本发明的实施方式
结合附图,对本发明筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机最佳实施例的技术方案进行详细描述。
本发明专利申请中,筒体即为内筒和外筒的总成,简称筒体;前面指滚筒洗衣机开门的位置方向,后面与前面相反。
参见图1,本发明所述的滚筒洗衣机从外观上看,包括机壳1、前板2、机门3、主控系统4、 分配器盒5等,这些为滚筒洗衣机的常规设置,在主控系统上有“混合洗涤模式”“混合烘干模式”的程序选择按键,本领域技术人员容易想象故图中未进行局部放大表示。
参见图2所示本发明所述的滚筒洗衣机的内部结构,包括进水系统的进水管6、排水系统的排水管13、用于烘干的烘干模块7、风道、过滤器等。
在机壳1中有外筒8、内筒9,两者装配总成后本文件中称为筒体或者内外筒。外筒8前端有开口,开口用来投放和取出衣物,开口与机壳的门体之间设有窗垫14。外筒8的后端有动力驱动系统15,给内筒9提供运转动力。
整个筒体安装在机壳1中,筒体的上部通过后悬挂减震件17、前悬挂减震件18与机壳连接,悬挂减震件一端连接外筒的上部,另一端挂在机壳的内壁,悬挂减震件多采用弹簧形式。筒体的下部通过两个支撑装置进行支撑,在本发明最佳实施中,支撑装置休用的是后液压装置11、前液压装置12,液压装置位于机壳底部纵向中心线上,一前一后布置,前液压装置12位于邻近外筒开口处,后液压装置11位于邻近外筒后端,液压装置的一端连接外筒的下部,另一端固定安装在机机壳1的内底面上。
液压装置包括液压缸和液压杆,液压杆的高度可以调整,其驱动力来源于安装在机壳1后面内壁上的倾斜驱动装置10。倾斜驱动装置10包括驱动板、电机,倾斜驱动装置10的驱动板接收主控系统4的信号,根据主控系统预先的程序设置,驱动液压杆的升或降或保持高度不变。当前后两根液压杆的高度不变时,筒体处于水平状态;当前液压杆的高度低于后液压杆的高度时,筒体处于前倾状态;当前液压杆的高度高于后液压杆的高度时,筒体处于后倾状态。
参见图3至图5,以筒体前倾为例,来具体说明实现筒体前倾过程:设液压杆在筒体为水平状态时高度为H0,实现筒体前倾的液压装置至少有两种方式,其中一种方式是,前液压杆被降低后的高度为H1,后液压杆被提升后的高度为H2,H1〈H〈H2,△H=H2-H1,其范围值是5mm~70mm。此种情形适用于前后液压杆均能伸能缩的情形,箱体高度不需增加。
所述液压装置的另一种方式,所述液压杆正常状态时高度为H0,所述筒体倾斜状态时,只有后液压杆这一端被升高,升高后的高度为Hh,所述液压杆前后的高度差△H=Hh-H0,其范围值是5mm~60mm。此种情形适用于液压杆只能伸高的情形,箱体高度需增加,液压装置相对简单。
内外筒有水平、前倾和后倾三种状态, 内外筒的轴线所倾斜角度范围是0度~10度,所述内外筒的轴线倾斜角度优选5度。
为了增加筒体倾斜后的稳固性,支撑装置还设置高度定位结构,包括安装在外筒8底部的限位销、设在液压杆上的限位孔。
参见图6,本发明还涉及一种筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机的控制方法, 流程图所示的滚筒洗衣机不仅包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水程序,还包括烘干程序。
主控系统设有可供用户选择的“混合洗涤程序”,具体包括如下步骤:S1、接通电源,开始;S2、用户选择“混合洗涤程序”; S3、自动检测衣物重量W,并与所述主控系统中设定的衣物重量W0进行比较,当W〉W0时,按“筒体水平+前倾+后倾”循环模式进行混合洗涤;当W<W0时,按“筒体水平”模式进行正常洗涤;S4、筒体水平,进行漂洗、脱水程序;S5、洗衣完成。
主控系统还设有可供用户选择的“混合烘干程序”,即按“筒体水平+前倾+后倾”循环模式进行烘干。
在运行“混合洗涤程序”/“混合烘干程序”时,倾斜驱动装置通过电机、液压力控制液压杆的高度,达到调节内外筒倾斜角度的目的。筒体水平阶段、前倾阶段、后倾阶段各自运行时间为2~5分钟,并且经过计算和大量的试验证明,内外筒倾斜时其轴线与水平面倾斜的角度为5度。
筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机的控制方法,具体来说,滚筒洗衣机采用两个液压杆支撑内外筒,工作中调节内外筒倾斜角度(0~5°)提高洗涤及烘干效率。
在洗涤阶段,根据所洗涤衣物及重量,当所洗衣物的重量较大时,选用“混合洗涤程序”、“混合烘干程序”。如设定的衣物重量为W0,实测的衣物重量为W1,一般来说W0设为W1的二分之一。
当实测的衣物重量W1大于设定的衣物重量W0时,为了利于衣物翻滚,洗涤干净并且烘干效率高,此时用户就可“混合洗涤程序”、“混合烘干程序”。主控系统4计算并发出信号给倾斜驱动装置10,通过调整两个液压杆的高度调节内外筒倾斜角度(1~5°)。在洗涤过程中,洗涤时间在主控系统中预先设定。比如,设置第1-2分钟内外筒不倾斜的水平状态,第3~4分钟内外筒向前倾斜5°的前倾状态,第5~6分钟内外筒向后倾斜5°的后倾状态;上述三个阶段为一个小周期,如此循环,进行混合模式洗涤,直到洗涤的结束时间。
在漂洗及甩干阶段,内外筒回归不倾斜的水平状态,进行衣物的漂洗及甩干。
在烘干阶段,驱动板控制电机及两个液压杆调节内外筒倾斜角度,一般倾斜角度设为1~5°,烘干时间也是在主控系统中预先设定。比如,第1~2分钟内外筒不倾斜;第3~4分钟内外筒向前倾斜5°;第5~6分钟内外筒向后倾斜5°;上述三个阶段为一个小周期,如此循环,直到衣物烘干的结束时间。
采用筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机及控制方法,在洗涤及烘干过程中通过控制液压杆起落,调节洗衣机内外筒的倾斜角度,达到洗衣干净及烘干效率高等目的。下端设支撑装置稳定性好,寿命长,提高整机性能。
当然,本发明并不限于上述举例,对支撑装置的不限定于液压装置,对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的技术方案,在不脱离本发明的精神或范围情况下,对本发明做的这种修改和改变在本发明权利要求及其等同替换的范围内,本发明涵盖这样的修改和改变。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机,包括:机壳,洗衣机的支撑部件;外筒,位于所述机壳中,具有开口;内筒,位于所述外筒中,筒壁具有小孔;动力驱动系统,位于机壳中,用于驱动内筒转动;主控系统,位于机壳前面上部,用于程序控制;悬挂部件,包含至少两个悬挂减震件,减震件一端连接外筒的上部,另一端挂在机壳的内壁;其特征在于:
    还包括至少前后两个支撑装置,所述支撑装置一端连接外筒的下部,另一端安装在机壳的内底面,所述支撑装置的高度可调,两者呈或等高、或前低后高、或前高后低状;还包括与主控系统和支撑装置相连的倾斜驱动系统,倾斜驱动系统包括驱动板、电机,根据主控系统预先的程序设置,驱动系统驱动支撑装置的升降,调节内外筒呈或水平或前倾状或后倾状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述支撑装置为包含液压缸或液压杆的液压装置,位于机壳底部纵向中心线上,一前一后布置,前液压杆位于邻近外筒开口处,后液压杆位于邻近外筒后端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述内外筒有水平、前倾和后倾三种状态, 内外筒的轴线所倾斜角度范围是1度~10度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述内外筒的轴线倾斜角度优选5度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述液压杆正常状态时高度为H0,所述筒体倾斜状态时,所述液压杆被降低后的高度为H1,所述液压杆被提升后的高度为H2,H1〈H〈H2,△H=H2-H1,其范围值是5mm~70mm。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述液压杆正常状态时高度为H0,所述筒体倾斜状态时,所述液压杆只有一端被升高,升高后的高度为Hh,所述液压杆前后的高度差△H=Hh-H0, 其范围值是5mm~70mm。
  7. 一种使用上述权利要求1至6任一项所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机的控制方法,包括洗涤、漂洗、脱水程序,其特征在于,设有可选择的“混合洗涤程序”,具体包括如下步骤:
    S1、接通电源,开始;
    S2、用户选择“混合洗涤程序”;
    S3、自动检测衣物重量W,并与所述主控系统中设定的衣物重量W0进行比较,当W〉W0时,按“筒体水平+前倾+后倾”循环模式进行混合洗涤;
    当W<W0时,按“筒体水平”模式进行正常洗涤;
    S4、筒体水平,进行漂洗、脱水程序;
    S5、洗衣完成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机的控制方法,还包括烘干程序,其特征在于:烘干程序设有“混合烘干程序”,即按“筒体水平+前倾+后倾”循环模式进行烘干。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机的控制方法,其特征在于:所述“混合洗涤程序”/“混合烘干程序”,所述驱动板、所述电机控制所述支撑装置的高度实现调节内外筒倾斜角度,筒体水平阶段、前倾阶段、后倾阶段各自运行时间为2~5分钟,所述内外筒倾斜时,其轴线与水平面倾斜的角度为5度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的筒体可倾斜的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述支撑装置为机械伸缩管式伸缩装置或液压与机械复合式的伸缩装置。
