- 根据权利要求1所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述壳体顶部设置有动力及减速机构,所述动力及减速机构与所述轴三轴连接;所述轴三设置有齿轮三,所述齿轮三啮合有齿轮四,所述齿轮四轴连接有摇杆,所述摇杆活动连接有长条孔,所述长条孔端部设置有半齿圈,所述长条孔另一端铰接在所述壳体上;所述轴一的上端设置有与所述半齿圈啮合的齿轮五;所述轴一为空心轴,所述轴三设置在所述轴一的内部并穿过所述轴一的上端与所述动力及减速机构轴连接;所述轴一的下端设置有变向腔,所述轴二穿过所述变向腔,所述锥齿轮一和锥齿轮二位于所述变向腔内部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述轴二的中部与所述变向腔连接,所述轴二的两端相对所述轴一的轴心线对称,所述轴二的两端设置有若干组对称的所述叶片,所述叶片由所述轴二的中部向两端长度和厚度逐渐缩小。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌腔的顶部连接有轴一座,所述轴一座为设定长度的圆筒状,所述轴一座的底部与所述轴一之间设置有向心轴承一,所述向心轴承一下侧设置有密封圈;所述轴一座的顶部设置有推力轴承一,所述推力轴承一上侧设置有所述齿轮五;所述壳体还包括设置在其顶部的齿轮外壳,所述齿轮外壳将所述齿轮三、齿轮 四、齿轮五、摇杆、半齿圈和推力轴承一封闭在其内部;所述动力及减速机构设置在所述齿轮外壳上。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,所述锥齿轮一与所述变向腔之间设置有推力轴承二。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种混匀装置,其特征在于,搅拌腔的底部为半圆球状。
