在一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一区域临近所述车厢侧壁或临近所述车厢中间过道。
本申请实施例还提供了一种车厢,所述车厢内设有预设数量的如上面所述的任意一种包间,所述预设数量的包间均匀排列在所述车厢的两侧。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述预设数量的包间中的相邻两个包间共用如上面所述的任意一种隔墙,且相邻两个包间的第一区域和第二区域在车辆行驶方向上交错布置。
本申请实施例提供的车厢包间隔墙、车厢包间及车厢,包括第一段、第二段和第三段,且所述第一段、第二段和第三段均不在同一平面内;所述第一段和第三段相互平行且垂直于车辆行驶方向,所述第一段和第三段通过所述第二段连接;可见,本申请实施例将原来直线形状的隔墙改成非直线式,采用非直线式隔墙围成的包间具有在车辆行驶方向不同长度的两个区域,其中长度较长的区域可以放置卧铺席位,相邻包间放置卧铺席位的区域可以交错布置,很好的利用了车厢的空间,增加了车厢定员,且所述非直线式隔墙的长度较短,不用分拆即可搬运上车,可以在现场安装前集成更多功能设施,方便乘客,也可以减少后期安装时间,增加墙体美观。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种车厢包间隔墙,所述隔墙包括第一段、第二段和第三段,且所述第一段、第二段和第三段均不在同一平面内;所述第一段和第三段相互平行且垂直于车辆行驶方向,所述第一段和第三段通过所述第二段连接。
本申请实施例的原理是:将原来直线形状的隔墙改成非直线式,采用非直线式隔墙围成的包间具有在车辆行驶方向不同长度的两个区域,其中长度较长的区域可以放置卧铺席位,相邻包间放置卧铺席位的区域可以交错布置,很好的利用了车厢的空间,增加了车厢定员,且所述非直线式隔墙的长度较短,不用分拆即可搬运上车,可以在现场安装前集成更多功能设施,方便乘客,也可以减少后期安装时间,增加墙体美观。
为了能够详尽地了解本申请实施例的特点与技术内容,下面对本申请实施例做详细的阐述。
一种车厢包间隔墙,所述隔墙包括第一段、第二段和第三段,且所述第一段、第二段和第三段均不在同一平面内;所述第一段和第三段相互平 行且垂直于车辆行驶方向,所述第一段和第三段通过所述第二段连接。
这里,第一段靠近车厢侧壁的,第三段靠近车厢中间过道,第二段在中间。
其中,所述第一段和第三段的截面均为直线形状,因为所述第一段和第三段为所述隔墙的主体段,而且也有美观的需要;所述第二段可以是直线形状,也可以是曲线形状,这样可以提供特别的功能。
所述第一段、第二段和第三段均不在同一平面内,因此使用此隔墙围成的包间也不是矩形形状的,这样就为合理利用车厢空间提供了另一种思路。
具体地,使用此隔墙围成的包间在车辆行驶方向较长的区域可以放置卧铺席位,另一个区域用于放置行李等其它物品,同时也是过道。
就单个包间来说,由于不放置卧铺席位的区域在车辆行驶方向的长度较短,相比现有包间,节省了空间;就整个车厢的包间来说,虽然包间不是矩形的,但是相邻的包间的放置卧铺席位的区域可以相互交错布置,不会浪费空间。
所述第一段和第三段在车辆行驶方向上的距离为预设值;这样不放置卧铺席位的区域在车辆行驶方向上比较短,节省了车厢空间。
一般地,所述第一段和第三段在车辆行驶方向上的距离可以是卧铺席位长度的15%~30%。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一段和第三段在车辆行驶方向上的距离可以是卧铺席位长度的20%,这样所述隔墙组合为包间时,不放置卧铺席位的区域在车辆行驶方向上可以节省40%的卧铺席位长度。
所述第二段与所述第一段或第三段相交处的夹角均大于或等于90度;这样更美观,也能更好的利用空间。
一般地,所述第一段和第三段的长度是相同的,这样,相邻的包间交 错布置时,保证放置卧铺席位区域的大小一致;但也允许所述第一段略短于所述第三段,这样,当卧铺席位靠近车厢中间过道时,卧铺席位与车厢中间过道之间的空间可以略大一些。
本申请实施例中,所述第一段和第三段的长度可以相等。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段均为中空结构,且内腔空间相互连通。中空结构的墙体,在使用相同重量的材料下,强度更高,且便于在墙体内腔布置导线,填充隔音、减震材料。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段的内腔预设有能通电的导线;这样,可以给乘客提供电能。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,,所述第一段、第二段和第三段的内腔在预设位置固定有提高所述隔墙强度及加强所述隔墙承载能力的加强板;根据力学分析或经验设计,可以在墙体强度薄弱处的内腔设置加强板,对需要承载的部位,如安装卧铺席位处,也需要在内腔额外安装加强板。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,,所述第一段和第三段的内腔设有上下连通的换气风道;这样,可以保证包间的空气质量。
具体地,换气风道的顶部通过车厢顶部连通到车外,换气风道的底部连通到卧铺席位下方。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,,换气通道的中间还可以通过车厢侧壁连通到车外。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,,所述第一段、第二段和第三段的内腔填充有隔音或减震材料。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述隔音或减震材料可以是纸蜂窝,也可以是塑料泡沫。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段 均包括主体框架和外包覆层,所述主体框架固定于车厢地板和车顶,所述外包覆层包覆在所述第一段、第二段和第三段的外表面。
具体地,所述外包覆层的材质为玻璃钢。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一段、第二段或第三段的外包覆层可以装设如下的一种或多种设施:
1)便于攀登的脚蹬板或脚蹬孔;2)扶手把;3)电源插座;4)书报架;5)衣帽挂钩;6)阅读灯;7)适用于乘客头部或腰部的靠垫。这样,就给乘客带来了极大的方便,提高了卧铺席位的舒适性。
实际应用中,最少只需设置两种规格的隔墙,在隔墙墙体上设置相互配合的结构和设施,就可以围成车厢内所有的包间。
本申请实施例还提供了一种车厢包间,所述包间由至少两个隔墙围成,所述隔墙垂直于车辆行驶的方向;所述包间包括空间相互连通的第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域在车辆行驶方向的长度大于所述第二区域在车辆行驶方向的长度。
这里,所述第一区域为可以放置卧铺席位的区域,且所述卧铺席位的长度方向与所述车辆的行驶方向一致。
一般地,所述第一区域在车辆行驶方向的长度为所述第二区域在车辆行驶方向长度的1.5~2倍。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一区域在车辆行驶方向的长度为所述第二区域在车辆行驶方向长度的1.7倍。
为了合理利用空间,所述第一区域在车辆行驶方向上交错布置,所述第一区域可以临近所述车厢侧壁,也可以临近所述车厢中间过道。
本申请实施例还提供了一种车厢,所述车厢内设有预设数量的包间,所述预设数量的包间均匀排列在所述车厢的两侧。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述包间的排列方式是:相邻 两个包间共用一堵隔墙,且相邻两个包间的第一区域和第二区域在车辆行驶方向上交错布置。
相邻两个包间的第一区域和第二区域在车辆行驶方向上交错布置,即其中一个包间的第一区域临近所述车厢侧壁,另一个包间的第一区域临近所述车厢中间过道。
就单个包间来说,由于不放置卧铺席位的第二区域在车辆行驶方向的长度较短,相比现有包间,节省了空间;就整个车厢的包间来说,虽然包间不是矩形的,但是相邻的包间的放置卧铺席位的第一区域可以相互交错布置,节省了空间。
为了能够更加详尽地了解本申请特点与技术内容,下面结合附图以及具体的应用实施例对本申请做进一步的阐述,所附附图仅供参考说明之用,并非用来限定本申请。
实施例一
图2为本申请实施例一车厢包间隔墙的俯视示意图,如图2所示,车厢包间隔墙,包括第一段21、第二段22和第三段23。
其中,所述第一段21和第三段23之间在车辆行驶方向上的距离为300mm左右。
所述第二段22与所述第一段21或第三段23相交处的夹角为100度。为了更美观和消除应力集中,所述第二段22与所述第一段21或第三段23相交处设置过渡圆角。
所述第一段靠近车厢侧壁24,所述第三段靠近中间过道25;所述第一段21和第三段23的长度相等。
所述第一段21、第二段22和第三段23均为中空结构,且内腔空间相互连通。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,所述第一段21、第二段22和第 三段23的内腔预设有能通电的导线。
所述第一段21、第二段22和第三段23的内腔在安装卧铺席位的位置固定有加强板,所述加强板在外包覆层未包覆前固定在主体框架的内腔。
所述第一段21、第二段22和第三段23的内腔填充有纸蜂窝,外面包覆有玻璃钢蒙皮。
考虑到标准化生产和安装的需要,本申请实施例仅设计了两种类型的隔墙,为简化表述,分别称为第一隔墙和第二隔墙,所述第一隔墙和第二隔墙相组合,可以围成车厢内所有的包间。
图3为本申请实施例一中第一隔墙的外形示意图一,图4为本申请实施例一中第二隔墙的外形示意图二。
如图3所示,第一段31设有脚蹬板311、脚蹬孔312、扶手把313,第二段32设有衣帽挂钩321、阅读灯322,第三段33设有电源插座331、书报架332。
如图4所示,第一段41设有电源插座411,第二段42设有衣帽挂钩421、阅读灯422,第三段43设有头部靠垫431、腰部靠垫432、另外在顶部设有换气风道的孔433。
所述第一隔墙和第二隔墙相向放置,可以围成卧铺席位临近车厢中间过道的包间。
所述第一隔墙和第二隔墙背面的设置,是将第一段和第三段对调,具体如下(未在图中示出):
图3隔墙的背面:第一段31设有脚蹬板电源插座、书报架,第二段32设有衣帽挂钩、阅读灯,第三段33设有脚蹬板、脚蹬孔、扶手把。
图4隔墙的背面:第一段41设有头部靠垫、腰部靠垫,第二段42设有衣帽挂钩、阅读灯,第三段43设有电源插座。
将图3和图4所示的隔墙相背放置,可以围成卧铺席位临近车厢侧壁 的包间。
图5为本申请实施例一中第一隔墙水平方向的截面示意图一,如图5所示,第一隔墙包括金属框架51、玻璃钢蒙皮52、加强板53、电线54和纸蜂窝55。
玻璃钢蒙皮52包覆在金属框架51上,形成相对封闭的内腔。
加强板53设置在需要装设卧铺席位的位置,以加强承载能力。
电线54预先固定在隔墙内腔,也就是金属框架51上。
纸蜂窝55填充在隔墙内腔,以起到隔音或减震的作用。
图6为本申请实施例一中第二隔墙水平方向的截面示意图二,如图6所示,第二隔墙包括金属框架61、玻璃钢蒙皮62、加强板63、电线64、纸蜂窝65和换气风道66。
玻璃钢蒙皮62包覆在金属框架61上,形成相对封闭的内腔。
加强板63设置在需要装设卧铺席位的位置,以加强承载能力。
电线64预先固定在隔墙内腔,也就是金属框架61上。
纸蜂窝65填充在隔墙内腔,以起到隔音或减震的作用。
换气风道66在隔墙的一端,为上下贯通。
本申请实施中,只有第二隔墙设有换气风道,这是考虑到一个包间只需一个换气风道就能满足使用需要了。
图7为本申请实施例一车厢包间隔墙的换气风道示意图,如图7所示,所述换气风道包括顶部进出口71、中部进出口72和底部进出口73;图中换气风道的流向只表示其中一种情况的流向,实际上有多种流向;并且,换气风道内也可以增设强制换气设备,如风机等。
实施例二
图8为本申请实施例二车厢包间的俯视示意图,如图8所示,图中表示两个相邻的包间81和82,所述包间均由两个隔墙83围成,所述隔墙83 垂直于车辆行驶的方向;所述包间包括空间相互连通的第一区域811和第二区域812,所述第一区域811在车辆行驶方向的长度大于所述第二区域812。
这里,所述第一区域811为放置卧铺席位的区域,第二区域812为放置行李或乘客进行除睡觉外其它活动的区域;所述第一区域811的长度方向与所述车辆的行驶方向一致。
两个相邻的包间中,其中一个包间的第一区域811临近所述车厢侧壁84,另一个包间的第一区域811临近所述车厢中间过道85;这样,在车辆行驶方向上,第一区域811交错布置,更合理的利用车厢空间。
为了合理利用车厢空间,所述第一区域811在车辆行驶方向的长度均为第二区域812在车辆行驶方向的长度的约1.7倍,即L1/L2≈1.7,L1/L3≈1.7,因为其中一堵隔墙设有换气风道,L2和L3会略有不同。
实施例三
图9为本申请实施例三车厢的俯视示意图,如图9所示,一种车厢,所述车厢内设有16个包间91,实际使用中,一个动车组的车厢可以包括30个包间,限于图纸尺寸,仅示出16个。
所述包间91排列在所述车厢的两侧,每侧各一列;所述包间一端连接车厢侧壁92,另一端为入口,临近车厢中间过道93。
相邻两个包间共用一堵隔墙94,这样包间与包间之间紧密连接,没有空间浪费,也节省隔墙。
所述包间包括在车辆行驶方向长度不同的第一区域95和第二区域96,相邻两个包间的第一区域95在车辆行驶方向上交错布置。
所述第一区域96为放置卧铺席位的区域,当所述第一区域为临近车厢中间过道93时,所述卧铺席位可以考虑设置活动卧铺席位,可以随时翻起,以便乘客进入第二区域95。
另外,也可以在卧铺席位的两侧都设置便于攀登的脚蹬板和脚蹬孔,这样上铺的乘客既可以从车厢中间过道93爬到上铺,也可以从第二区域95爬到上铺。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种车厢包间隔墙,所述隔墙包括第一段、第二段和第三段,且所述第一段、第二段和第三段均不在同一平面内;所述第一段和第三段相互平行且垂直于车辆行驶方向,所述第一段和第三段通过所述第二段连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段和第三段在车辆行驶方向上的距离为预设值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第二段与所述第一段或第三段相交处的夹角均大于或等于90度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段和第三段的长度相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段均为中空结构,且内腔空间相互连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段的内腔预设有能通电的导线。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段的内腔在预设位置固定有加强板。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段和第三段的内腔设有上下连通的换气风道。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段的内腔填充有隔音或减震材料。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段的内腔填充有纸蜂窝。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段、第二段和第三段均包括主体框架和外包覆层,所述主体框架固定于车厢地板和车顶,所述外包覆层包覆在所述第一段、第二段和第三段的外表面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述外包覆层的材质为玻璃钢。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的车厢包间隔墙,其中,所述第一段、第二段或第三段的外包覆层装设有便于攀登的脚蹬板或脚蹬孔;
    和/或,扶手把;
    和/或,电源插座;
    和/或,书报架;
    和/或,衣帽挂钩;
    和/或,阅读灯;
    和/或,适用于乘客头部或腰部的靠垫。
  14. 一种车厢包间,所述包间由至少两个如权利要求1至13任一项所述的隔墙围成,所述隔墙垂直于车辆行驶的方向;所述包间包括空间相互连通的第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域在车辆行驶方向的长度大于所述第二区域在车辆行驶方向的长度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的车厢包间,其中,所述第一区域为放置卧铺席位的区域,且所述卧铺席位的长度方向与所述车辆的行驶方向一致。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的车厢包间,其中,所述第一区域临近所述车厢侧壁或临近所述车厢中间过道。
  17. 一种车厢,所述车厢内设有预设数量的如权利要求14至16任一所述的包间,所述预设数量的包间均匀排列在所述车厢的两侧。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的车厢,其中,所述预设数量的包间中的相邻两个包间共用如权利要求1至13任一项所述的隔墙,且相邻两个包间的第一区域和第二区域在车辆行驶方向上交错布置。
