本发明智能酒店管理方法由于包括,获取用户预订信息,所述用户预订信息至少包括用户身份信息和用户订单信息;对用户预订信息进行核实,若核实通过则发出付款信息;获取付款成功信息,生成包含有客户入住信息的密钥信息,并发送到用户端;获取输入的密钥信息,将获取的密钥信息与预设密钥信息进行匹配,若匹配一致则开锁;获取用户退房信息,所述用户退房信息至少包括用户退房时间信息;根据用户订单信息和用户退房时间信息确定费用信息,并发送至用户端;获取付款成功信息,修改或删除预设密钥信息,并对该退房房间断电。采用这种方式,就可以根据获取到的用户预订信息对用户的身份进行核实,核实通过就会根据用户的预定信息预定房间,并计算出所需费用,并将费用发送到用户端,客户支付后,酒店的服务器就可以将密钥信息发送至用户端,用户凭借用户端的上的密钥信息到达酒店后就可以开锁,包括酒店大门的锁及房间的门锁等等,这样用户就可以自助入住了,不需要去酒店柜台等待服务员处理,减少酒店工作人员工作量,从而节省了时间,提高了入住效率,酒店方面也节省了成本。而在用户入住结束需要退房时,可以在用户端上退房,酒店的服务器在接收到退房信息后就会根据用户的退房时间和入住时间等信息确定最终的费用,并与用户刚开始的付款进行比较,计算是需要用户补交还是需要退回部分费用给用户,结算完毕后就可以将之前设置在门锁上的密钥信息修改或删除,这样用户就无法再通过之前的密钥信息打开门锁,并且将用户之前入住的房间进行断电处理,这样用户就完成了自助退房,不需要去酒店柜台等待服务员处理,减少酒店工作人员工作量,从而节省了时间,提高了退房效率,酒店方面也节省了成本。

具体实施方式
虽然流程图将各项操作描述成顺序的处理,但是其中的许多操作可以被并行地、并发地或者同时实施。各项操作的顺序可以被重新安排。当其操作完成时处理可以被终止,但是还可以具有未包括在附图中的附加步骤。处理可以对应于方法、函数、规程、子例程、子程序等等。
计算机设备包括用户设备与网络设备。其中,用户设备或用户端包括但不限于电脑、智能手机、PDA等;网络设备包括但不限于单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器组成的服务器组或基于云计算的由大量计算机或网络服务器构成的云。计算机设备可单独运行来实现本发明,也可接入网络并通过与网络中的其他计算机设备的交互操作来实现本发明。计算机设备所处的网络包括但不限于互联网、广域网、城域网、局域网、VPN网络等。
在这里可能使用了术语“第一”、“第二”等等来描述各个单元,但是这些单元不应当受这些术语限制,使用这些术语仅仅是为了将一个单元与另一个单元进行区分。这里所使用的术语“和/或”包括其中一个或更多所列出的相关联项目的任意和所有组合。当一个单元被称为“连接”或“耦合”到另一单元时,其可以直接连接或耦合到所述另一单元,或者可以存在中间单元。

如图1所示,本实施例中公开一种智能酒店管理方法,包括:
S101、获取用户预订信息,所述用户预订信息至少包括用户身份信息和用户订单信息;
S102、对用户预订信息进行核实,若核实通过则发出付款信息;
S103、获取付款成功信息,生成包含有客户入住信息的密钥信息,并 发送到用户端;
S104、获取输入的密钥信息,将获取的密钥信息与预设密钥信息进行匹配,若匹配一致则开锁;
S105、获取用户退房信息,所述用户退房信息至少包括用户退房时间信息;
S106、根据用户订单信息和用户退房时间信息确定费用信息,并发送至用户端;
S107、获取付款成功信息,修改或删除预设密钥信息,并对该退房房间断电。

本实施例中,用户预订信息包括用户身份信息,如用户的身份证信息, 身份证图片如入身份证正反面及持证照,身份证号,身份证地址、颁发机构名称等。用户预订信息还包括用户的订单信息,如用户需要何种类型的房间,需要从何时入住到何时,预计何时退房等等,其中用户可以按日预订,还可以按月预订,酒店的界面根据用户的需要可以不同的显示和调整。用户预订信息还可以包括其他的信息,例如用户的姓名,用户的手机号,用户的性别,用户的爱好等等,从而更加方便与用户联系。
本实施例中在对用户预订信息进行核实时,主要是对用户的身份进行核实,查验用户的身份是否合法,是否存在违法违规前科等等,以保证社会的稳定和安全。核实还可以对用户预订的房间和预订的日期进行核对,看用户需要的房间和日期是否存在,若不存在则可以提示用户,用户可以重新预订。核实还可以是对用户的其他信息核实,例如用户的手机号等等。本实施例中核实的方式可以是系统去数据库中查找,例如身份证号的核实,也可以是通过验证码的方式核实,例如手机号的核实,还可以是酒店客服通过电话等方式核实。本实施例中不限制核实的方式。
本实施例中,在酒店的服务器获取付款成功信息,生成包含有客户入住信息的密钥信息发送到用户端中,还可以将用户预订的房间号,酒店的地址,预订入住的时间,预订退房的时间等等信息发送给用户的用户端,从而方便用户的时间安排等。用户在付款时可采用支付宝、微信、银行卡、方圆间钱包等等方式支付。支付的金额可以是订金,还可以是总款加订金等方式,可以根据实际需要调整。
本实施例中,用户的用户端在接收到密钥信息后,可以到酒店对应位置处输入密钥信息,从而开锁。密钥信息可以是密码,用户在对应位置处输入密码开锁;也可以是二维码,用户将二维码展示给对应的设备扫描后验证正确则开锁;密钥信息还可以是用户的指纹、虹膜信息等特征信息,通过这种验证进行开锁。在酒店的大门位置、房间的门锁位置均可以安装对应密钥信息的密码锁,或二维码扫描,指纹采集器等等装置,这些装置可以与酒店的服务器连接。
根据其中一个示例,所述方法进一步包括:获取房间内门锁状态信息,若门锁状态为外锁,则将房间内断电,若门锁状态为内锁,则对房间内供电。
采用这种方式就可以更加智能的控制房间内的供电,还可以节省电力。其中外锁即为用户在门外将门锁关闭,内锁为用户在房间内将门锁关闭。 外锁与内锁的判断可以为用户在门内锁时,将锁的把手上提或安装内锁按钮提示用户在房间内锁门时打开按钮等等方式进行区别和分辨,从而判断门锁的状态,控制房间供电。
根据其中另一个示例,所述方法进一步包括:获取用户端发送的电器控制信息,根据该电器控制信息控制房间内电器的供电。采用这种方式,用户就可以通过用户端控制室内的电器的状态,从而方便用户自由控制。
根据其中另一个示例,所述对用户预订信息进行核实的步骤具体包括:根据所述用户身份信息在预设数据库中进行匹配,若匹配到相应的信息,则核实通过。这样如果用户之前预定过房间,那么就可以快速的通过验证,让用户更加快速的预定房间,节省时间和精力。本实施例中,用户需要续订时也可以按照本方式进行,从而节省预订酒店的花费时间,提高预订效率。
根据其中另一个示例,所述对用户预订信息进行核实的步骤进一步包括:若未匹配到相应的用户身份信息,则对用户身份资料的清晰度和身份信息的有效性进行核实,若核实通过则对用户订单信息中的用户订单日期和预定房间进行核实,将所有空余房间和日期均进行展示。这样如果用户之前没有预定房间,那么就可以核实例如用户的身份证的清晰度和身份证是否过了有效期等等,并且在核实通过后根据用户预订酒店的房间和日期进行确认,如果没有该日期下的房间与预定完了,那么就可以提示用户,方便用户更改。
本实施例中,对于酒店内的其他计费设备,例如洗衣机、电磁炉、咖啡机、快递柜等等可以通过用户端进行控制使用,可以与酒店的服务器确认后付费使用,不需要特地去等待服务员的处理,节省时间。
如图2所示,本发明实施例公开一种智能酒店管理系统,包括:
第一获取模块201,用于获取用户预订信息,所述用户预订信息至少包括用户身份信息和用户订单信息;
第一处理模块202,用于对用户预订信息进行核实,若核实通过则发出付款信息;
第二获取模块203,用于获取付款成功信息,生成包含有客户入住信息的密钥信息,并发送到用户端;
第二处理模块204,用于获取输入的密钥信息,将获取的密钥信息与预设密钥信息进行匹配,若匹配一致则开锁;
第三获取模块205,用于获取用户退房信息,所述用户退房信息至少包括用户退房时间信息;
第三处理模块206,用于根据用户订单信息和用户退房时间信息确定费用信息,并发送至用户端;
第四处理模块207,用于获取付款成功信息,修改或删除预设密钥信息,并对该退房房间断电。

本实施例中,用户预订信息包括用户身份信息,如用户的身份证信息,身份证图片如入身份证正反面及持证照,身份证号,身份证地址、颁发机构名称等。用户预订信息还包括用户的订单信息,如用户需要何种类型的房间,需要从何时入住到何时,预计何时退房等等,其中用户可以按日预订,还可以按月预订,酒店的界面根据用户的需要可以不同的显示和调整。用户预订信息还可以包括其他的信息,例如用户的姓名,用户的手机号,用户的性别,用户的爱好等等,从而更加方便与用户联系。
本实施例中在对用户预订信息进行核实时,主要是对用户的身份进行核实,查验用户的身份是否合法,是否存在违法违规前科等等,以保证社会的稳定和安全。核实还可以对用户预订的房间和预订的日期进行核对,看用户需要的房间和日期是否存在,若不存在则可以提示用户,用户可以 重新预订。核实还可以是对用户的其他信息核实,例如用户的手机号等等。本实施例中核实的方式可以是系统去数据库中查找,例如身份证号的核实,也可以是通过验证码的方式核实,例如手机号的核实,还可以是酒店客服通过电话等方式核实。本实施例中不限制核实的方式。
本实施例中,在酒店的服务器获取付款成功信息,生成包含有客户入住信息的密钥信息发送到用户端中,还可以将用户预订的房间号,酒店的地址,预订入住的时间,预订退房的时间等等信息发送给用户的用户端,从而方便用户的时间安排等。用户在付款时可采用支付宝、微信、银行卡、方圆间钱包等等方式支付。支付的金额可以是订金,还可以是总款加订金等方式,可以根据实际需要调整。
本实施例中,用户的用户端在接收到密钥信息后,可以到酒店对应位置处输入密钥信息,从而开锁。密钥信息可以是密码,用户在对应位置处输入密码开锁;也可以是二维码,用户将二维码展示给对应的设备扫描后验证正确则开锁;密钥信息还可以是用户的指纹、虹膜信息等特征信息,通过这种验证进行开锁。在酒店的大门位置、房间的门锁位置均可以安装对应密钥信息的密码锁,或二维码扫描,指纹采集器等等装置,这些装置可以与酒店的服务器连接。
根据其中另一个示例,所述系统还包括第五处理模块,用于获取房间内门锁状态信息,若门锁状态为外锁,则将房间内断电,若门锁状态为内锁,则对房间内供电。

根据其中另一个示例,所述第一处理模块具体用于:根据所述用户身份信息在预设数据库中进行匹配,若匹配到相应的信息,则核实通过。这样如果用户之前预定过房间,那么就可以快速的通过验证,让用户更加快 速的预定房间,节省时间和精力。本实施例中,用户需要续订时也可以按照本方式进行,从而节省预订酒店的花费时间,提高预订效率。
根据其中另一个示例,所述第一处理模块进一步用于:若未匹配到相应的用户身份信息,则对用户身份资料的清晰度和身份信息的有效性进行核实,若核实通过则对用户订单信息中的用户订单日期和预定房间进行核实,将所有空余房间和日期均进行展示。
这样如果用户之前没有预定房间,那么就可以核实例如用户的身份证的清晰度和身份证是否过了有效期等等,并且在核实通过后根据用户预订酒店的房间和日期进行确认,如果没有该日期下的房间与预定完了,那么就可以提示用户,方便用户更改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能酒店管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户预订信息,所述用户预订信息至少包括用户身份信息和用户订单信息;
    对用户预订信息进行核实,若核实通过则发出付款信息;
    获取付款成功信息,生成包含有客户入住信息的密钥信息,并发送到用户端;
    获取输入的密钥信息,将获取的密钥信息与预设密钥信息进行匹配,若匹配一致则开锁;
    获取用户退房信息,所述用户退房信息至少包括用户退房时间信息;
    根据用户订单信息和用户退房时间信息确定费用信息,并发送至用户端;
    获取付款成功信息,修改或删除预设密钥信息,并对该退房房间断电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法进一步包括:获取房间内门锁状态信息,若门锁状态为外锁,则将房间内断电,若门锁状态为内锁,则对房间内供电。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法进一步包括:获取用户端发送的电器控制信息,根据该电器控制信息控制房间内电器的供电。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对用户预订信息进行核实的步骤具体包括:根据所述用户身份信息在预设数据库中进行匹配,若匹配到相应的信息,则核实通过。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对用户预订信息进行核实的步骤进一步包括:若未匹配到相应的用户身份信息,则对用户身份资料的清晰度和身份信息的有效性进行核实,若核实通过则对用户订单信息中的用户订单日期和预定房间进行核实,将所有空余房间和日期均进行展示。
  6. 一种智能酒店管理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取用户预订信息,所述用户预订信息至少包括用户身份信息和用户订单信息;
    第一处理模块,用于对用户预订信息进行核实,若核实通过则发出付款信息;
    第二获取模块,用于获取付款成功信息,生成包含有客户入住信息的密钥信息,并发送到用户端;
    第二处理模块,用于获取输入的密钥信息,将获取的密钥信息与预设密钥信息进行匹配,若匹配一致则开锁;
    第三获取模块,用于获取用户退房信息,所述用户退房信息至少包括用户退房时间信息;
    第三处理模块,用于根据用户订单信息和用户退房时间信息确定费用信息,并发送至用户端;
    第四处理模块,用于获取付款成功信息,修改或删除预设密钥信息,并对该退房房间断电。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括第五处理模块,用于获取房间内门锁状态信息,若门锁状态为外锁,则将房间内断电,若门锁状态为内锁,则对房间内供电。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统进一步包括第六处理模块,用于获取用户端发送的电器控制信息,根据该电器控制信息控制房间内电器的供电。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一处理模块具体用于:根据所述用户身份信息在预设数据库中进行匹配,若匹配到相应的信息,则核实通过。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一处理模块进一步用于:若未匹配到相应的用户身份信息,则对用户身份资料的清晰度和身份信息的有效性进行核实,若核实通过则对用户订单信息中的用户订单日期和预定房间进行核实,将所有空余房间和日期均进行展示。
