Abstract
本发明提出了一种自锁托槽,包括底座和托槽体,托槽体上设置有弓丝槽,弓丝槽的两侧上设置有结扎翼,还包括滑动锁盖,滑动锁盖设置于托槽体上并与弓丝槽形成可开合结构,位于滑动锁盖下方的托槽体上设置有安装孔,滑动锁盖的底部中间设置有行程轨道,行程轨道包括前段、中段和后段,前段和后段呈弧形连接于中段的前后两端上,还包括弹性件,通过将弹性件的一端置于安装孔内,另一端置于行程轨道内,当弹性件位于中段时,安装孔与行程轨道在不同一轴线上,使弹簧材料产生形变继而产生开锁阻力,装置处于锁定状态,当弹性件位于前后端时,安装孔与行程轨道在同一轴线上,装置处于解锁状态,结构简单,滑动锁盖不易脱落,且滑动锁盖滑动顺畅锁紧后稳固。
Description
本发明涉及口腔医疗领域,特别是指一种自锁托槽。
目前,在口腔牙齿的正畸治疗过程中,正畸托槽固定在牙面上,弓丝穿过托槽上的弓丝槽(又名方丝槽),并通过结扎橡胶圈或者结扎钢丝将弓丝直接结扎于托槽弓丝槽内,弓丝的矫正力通过托槽传递到牙齿,使牙齿产生预期的移动,以达到校正牙齿的目的。传统的正畸托槽需要用细钢丝或橡皮圈和矫正钢丝固定在一起,临床操作费时不便,钢丝和托槽之间的摩擦力大,舒适程度差,延缓矫正的疗程,矫治需要的时间长。目前,市场上亦出现了多种自锁托槽,有主动式和被动式二大系列,但结构都比较复杂,操作困难。
发明内容
本发明提出一种自锁托槽,解决了现有技术中自锁托槽结构都比较复杂,操作困难的缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种自锁托槽,包括固定在牙釉质表面上的底座和在底座上形成的托槽体,所述托槽体上设置有与底座相对的方向开口的弓丝槽,所述弓丝槽的两侧上设置有结扎翼,还包括滑动锁盖,所述滑动锁盖设置于托槽体上并与弓丝槽形成可开合结构,其特征在于:位于所述滑动锁盖下方的托槽体上设置有一用于放置弹性件的安装孔,所述滑动锁盖的底部中间设置有行程轨道,所述行程轨道包括前段、中段和后段,所述前段和后段呈弧形连接于中段的前后两端上,还包括弹性件,通过将弹性件的一端置于安装孔内,另一端置于行程轨道内,当 弹性件位于中段时,安装孔与行程轨道在不同一轴线上,使弹簧材料产生形变继而产生开锁阻力,装置处于锁定状态,当弹性件位于前后端时,安装孔与行程轨道在同一轴线上,装置处于解锁状态。
进一步的,所述弹性件为弹簧。
进一步的,所述托槽体上设置有一凹形锁片滑槽,所述凹形锁片滑槽位于弓丝槽的一侧上方,所述弓丝槽另一侧上方且与凹形锁片滑槽正对方向上设置有一起开槽,所述滑动锁盖两侧边上设置有滑轨,所述滑轨套设于两侧的凹形锁片滑槽中。
进一步的,所述安装孔设置于所述凹形锁片滑槽上。
进一步的,所述滑动锁盖上表面与托槽体上表面在同一平面上。
综上所述,本发明的优点在于:本发明的一种自锁托槽,安装时,弹性件滑入行程轨道,当弹性件位于中段时,安装孔与行程轨道在不同一轴线上,使弹簧材料产生形变继而产生开锁阻力,装置处于锁定状态,当弹性件位于前后端时,安装孔与行程轨道在同一轴线上,装置处于解锁状态,使弹簧材料产生形变继而产生开锁阻力,结构简单,滑动锁盖不易脱落,且滑动锁盖滑动顺畅锁紧后稳固。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-5所示,一种自锁托槽,包括固定在牙釉质表面上的底座1和在底座上形成的托槽体2,所述托槽体2上设置有与底座相对的方向开口的弓丝槽3,所述弓丝槽3的两侧上设置有结扎翼4,还包括滑动锁盖5,所述滑动锁盖5设置于托槽体2上并与弓丝槽3形成可开合结构,其特征在于:位于所述滑动锁盖5下方的托槽体2上设置有一用于放置弹性件的安装孔6,所述滑动锁盖的底部中间设置有行程轨道,所述行程轨道包括前段7、中段8和后段9,所述前段和后段呈弧形连接于中段的前后两端上,还包括弹性件10,通过将弹性件的一端置于安装孔内,另一端置于行程轨道内,当弹性件位于中段时,安装孔与行程轨道在不同一轴线上,使弹簧材料产生形变继而产生开锁阻力,装置处于锁定状态,当弹性件位于前后端时,安装孔与行程轨道在同一轴线上,装置处于解锁状态,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述托槽体上设置有一凹形锁片滑槽11,所述凹形锁片滑槽11位于弓丝槽的一侧上方,所述弓丝槽另一侧上方且与凹形锁片滑槽正对方向上设置有一起开槽12,所述滑动锁盖两侧边上设置有滑轨13,所述滑轨套设于两侧的凹形锁片滑槽中,所述安装孔设置于所述凹形锁片滑槽上,所述滑动锁盖上表面与托槽体上表面在同一平面上。

- 一种自锁托槽,包括固定在牙釉质表面上的底座和在底座上形成的托槽体,所述托槽体上设置有与底座相对的方向开口的弓丝槽,所述弓丝槽的两侧上设置有结扎翼,还包括滑动锁盖,所述滑动锁盖设置于托槽体上并与弓丝槽形成可开合结构,其特征在于:位于所述滑动锁盖下方的托槽体上设置有一用于放置弹性件的安装孔,所述滑动锁盖的底部中间设置有行程轨道,所述行程轨道包括前段、中段和后段,所述前段和后段呈弧形连接于中段的前后两端上,还包括弹性件,通过将弹性件的一端置于安装孔内,另一端置于行程轨道内,当弹性件位于中段时,安装孔与行程轨道在不同一轴线上,使弹簧材料产生形变继而产生开锁阻力,装置处于锁定状态,当弹性件位于前后端时,安装孔与行程轨道在同一轴线上,装置处于解锁状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽体上设置有一凹形锁片滑槽,所述凹形锁片滑槽位于弓丝槽的一侧上方,所述弓丝槽另一侧上方且与凹形锁片滑槽正对方向上设置有一起开槽,所述滑动锁盖两侧边上设置有滑轨,所述滑轨套设于两侧的凹形锁片滑槽中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述安装孔设置于所述凹形锁片滑槽上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述滑动锁盖上表面与托槽体上表面在同一平面上。
