Abstract

본 발명은 초 대면적 나노와이어 투명 전극에 관한것으로, 본 발명에 따른 나노와이어 투명 전극은 투명 절연성 기재 및 금속 나노와이어 네트워크를 포함하며, 폭 10cm 및 길이 2m 크기를 갖는 나노와이어 투명 전극의 평균 면저항인 Rm이 55 Ω/sq.이하이며, 폭 10cm 및 길이 2m 크기를 갖는 동일한 나노와이어 투명전극의 전 영역을 2cm x 2cm의 면적으로 균등 분할하여 규정된 500개의 분할 영역 각각의 면저항이 0.5Rm 내지 1.5Rm을 만족한다.
