如图 1所示, 本实用新型的自锁托槽包括托槽本体 1和滑盖 2, 其中托槽本体 1包括托槽 底板 11和基座 12, 滑盖 2为片状, 一端为盲端 21另一端为开口端 22, 盲端 21与开口端 22 之间的部分为盖片 23。 如图 2所示, 托槽底板 11的正面为唇侧面, 背面为粘合面, 唇侧面为 光滑平面, 粘合面上设置沟壑状纹理, 有利于粘结剂流入, 增强托槽粘结的固位力。 基座 12 的底部与托槽底板 11的唇侧面连接, 从基座 12顶部中间向下凹陷形成槽沟 13。 基座 12被槽 沟 13分为第一基座 14和第二基座 15, 其中第一基座 14的上部设置与槽沟 13垂直的第一滑 道 16, 第二基座 15的对应位置设置与槽沟 13垂直的第二滑道 17。 第一滑道 16和第二滑道 17均有一端开口在槽沟 13的侧壁上, 即第一滑道 16、第二滑道 17和槽沟 13连通。第一滑道 16和第二滑道 17共线, 形成可使滑盖 2在内部滑动的通道。
如图 3、图 4所示,当滑盖 2的盲端 21在第一滑道 16中而开口端 22进入第二滑道 17时, 盲端 21与开口端 22之间的盖片 23就覆盖在槽沟 13的上部,盖片 23和槽沟 13共同形成用于 容纳弓丝的弓丝槽 3。 如图 5所示, 当开口端 22由第二滑道 17中退出来进入第一滑道 16中 时, 槽沟 13上部打开形成弓丝出入口 4, 弓丝可通过弓丝出入口 4置入或移出槽沟 13。
滑盖 2在槽沟 13方向上的宽度大于第一滑道 16和第二滑道 17的宽度, 使滑盖 2与第一 滑道 16、 第二滑道 17的分别形成过盈配合。 使滑盖 2在运动时所在的位置是可以控制的, 不 会因为意外震动使滑盖 2回落而堵住槽沟 13上部,保证弓丝在槽沟 13的置入和取出工作顺利 进行。
如图 6所示, 开口端 22的两侧边到末端为钝角或圆弧的过渡边缘 27, 使开口端 22在前 进时即便位置稍有偏差, 也可顺利进入第二滑道 17的入口。为了使开口端 22能更方便地卡入 第一滑道 16、第二滑道 17, 或从第二滑道 17中释放出来, 开口端 22的末端被一开口 24分为 两个弹性臂 25, 当开口端 22受到挤压两弹性臂 25发生形变, 使开口端 22的宽度变窄, 开口 端 22即可容易地进入第一滑道 16或第二滑道 17; 且由于弹性臂 25具有一定的弹性, 外力施 加于滑盖 2将开口端 22脱出第一滑道 16或第二滑道 17时也不那么困难。
如图 7所示,为了对滑盖 2在第一滑道 16和第二滑道 17形成的通道中的滑动距离进行限 制,使滑盖 2整体不会在滑动中从第一滑道 16脱出, 也即使开口端 22的滑动范围向前不脱出 第二滑道 17, 向后不脱出第一滑道 16, 本实施例优选在盲端 21与开口端 22之间的盖片 23上 开设一限位槽 26。 如图 8所示, 对应于限位槽 26的位置, 在第一滑道 16的内壁上设置突出 的限位钉 18, 限位钉 18进入限位槽 26中。
如图 4所示, 当开口端 22完全进入第二滑道 17时, 限位钉 18抵住限位槽 26最远离第二 滑道 17的内壁, 使滑盖 2无法继续向第二滑道 17方向滑动。 如图 5所示, 开口端 22完全进 入第一滑道 16时, 限位钉 18抵住限位槽 26最靠近第二滑道 17的内壁, 使滑盖 2无法继续向 第一滑道 16方向滑动。根据限位槽 26的尺寸和形状, 限位钉 18的位置可在第一滑道 16靠近 槽沟 13—侧, 或远离槽沟 13—侧, 或设置在第一滑道 16的中部。
如图 9所示, 当限位槽 26与开口 24连通时, 限位钉 18的宽度要大于开口 24的宽度, 使 限位钉 18不致从限位槽 26中脱出。
如图 8所示, 在第一滑道 16和第二滑道 17的顶部分别设有窗口 19, 以便正畸医生通过 窗口 19在基座顶部对滑盖 2进行操作。窗口 19沿槽沟 13方向的宽度小于滑盖 2沿槽沟 13方 向的宽度, 因此滑盖 2无法通过窗口 19向上脱出。
托槽本体 1的托槽底板 11和基座 12的材料包括镍钛形状记忆合金、镍钛基形状记忆合金、 钛金属、 钛基合金、 钴铬合金、 不锈钢, 或树脂、 塑料、 陶瓷、 玻璃中的一种或几种。
滑盖 2由弹性金属一体成型制成, 弹性金属为镍钛形状记忆合金、 镍钛基形状记忆合金、 钛基合金、 钴铬合金或不锈钢。 一体成型方法为金属铸造、 金属粉末注射成型、 线切割、 激光 雕刻或激光切割方法。 本实施例中优选滑盖 2沿槽沟 13方向的宽度范围为 lmn!〜 5mm, 滑盖 2在其滑动方向上的长度范围为 1.5mn!〜 5mm, 限位钉 18突出第一滑道 16内壁的高度范围为 0.3mm〜4mm, 滑盖 2上的开口 24宽度范围为 0.2 mm〜3.5mm。
应当指出, 以上所述具体实施方式可以使本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本实用新型创 造, 但不以任何方式限制本实用新型创造。 因此, 尽管本说明书参照附图和实施例对本实用新 型创造已进行了详 细的说明, 但是, 本领域技术人员应当理解, 仍然可以对本实用新型创造 进行修改或者等同替换,总之,一切不脱离本实用新型创造的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进, 其均应涵盖在本实用新型创造专利的保护范围当中。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种自锁托槽, 包括托槽底板和基座, 所述基座底部连接所述托槽底板的唇侧面, 顶 部向下凹陷形成槽沟; 所述基座在所述槽沟一侧的部分为第一基座, 另一侧的部分为第二基 座, 其特征在于: 还包括滑盖; 所述第一基座的上部设置与所述槽沟垂直并连通的第一滑道, 所述第二基座的上部设置与所述槽沟垂直并连通的第二滑道, 所述第一滑道和第二滑道形成 可将所述滑盖限制在内部滑动的通道; 所述滑盖包括位于所述第一滑道内的一端, 和可进入 所述第二滑道内的另一端; 在所述滑盖的中部沿滑动方向设置限位槽, 一限位钉一端穿过所 述限位槽, 另一端设置在所述第一滑道的内壁上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 所述滑盖的一端为盲端, 所述另一 端的末端具有一个与所述滑动方向同向的开口, 所述开口将所述另一端分为两个弹性臂。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 当所述限位槽与所述开口连通时, 所述开口沿所述槽沟方向的宽度小于所述限位钉沿所述槽沟方向的宽度。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 所述滑盖与所述第一滑道 和第二滑道为过盈配合。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 所述滑盖的另一端的两侧 边到末端为钝角或圆弧的过渡边缘。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 所述滑盖的另一端的两侧边到末端 为钝角或圆弧的过渡边缘。
7、如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 6所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 所述第一滑道和 /或第 二滑道的顶部设有沿所述滑动方向的窗口, 所述窗口沿所述槽沟方向的宽度小于所述滑盖沿 所述槽沟方向的宽度。
8、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 6所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 所述滑盖由弹性金属 一体成型制成。
9、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 6所述的一种自锁托槽, 其特征在于: 所述滑盖沿所述槽沟 方向的宽度为 lmm〜5mm, 长度为 1.5mm〜5mm, 所述限位钉突出所述第一滑道内壁的高度 为 0.3mn!〜 4mm。
10、如权利要求 2或 3或 6所述的一种自锁托槽,其特征在于:所述开口宽度为 0.2 mm〜 3.5mm。
