكشف عن أنظمة وطرق لفصل متكامل للغاز-الزيت. تتضمن الأنظمة حاجز إنتاج عالي الضغط high pressure production trap (HPPT)، حاجز إنتاج منخفض الضغط low pressure production trap (LPPT)، صهريج تفريغ غاز منخفض الضغط low pressure degassing tank (LPDT)، اسطوانة طرد knockout drum (KOD) اولى مقترنة بالمائع بـ LPDT وقابلة للتشغيل لقبول غاز تفريغ بضغط جوي من LPDT، ضاغط بضغط جوي مقترن بالمائع بـ KOD الأولى وقابل للتشغيل لضغط غاز التفريغ بالضغط الجوي لإدخال غاز التفريغ بالضغط الجوي من LPDT في تيار تغذية مدخل LPPT، KOD ثانية مقترنة بالمائع بـ LPPT وقابلة للتشغيل لقبول غاز تفريغ منخفض الضغط من LPPT، وضاغط منخفض الضغط مقترن بالمائع بـ KOD الثانية وقابل للتشغيل لضغط غاز التفريغ منخفض الضغط لإدخال غاز التفريغ منخفض الضغط من LPPT في تيار تغذية مدخل الزيت الخام crude oil inlet feed stream. شكل 2.
