Abstract

一种衣物处理设备,包括干衣机(1)、洗衣机(2)和烘干系统,所述烘干系统包括换向装置,并且所述烘干系统能够产生烘干气流。通过切换所述换向装置的状态能够使所述烘干气流被选择性地输送到所述干衣机或所述洗衣机中。因此,该衣物处理设备能够通过烘干系统对干衣机(1)和洗衣机(2)内的衣物进行烘干,改善了用户的使用体验。

本发明属于家用电器领域,具体提供一种衣物处理设备。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,人们越来越追求高品质的精致生活。干衣机也逐渐走进了越来越多的普通家庭中,成为了高品质生活必不可少的家电。干衣机通常是被叠放到滚筒洗衣机的上面,但是由于洗衣机和干衣机是相互独立的两个系统,所以洗衣机不能使用干衣机的加热和冷凝装置对衣物进行烘干。而洗衣机若想实现烘干衣服的功能,则必须给洗衣机设置单独的烘干模块,从而增加了洗衣机的成本。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的衣物处理设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有的洗衣机不能使用干衣机的烘干系统烘干衣物的问题,本发明提供了一种衣物处理设备,所述衣物处理设备包括第一衣物处理装置、第二衣物处理装置和烘干系统,所述烘干系统能够产生烘干气流,所述烘干气流能够被同时或分别输送到所述第一衣物处理装置和所述第二衣物处理装置中。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述第一衣物处理装置包括第一衣物处理筒,所述第二衣物处理装置包括第二衣物处理筒,所述烘干系统将烘干气流同时或分别输送到所述第一衣物处理筒和所述第二衣物处理筒内。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述烘干系统包括:驱动装置,其能够驱动所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒旋转;烘干组件,其用于产生烘干气流;以及烘干气流循环装置,其用于将所述烘干组件产生的烘干气流输送到所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒内。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述烘干系统还包括:分别与所述第一衣物处理筒的内腔连通的第一进风道和第一出风道;分别与所述第二衣物处理筒的内腔连通的第二进风道和第二出风道;烘干风道,其包括进风端和出风端,所述进风端与所述第一出风道和所述第二出风道连接,所述出风端与所述第一进风道和所述第二进风道连接;换向装置,所述烘干风道的进风端能够通过所述换向装置选择性地与所述第一出风道或所述第二出风道连通,所述烘干风道的出风端能够通过所述换向装置选择性地与所述第一进风道或所述第二进风道连通。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述烘干组件设置在所述烘干风道中,所述烘干气流循环装置能够引导烘干气流在各风道中循环。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述烘干气流循环装置设置在所述烘干风道中。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述烘干组件包括加热装置和冷凝装置,所述加热装置用于产生烘干气流,所述冷凝装置用于去除烘干气流中的水分。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述换向装置包括设置在所述烘干风道的进风端的第一换向阀和设置在所述烘干风道的出风端的第二换向阀,所述第一换向阀用于使所述烘干风道的进风端选择性地与所述第一出风道或所述第二出风道连通,所述第二换向阀用于使所述烘干风道的出风端选择性地与所述第一进风道或所述第二进风道连通。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述衣物处理设备包括多个第二衣物处理装置,所述烘干系统能够将烘干气流同时或分别输送到所述第一衣物处理装置的第一衣物处理筒和每个所述第二衣物处理装置的第二衣物处理筒内。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述衣物处理设备还包括离合装置,所述驱动装置通过所述离合装置连接到所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒以便选择性地驱动所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒旋转。
在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述离合装置是多位离合装置,所述驱动装置还通过所述多位离合装置连接到每个所述第 二衣物处理装置的第二衣物处理筒以便选择性地驱动所述第二衣物处理筒旋转。

在上述衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述驱动装置是电机;并且/或者所述烘干气流循环装置是风机。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,第一衣物处理装置的烘干系统能够产生烘干气流,并且通过该烘干系统能够将烘干气流同时或分别输送至第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置中。因此,当第一衣物处理装置是干衣机,第二衣物处理装置是洗衣机时,洗衣机能够使用干衣机的烘干系统烘干衣物,从而减少了硬件数量,降低了设备成本。
具体地,第一衣物处理装置内设置有第一衣物处理筒,第二衣物处理装置内设置有第二衣物处理筒。烘干系统主要包括能够产生烘干气流的烘干组件、与第一衣物处理筒的内腔连通的第一进风道和第一出风道、与第二衣物处理筒的内腔连通的第二进风道和第二出风道、烘干风道和换向装置,通过切换换向装置的状态,能够使烘干风道与第一进风道和第一出风道连通,进而烘干组件产生的烘干气流被输送至第一衣物处理筒中,或者使烘干风道与第二进风道和第二出风道连通,进而烘干组件产生的烘干气流被输送至第二衣物处理筒中。因此,当第一衣物处理装置是干衣机,第二衣物处理装置是洗衣机时,本发明的衣物处理设备能够通过一套烘干系统对干衣机和洗衣机内的衣物分别单独进行烘干或同时进行烘干,大幅度改善了用户的使用体验,并且减少了整体设备的硬件数量,降低了制造成本。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然附图中的各部件之间是按一定比例关系绘制的,但是这种比例关系并非一成不变,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。此外,尽管本申请是结合干衣机与洗衣机的组合来描述的,但是,这仅仅是示例性的,本发明的技术方案也可以应用于两个干衣机、两个洗衣机以及多个干衣机与多个洗衣机的场合,这方面的任何调整都不偏离本发明的基本原理和保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

如图1至图4所示,本发明的衣物处理设备主要包括作为第一衣物处理装置的干衣机1、作为第二衣物处理装置的洗衣机2和烘干系统(图中未整体标示),该烘干系统能够产生烘干气流,并且烘干气流能够被烘干系统同时或分别单独输送到干衣机1和洗衣机2中。
具体地,干衣机1还包括作为第一衣物处理筒的烘干滚筒11,洗衣机2包括作为第二衣物处理装置的洗涤滚筒21,烘干系统能够将烘干气流同时或分别单独输送到烘干滚筒11和洗涤滚筒21中。
继续参阅图1至图4,本发明的衣物处理的烘干系统主要包括驱动烘干滚筒11旋转的驱动装置、用于产生烘干气流的烘干组件以及被驱动装置驱动的烘干气流循环装置。该烘干气流循环装置用于将烘干组件产生的热风输送到烘干滚筒11或洗涤滚筒21内。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,驱动装置除了如图3和图4中所示的用于驱动烘干滚筒11旋转外,还可以用于驱动洗涤滚筒21旋转。进一步,驱动装置通过离合装置连接到烘干滚筒11以便选择性地驱动烘干滚筒11旋转。更进一步,驱动装置优选地为电机14,烘干气流循环装置优选地为风机35,或者本领域技术人员还可以根据需要选用其他形式的驱动装置和其他形式的烘干气流循环装置。
进一步参阅图1至图4,本发明的衣物处理设备的烘干系统还包括第一进风道12、第一出风道13、第二进风道22、第二出风道23和烘干风道3。其中,第一进风道12和第一出风道13分别与烘干滚筒11的内腔相连通,第二进风道22和第二出风道23分别与洗涤滚筒21的内腔相连通。进一步,烘干风道3具有进风端(图3中烘干风道3的左端)和出风端(图3中烘干风道3的右端),烘干风道3的进风端分别与第一出风道13和第二出风道23相连通,烘干风道3的出风端分别与第一进风道12和第二进风道22相连通。
如图1和图2所示,烘干系统还包括换向装置(图中未整体标示),该换向装置主要包括第一换向阀31和第二换向阀32。第一换向阀31设置在烘干风道3的进风端处,第二换向阀32设置在烘干风道3的出风端处。烘干风道3能够通过第一换向阀31选择性地与第一出风道13或第二出风道23连通,并且烘干风道3能够通过第二换向阀32选择 性地与第一进风道12或第二进风道22连通。进一步,通过切换第一换向阀31和第二换向阀32的位置,能够使烘干风道3与干衣机1的烘干滚筒11进行连通,或者使烘干风道3与洗衣机2的洗涤滚筒21进行连通。因此,在设置于烘干风道3中的烘干组件(下文将进行详细描述)工作时,烘干风道3内的热风能够选择性地对烘干滚筒11内的衣物或洗涤滚筒21内的衣物进行干燥。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将换向装置设置成能够使烘干系统同时向烘干滚筒11和洗涤滚筒21提供烘干气流的形式,例如去掉换向装置。
如图5和图6所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,干衣机1的电机14通过皮带与作为离合装置的离合器15相连接,以便于电机14和离合器15的安装。或者本领域技术人员还可以通过其他方式将电机14与离合器15进行连接,例如通过联轴器将电机14和离合器15同轴固定。离合器15还通过第一皮带16与烘干滚筒11连接。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在电机14转动的状态下通过切换离合器15的状态,能够使烘干滚筒11选择性地转动或者静止。
进一步,烘干滚筒11的底部设置有透气孔(图中未示出),该透气孔与第一进风道12相连通。烘干滚筒11的筒口(具体是门封位置)与第一出风道13(图3中烘干滚筒11的左端)密封连接,即在干衣机1的门被关闭时,烘干风道3内的热风能够从第一进风道12进入烘干滚筒11内并从第一出风道13流出,而不会发生泄漏。
在一种可行的实施例中,烘干滚筒11的前端(具有滚筒口的一端)通过滚轮固定到衣物处理设备的机体上,烘干滚筒11的后端通过滚轴固定到衣物处理设备的机体上,以便烘干滚筒11能够绕其轴心进行旋转。进一步,在衣物处理设备的机体上设置有后板,在该后板上设置有通孔,该通孔的一端与烘干滚筒11的透气孔相连通,该通孔的另一端与第一进风道12相连通。烘干滚筒11的前端沿径向设置有通孔,该通孔用于将烘干滚筒11的内腔与第一出风道13连通。举例而言,第一出风道13具有绕烘干滚筒11设置的环形风道,该环形风道与烘干滚筒11密封连接,并且烘干滚筒11前端的通孔位于该环形风道内。当然,本发明的技术方案并不局限于这种具体的风道设置形式,任何能够将烘干风道3内的热风输送到烘干滚筒11内以及将烘干滚筒11内湿热空气输送回烘干风道3的风道结构,都可以应用于本发明的技术方案。
如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,洗衣机2主要包括作为第二衣物处理装置的洗涤滚筒21和外筒24。洗涤滚筒21被置于外筒24内,并且洗涤滚筒21的周向设置有多个透气孔,使洗涤滚筒21和外筒24之间的环形腔与洗涤滚筒21的内腔相连通。外筒24的前端(靠近洗涤滚筒21的筒口的一端)与第二出风道23密封连接,外筒24的后端与第二进风道22密封连接,以避免烘干风道3内的热风在从第二进风道22进入外筒24内并从第二出风道23排出时发生泄漏,使高温的潮湿空气进入室内,对室内人员造成不适。
如图3至图5所示,烘干风道3的出风端分别与第一进风道12、第二进风道22连通,烘干风道3的进风端分别与第一出风道13、第二出风道23连通。并且,烘干风道3与第一出风道13、第二出风道23的连通位置设置有第一换向阀31,烘干风道3与第一进风道12、第二进风道22的连通位置设置有第二换向阀32。通过改变第一换向阀31和第二换向阀32的状态,能够使烘干风道3通过第一进风道12和第一出风道13与烘干滚筒11连通,或者使烘干风道3通过第二进风道22和第二出风道23与外筒24连通。
如图3和图4所示,烘干风道3中设置有烘干组件,该烘干组件主要包括加热器33和冷凝器34,加热器33设置在靠近第一进风道12和第二进风道22的位置,冷凝器33设置在靠近第一出风道13和第二出风道23的位置。作为示例,在烘干风道3中、在加热器33远离冷凝器34的一侧设置有风机35(见图2),风机35通过第二皮带36与电机14相连接。此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将风机35和电机14通过其他固定方式进行连接,例如风机35和电机14通过联轴器同轴固定。容易理解的是,通过电机14驱动风机15旋转能够将烘干风道3中的热风输送到第一进风道12或第二进风道22。此外,本领域技术人员还可根据需要,改变加热器33、冷凝器34和风机35的位置使热风吹向第一出风道13或第二出风道23。需要说明的是,风机15可以是任何形式的风机,例如离心式风机、轴流式风机、往复式风机和回转式风机,只要其能够使烘干气流在各个风道中循环即可。还需要说明的是,在保证烘干风道3内的空气能够被加热的前提下,加热器33可以是任何形式的加热装置,例如电阻加热器。进一步需要说明的是,在保证烘干风道3 内空气中的水分能够被冷凝的前提下,冷凝器34可以是任何形式的冷凝装置,例如水冷式冷凝器和空气冷却式冷凝器。
此外,虽然图中未示出,但是在本发明的优选实施方案中,在烘干风道3中、在冷凝器34远离加热器33的一侧还设置有过滤网,用于将烘干滚筒11和洗涤滚筒21中随气流进入烘干风道3的絮状物进行过滤,防止絮状物进入烘干风道3中并进行积聚,尤其对风机35造成不利影响,进而影响衣物处理设备的烘干效果。
下面结合图7来对本发明的衣物处理设备的工作原理进行详细说明。
如图7所示,该图中示出了烘干滚筒11、洗涤滚筒21和位于烘干滚筒11、洗涤滚筒21之间的烘干风道3。图7中的烘干滚筒11的两端分别连通有第一进风道12和第一出风道13,洗涤滚筒21的两端分别连通有第二进风道22和第二出风道23。烘干风道3的一端分别与第一进风道12和第二进风道22相连通,另一端分别与第一出风道13和第二出风道23相连通。在烘干风道3的两端还分别设置有第一换向阀31和第二换向阀32,在烘干风道3的中间部分还设置有加热器33、冷凝器34和风机35。
当用户使用洗衣机2的洗涤滚筒21干燥衣物时,第一换向阀31和第二换向阀32被切换至图7所示位置,使烘干风道3与第一进风道12和第一出风道13的连通断开。此时离合器15被断开(脱离结合),烘干滚筒11处于静止状态,电机14仅带动风机35转动,风机35将加热器33加热的气流输送至第二进风道22,热气流进入洗涤滚筒21内使衣物上的水分蒸发,湿度较大的气流经第二出风道23进入烘干风道3内,并且在湿度较大的热气流接触到冷凝器34时,空气中的水分被液化,使空气变干燥。进而干燥的空气被加热器33再次加热,进行下一循环。
当用户使用干衣机1的烘干滚筒11干燥衣物时,第一换向阀31和第二换向阀32从图7所示位置切换到下端,使烘干风道3与第二进风道22和第二出风道23的连通断开。离合器15被闭合(进入结合),电机14带动烘干滚筒11和风机35同时转动,风机35将加热器33加热的气流输送到第一进风道12,热气流进入旋转的烘干滚筒11内使衣物上的水分蒸发,湿度较大的气流经第一出风道13进入烘干风道3内,并且 在湿度较大的热气流接触到冷凝器34时,空气中的水分被液化,使空气变干燥。进而干燥的空气被加热器33再次加热,进行下一循环。
综上所述,在本发明的优选实施方案中,干衣机1和洗衣机2共用一套烘干系统,使得洗衣机2在完成衣物清洗之后能够直接对衣物进行干燥,相对于现有技术中将洗衣机内清洗完的衣物取出后放置到干衣机内进行干燥的操作更加方便,简化了用户的操作,改善了用户的使用体验。通过在电机14和烘干滚筒11之间设置离合器15,使得电机14在驱动风机35旋转的同时能够可选地驱动烘干滚筒11旋转或使烘干滚筒11处于静止状态,相对于分别设置电机驱动烘干滚筒11和风机35的方式减少了电机的数量。进一步,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,使电机14通过离合器15选择地驱动洗涤滚筒21转动,从而能够省去洗衣机2上的电机,进一步地减少了电机的数量。更进一步,将干衣机1和洗衣机2设置为一个整体的技术方案,能够通过一组控制面板就可同时控制干衣机1和洗衣机2的运行,简化了操作,提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步,本发明的衣物处理设备能够在用户使用洗衣机2洗衣服的同时,还能够通过干衣机1对衣物进行干燥,节约了用户的洗衣、干衣时间。
此外,除了本发明上述的优选实施方案,在另一种可行的实施例中,第一出风道13、第二出风道23和烘干风道3的进风端还可以直接与外部相连通,使得外部的空气直接进入烘干风道3加热,加热的气流进入干衣机1或洗衣机2后直接通过第一出风道13或第二出风道23到达外部。该实施例可省去冷凝器34的设置,但是由于该实施例没有对从干衣机1或洗衣机2出来的气流进行冷凝,使气流直接进入室内,温热、潮湿的空气会给室内人员带来不便,并且温热潮湿的空气还会腐蚀衣物处理设备的零部件,降低衣物处理设备的使用寿命。该实施例还可以在第一出风道13和第二出风道23内分别设置冷凝器34,用以防止潮湿的空气进入室内。
此外,虽然图中并未示出,但是本发明的第二衣物处理装置还可以被设置为多个,并将换向装置进行适当调整,以便烘干组件产生的烘干气流能够通过调整后的换向装置被同时或分别输送至每个第二衣物处理装置的第二衣物处理筒内。
进一步,本发明的离合装置不仅限于附图中所示的离合器一种形式,其还可以是其他任何可行的离合装置,只要能够实现电机与烘干滚筒或洗涤滚筒之间的动力通断即可。此外,本发明的离合装置还可以设置成多位离合装置,从而使驱动装置(例如电机14)能够通过该多位离合装置选择性地驱动多个第二衣物处理筒旋转。例如,电机14还可以通过离合器15选择性地连接到洗涤滚筒21,当使用洗涤滚筒21烘干衣物时,离合器15可以切换到连接洗涤滚筒21的位置,从而在供给热风的同时使洗涤滚筒21保持转动。优选地,多位离合装置的位数等于第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置数量的总和,以便驱动装置能够通过该多位离合装置选择性地驱动每一个衣物处理筒旋转,从而使本发明的衣物处理设备仅通过一个电机就能驱动所有衣物处理滚筒旋转。
更进一步,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要对第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置的类型进行选择,例如第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置分别可以是洗衣机、洗干一体机和干衣机中的任一种。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括第一衣物处理装置、第二衣物处理装置和烘干系统,所述烘干系统能够产生烘干气流,所述烘干气流能够被同时或分别输送到所述第一衣物处理装置和所述第二衣物处理装置中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一衣物处理装置包括第一衣物处理筒,所述第二衣物处理装置包括第二衣物处理筒,所述烘干系统将烘干气流同时或分别输送到所述第一衣物处理筒和所述第二衣物处理筒内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干系统包括:
    驱动装置,其能够驱动所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒旋转;
    烘干组件,其用于产生烘干气流;以及
    烘干气流循环装置,其用于将所述烘干组件产生的烘干气流输送到所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干系统还包括:
    分别与所述第一衣物处理筒的内腔连通的第一进风道和第一出风道;
    分别与所述第二衣物处理筒的内腔连通的第二进风道和第二出风道;
    烘干风道,其包括进风端和出风端,所述进风端与所述第一出风道和所述第二出风道连接,所述出风端与所述第一进风道和所述第二进风道连接;
    换向装置,所述烘干风道的进风端能够通过所述换向装置选择性地与所述第一出风道或所述第二出风道连通,所述烘干风道的出风端能够通过所述换向装置选择性地与所述第一进风道或所述第二进风道连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干组件设置在所述烘干风道中,所述烘干气流循环装置能够引导烘干气流在各风道中循环。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干气流循环装置设置在所述烘干风道中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘干组件包括加热装置和冷凝装置,所述加热装置用于产生烘干气流,所述冷凝装置用于去除烘干气流中的水分。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述换向装置包括设置在所述烘干风道的进风端的第一换向阀和设置在所述烘干风道的出风端的第二换向阀,所述第一换向阀用于使所述烘干风道的进风端选择性地与所述第一出风道或所述第二出风道连通,所述第二换向阀用于使所述烘干风道的出风端选择性地与所述第一进风道或所述第二进风道连通。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括多个第二衣物处理装置,所述烘干系统能够将烘干气流同时或分别输送到所述第一衣物处理装置的第一衣物处理筒和每个所述第二衣物处理装置的第二衣物处理筒内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备还包括离合装置,所述驱动装置通过所述离合装置连接到所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒以便选择性地驱动所述第一衣物处理筒和/或所述第二衣物处理筒旋转。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述离合装置是多位离合装置,所述驱动装置还通过所述多位离合装置连接到每个所述第二衣物处理装置的第二衣物处理筒以便选择性地驱动所述第二 衣物处理筒旋转。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一衣物处理装置是干衣机,所述第二衣物处理装置是洗衣机;或者
    所述第一衣物处理装置是干衣机,所述第二衣物处理装置也是干衣机;或者
    所述第一衣物处理装置是洗衣机,所述第二衣物处理装置是干衣机;或者
    所述第一衣物处理装置是洗衣机,所述第二衣物处理装置也是洗衣机。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述驱动装置是电机;并且/或者所述烘干气流循环装置是风机。
