在医院的检验中,无论是将采出的人体血液放入采血瓶内与防凝剂进行混匀,还是对人体的采集物进行微生物培养,往往需要将这些血液和采集物进行摇混或搅拌操作。现有的搅拌设备叶片都是单向旋转的,搅拌物只沿着顺时针或者逆时针方向转动,在搅拌中,只顺着一个方向转动容易使聚集出团块,这样就背离了原本的希望拌匀的初衷。
发明内容
本发明是针对现有技术所存在的不足,而提供了一种结构简单、设计合理,叶片随轴一和轴二同时绕两个垂直的轴心线转动,搅拌物不但受到水平方向的搅拌力,而且受到两个相反的垂直方向的搅拌力的作用,因而使搅拌腔内的搅动物没有明显的流动规律,形不成稳定的涡流,也不能聚集成团块,从而搅拌更均匀的一种混匀装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了搅拌腔,又提供了位于搅拌腔的垂直交叉的轴一和轴二,轴一绕其轴心线转动,而且以非匀速的速度来回摆动;轴二即随着轴一沿轴一的轴心线非匀速转动,又绕轴二的轴心线非匀速转动;轴二设置有叶片,叶片随轴一和轴二同时绕两个垂直的轴心线非匀速转动,搅拌物不但受到水平方向的搅拌力,而且受到两个相反的垂直方向的搅拌力的作用, 因而使搅拌腔内的搅动物没有明显的流动规律,形不成稳定的涡流,也不能聚集成团块。
具体为,本发明为一种混匀装置,包括壳体,所述壳体设置有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构传动连接有动力及减速机构,所述壳体的底部设置有搅拌腔;所述搅拌机构包括伸入所述搅拌腔的轴一,所述轴一位于所述搅拌腔的部分活动连接有轴二,所述轴一与所述轴二的轴心线交叉,所述轴二设置有叶片;所述轴二连接有锥齿轮一,所述锥齿轮一啮合有锥齿轮二,所述锥齿轮二连接有轴三;所述轴一和轴三传动连接所述动力及减速机构。

搅拌腔4的顶部连接有轴一座11,轴一座11为设定长度的圆筒状,轴一座11的底部与轴一5之间设置有向心轴承一12,向心轴承一12下侧设置有密封圈13;轴一座11的顶部设置有推力轴承一14,推力轴承一14上侧设置齿轮五24;齿轮外壳16将齿轮三17、齿轮四15、齿轮五24、摇杆21、半齿圈23和推力轴承一14封闭在其内部。
轴二6的中部与变向腔19连接,轴二6的两端相对轴一5的轴心线对称,轴二6的两端各设置有三组对称的叶片7,叶片7由轴二6的中部向两端长度 和厚度逐渐缩小;轴二6由中部至两端直径逐渐缩小。
搅拌腔4的底部为半圆球状。
工作时,动力及减速机构3带动轴三5转动,轴三5带动齿轮三17转动,齿轮三17驱动齿轮四15及摇杆21转动,摇杆21使长条孔22和半齿圈23摆动,半齿圈23使齿轮五24及轴一5非匀速转动;轴二6和叶片7绕轴一5的轴心线转动;轴三10带动锥齿轮二9转动,锥齿轮二9的转动和轴二6的绕轴一5的转动共同驱动锥齿轮一8以非匀速转动,从而使叶片7形成围绕两个垂直的轴心线同时非匀速转动。
并且,当轴二6每绕轴一5转动半圈相对于搅拌腔4而言,都相当于叶片7在垂直方向开始了反向旋转。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种混匀装置,包括壳体,所述壳体设置有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构传动连接有动力及减速机构,其特征在于,所述壳体的底部设置有搅拌腔;所述搅拌机构包括伸入所述搅拌腔的轴一,所述轴一位于所述搅拌腔的部分活动连接有轴二,所述轴一与所述轴二的轴心线交叉,所述轴二设置有叶片;所述轴二连接有锥齿轮一,所述锥齿轮一啮合有锥齿轮二,所述锥齿轮二连接有轴三;所述轴一和轴三传动连接所述动力及减速机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述壳体顶部设置有动力及减速机构,所述动力及减速机构与所述轴三轴连接;所述轴三设置有齿轮三,所述齿轮三啮合有齿轮四,所述齿轮四轴连接有摇杆,所述摇杆活动连接有长条孔,所述长条孔端部设置有半齿圈,所述长条孔另一端铰接在所述壳体上;所述轴一的上端设置有与所述半齿圈啮合的齿轮五;所述轴一为空心轴,所述轴三设置在所述轴一的内部并穿过所述轴一的上端与所述动力及减速机构轴连接;所述轴一的下端设置有变向腔,所述轴二穿过所述变向腔,所述锥齿轮一和锥齿轮二位于所述变向腔内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述轴二的中部与所述变向腔连接,所述轴二的两端相对所述轴一的轴心线对称,所述轴二的两端设置有若干组对称的所述叶片,所述叶片由所述轴二的中部向两端长度和厚度逐渐缩小。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌腔的顶部连接有轴一座,所述轴一座为设定长度的圆筒状,所述轴一座的底部与所述轴一之间设置有向心轴承一,所述向心轴承一下侧设置有密封圈;所述轴一座的顶部设置有推力轴承一,所述推力轴承一上侧设置有所述齿轮五;所述壳体还包括设置在其顶部的齿轮外壳,所述齿轮外壳将所述齿轮三、齿轮 四、齿轮五、摇杆、半齿圈和推力轴承一封闭在其内部;所述动力及减速机构设置在所述齿轮外壳上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述锥齿轮一与所述变向腔之间设置有推力轴承二。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,搅拌腔的底部为半圆球状。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述轴三的靠近所述锥齿轮二的位置与所述轴一的内壁之间设置有向心轴承二。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述轴二由中部至两端直径逐渐缩小。
