发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种正畸自锁托槽,提高了牙齿的移动速度,缩短了整个治疗周期。

其五,托槽底板底部设有沾合网,沾合网的外围设有防止胶体向沾合网外部扩散的围壁,当胶体涂在沾合网上与牙齿抵触贴合时,由于沾合网的外围设置有围壁,所以当胶体扩散到围壁处时,围壁就有效的起到了对胶体的阻挡作用,即防止了胶体继续向沾合网的外部四处扩散情况;同时当胶体流动到围壁处时,由于围壁对胶体的阻挡而产生的反作用力,会使得胶体又会回流到沾合网上未充满胶体的沟槽中,进一步的使得胶体能够均匀的涂抹在沾合网上,从而与牙齿起到有效的沾合作用;
其六,围壁中间形成供胶体流动的沟槽,围壁背向底板的一侧设置贴合壁,贴合壁与牙齿贴 合并呈弧形设置,采用人体工学设计,贴合壁呈弧形设置,使贴合壁与牙齿贴合度更好,佩戴更舒服。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:一种正畸自锁托槽,参照图1,包括托槽底板1,在托槽底板1上方设有托槽体2,托槽体2中部向下凹陷形成弓丝槽3,弓丝槽3上方设有与托槽体2滑移配合的锁片4。
参照图2,托槽体2上开有滑槽19,滑槽19的设置供锁片4滑移,在滑槽19两侧设有槽轨20,参照图5,锁片4两侧设有与槽轨20滑移配合的滑条21,滑条21沿着槽轨20滑动实现锁片4的打开和闭合。
托槽体2上带有结扎翼13,结扎翼13不对称设置,在结扎翼13内分别设计有允许锁片4插入的卡槽14,卡槽14与弓丝槽3平行设置。
锁片4下表面设有锁止槽5,托槽体2上设有将锁片4固定于锁止槽5内的锁止机构6。
参照图6,锁止槽5一端设有第一锁止位51,锁止槽5另一端设有第二锁止位52,第一锁止位51和第二锁止位52之间通过过渡位53过渡连接。
锁止机构6包括位于托槽体2上的弹性件7,弹性件7采用塔簧,弹性件7上设有可被第一锁止位51和第二锁止位52接收的凸起8,凸起8采用滚珠,当弹性件7上的凸起8被第一锁止位51接收时,锁片4处于锁止状态;当弹性件7上的凸起8被过渡位53接收时,锁片4处于半开状态,并迫使弹性件7收缩并蓄能;当弹性件7上的凸起8被第二锁止位52接收时,锁片4处于打开状态。
参照图4,在托槽体2中心处开有滚珠定位孔9,参照图3,滚珠定位孔9内设有塔簧,塔簧上压有滚珠。
参照图7,在托槽体2底部设有托槽底板1,托槽底板1正面中心处开有上沟槽11,上沟槽11内设有用于定位塔簧的凸块12。
参照图8,托槽底板1底部设有沾合网15,沾合网15包括多个交错分布的凸柱151,相邻两个凸柱151之间形成间隙。
沾合网15的外围设有防止胶体向沾合网15外部四处扩散的围壁16,在围壁16中间形成供胶体流动的下沟槽17,围壁16背向底板的一侧设置贴合壁18,贴合壁18与牙齿贴合并呈弧形设置。
实施例2,如图9所示,与实施例一不同之处在于,上述凸起8采用圆柱,圆柱位于第二锁止位52一端设置为半球形,弹性件7与圆柱另一端连接,托槽体2上开设有供圆柱仅能上下位移的滑移槽22,滑移槽22宽度与圆柱直径相等,圆柱与托槽体2朝向弓丝槽3一侧呈锐角设置,圆柱相对半球形一端开设有与滑移槽22内壁平行且与滑移槽22相对弓丝槽3一侧内壁抵接的直面一23、以及与直面一23垂直的直面二24,直面二24与弹性件7端面抵接。
本实施例中,圆柱与托槽体2之间夹角为45°。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:包括托槽底板(1),以及设置在托槽底板(1)上的托槽体(2),托槽体(2)中部向下凹陷形成弓丝槽(3),弓丝槽(3)上方设有与托槽体(2)滑移配合的锁片(4),锁片(4)下表面设有锁止槽(5),锁止槽(5)一端设有第一锁止位(51),锁止槽(5)另一端设有第二锁止位(52),第一锁止位(51)和第二锁止位(52)之间通过过渡位(53)过渡连接,托槽体(2)上设有将锁片(4)固定于第一锁止位(51)和第二锁止位(52)的锁止机构(6),锁止机构(6)包括位于托槽体(2)上的弹性件(7),弹性件(7)上设有可被该锁止位接收的凸起(8),当弹性件(7)上的凸起(8)被第一锁止位(51)接收时,锁片(4)处于锁止状态;当弹性件(7)上的凸起(8)被过渡位(53)接收时,锁片(4)处于半开状态,并迫使弹性件(7)收缩并蓄能;当弹性件(7)上的凸起(8)被第二锁止位(52)接收时,锁片(4)处于打开状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽体(2)上设有供锁片(4)滑移的滑槽(19),滑槽(19)两侧设有槽轨(20),锁片(4)两侧设有与槽轨(20)滑移配合的滑条(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述凸起(8)为滚珠,所述弹性件(7)为塔簧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽体(2)中心处开有滚珠定位孔(9),滚珠定位孔(9)内设有塔簧,塔簧上压有滚珠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽底板(1)正面中心处开有上沟槽(11),上沟槽(11)内设有用于定位塔簧的凸块(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽体(2)带有不对称结扎翼(13),结扎翼(13)内分别设计有允许锁片(4)插入的卡槽(14)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述结扎翼(13)一侧增厚设置,另一侧减薄设置,且结扎翼(13)自由端内扣并呈一定弧度设置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽底板(1)底部设有沾合网(15),沾合网(15)的外围设有防止胶体向沾合网(15)外部扩散的围壁(16)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述围壁(16)中间形成供胶体流动的下沟槽(17),围壁(16)背向底板的一侧设置贴合壁(18),贴合壁(18)与牙齿贴合并呈弧形设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的正畸自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述凸起(8)设置为长条形,长条形朝向第二锁止位(52)一侧设置为半球形,所述凸起(8)与托槽体(2)朝向弓丝槽(3)一侧呈锐角设置,所述托槽体(2)上开设有仅供凸起(8)上下位移的滑移槽(22),所述凸起(8)相对半球形一端开设有与滑移槽(22)内壁平行且与滑移槽(22)相对弓丝槽(3)一侧内壁抵接的直面一(23)。
