Description

密封袋及其使用方法 【技术领域】
本发明与密封机构有关;特别是指一种密封袋及其使用方法。
【背景技术】
现有已有的密封袋包含有一容置空间用以收纳食品或物品,并以相配合的公、母夹链夹设密封袋的开口,以隔绝所收藏的食品或物品与外界接触。
由于已有的密封袋难以排除容置空间中的气体,位于容置空间中的气体随气温增加而体积膨胀时,容易撑开密封袋而造成公、母夹链之间产生缝隙,并使容置空间与外界相连通,收藏食品或物品的功效大打折扣。
为解决上述问题,改良的密封袋预设有一穿孔并于该穿孔周缘装设一气阀,然后食品或物品置入容置空间并以公、母夹链夹设密封袋的开口,随即利用手动或电动抽气装置,例如吸尘器的吸嘴对准袋体的气阀,将袋体内的空气抽出以达到真空状态,进而可确保收纳食品或物品长久保存的效果。
改良的密封袋亦有其缺点,其一,当密封袋容装粉状物时,粉状物易卡于气阀而降低气阀的密封效果与抽气效果;其二,抽气装置虽可减少容置空间中的气体,但难以抽至真空状态,残留的气体仍可能造成公、母夹链之间产生缝隙。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种密封袋及其使用方法,可避免相配合的夹链之间产生缝隙,以达到有效隔绝密封袋内部与外界。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供的一种密封袋包含有:一袋体,具有一容置空间以及一开口连通该容置空间与外界;一第一夹链,设置于该袋体,用以封闭该开口;一第二夹链,设置于该袋体,用以将该容置空间分隔为一第一次空间与一第二次空间,其中该第一次空间位于该第一夹链与该第二夹链之间;一泄气装置,设置于该第一夹链与该第二夹链之间,用以将该第一次空间中的气体导引至外界。
本发明提供的一种密封袋使用方法包含有下列步骤:A.操作该第一夹链封闭该袋体的开口;B.操作该泄气装置使该袋体的容置空间中的气体排出至外界;C.操作该第二夹链以对该容置空间隔绝出该第一次空间与该第二次空间;D.操作该泄气装置以使该第一次空间中的气体排出至外界。
本发明的效果在于:该泄气装置可将该第一次空间中的气体排出,使该第一次空间趋近于真空,而使大气施加于该袋体的外力大于该第二次空间中因为气体膨胀而施于该袋体向外撑开的力,使该第二夹链可始终维持关闭状态。

【具体实施方式】
为能更清楚地说明本发明,兹举二较佳实施例并配合图式详细说明如后。请参图1至图7d所示,为本发明第一较佳实施例的密封袋100,包含有:一容置 装置10与一抽气装置20。
该容置装置10包含:一袋体11,以及设置于该袋体11的一第一夹链12、一第二夹链13与一泄气装置14,其中该袋体11具有一容置空间111以及一连通该容置空间111与外界的开口11a,该开口11a可供物品1置入该容置空间111。
该第一夹链12包含有相配合的一公夹链121与一母夹链122,该第二夹链13包含有相配合的一公夹链131与一母夹链132,该第一夹链12与该第二夹链13皆可受操作以在一开启状态S1与一关闭状态S2间变化,其中该开启状态S1为相配合的公、母夹链121、122、131、132分离;该关闭状态S2为相配合的公、母夹链121、122、131、132相结合。第一夹链12呈关闭状态S2以封闭该开口11a,并隔绝该袋体11内部的容置空间111与外界,且该第二夹链13呈关闭状态S2以使该容置空间111分隔为一第一次空间111a与一第二次空间111b,其中该第一次空间111a位于该第一夹链12与该第二夹链13之间,该第二次空间111b用以容置物品1。该袋体11更具有一穿孔11b,该穿孔位于该第一夹链12与该第二夹链13之间且连通该第一次空间111a。
请见图3与图4所示,该泄气装置14包含有一阀体141与一位于该阀体141内部的止逆件142。该阀体141包括一基座143、一顶盖144与一密封件145,其中该基座143结合于该袋体11的穿孔11b孔缘,且该基座143具有一进气孔143a与该第一次空间111a相连通;该顶盖144结合于该基座143且具有一凸嘴144a,该凸嘴144a设置有一排气孔144b,该排气孔144b连通该阀体141内部与外界;该密封件145设于该基座143与该顶盖144之间,以增加该基座143与该顶盖144结合时的密合度。
该止逆件142为一具有可挠性的薄膜,具有一第一部142a与一第二部142b,其中第一部142a连接于该基座143,该第二部142b可被操控以在一第一位置L1与一第二位置L2之间移动。于该第一位置L1时,该第二部142b覆盖该进气孔143a,以阻断该排气孔144b与第一次空间111a之间的连通(见图3);在该止逆件142位于该第二位置L2时打开该进气孔143a,使该阀体141内部与该第一次空间111a相连通(见图4)。
该抽气装置20包括一气体抽送器21、一导接管22、一遮蔽件23与两个对接管24,其中,该气体抽送器21可被操作以带动气体往特定方向移动,在本实 施例的气体抽送器21以针筒为例,但不以此为限制。
请配合图5所示,该导接管22的两末端各具有一卡制部221,每一卡制部221靠近该导接管22管口的外径为第一长度R1,每一卡制部221远离该导接管22管口的外径为第二长度R2,其中该第一长度R1小于该第二长度R2,且该两个卡制部221之间设有两个凸缘222,该两个凸缘222之间的管壁上设置至少一气孔22a,在本实施例中的气孔22a数量为一个。
请见图6a与图6b所示,该遮蔽件23为具有可挠性的管体,且套设在该导接管22外部且位于两个凸缘222之间,该遮蔽件23可于一第一状态P1与一第二状态P2之间变化,其中,于该第一状态P1时,该遮蔽件23的内壁贴附该导接管22的外表面而遮蔽该气孔22a(见图6a),于该第二状态P2时,该遮蔽件23变形而使得其内壁与该导接管22的外表面之间具有间隙(见图6b)。
请复见图1与图2所示,其中一个对接管24套设于该凸嘴144a与该导接管22的一卡制部221,另一个对接管24套设于该导接管22的另一卡制部221与气体抽送器21。由于每一卡制部221的第一长度R1小于该第二长度R2,因此各对接管24可轻易套设于相对应的卡制部221,又,因对接管24难以套设于导接管22的凸缘222,可达到限制各该对接管24套入该导接管22的长度,进而可避免对接管24遮蔽该气孔22a。
上述为本发明第一较佳实施例的密封袋100的各部构件及相关位置的说明。兹再叙述其使用方式如后。该气体抽送器21受操作而将气体自袋体11内部往该袋体11外部抽出时,该止逆件142自该第一位置L1偏摆至该第二位置L2而打开该进气孔143a,使袋体11内部的气体自该穿孔11b流经该阀体141,并自该排气孔144b流入该对接管24、导接管22与气体抽送器21。由于遮蔽件23具有可挠性,当气体流经该导接管22时,降低遮蔽该气孔22a的该遮蔽件23的内侧压力,而使该遮蔽件23的内壁贴附该导接管22的外表面并封闭该气孔22a,使该导接管22与该遮蔽件23外部的气体不会自该气孔22a流入该导接管22中。
当该气体抽送器21将气体往该袋体11方向推送时,该止逆件142偏摆回该第一位置L1并封闭该进气孔143a,以防止气体回流至该第一次空间111a中。于此同时,气体自导接管22的气孔22a流出而使具有可挠性的遮蔽件23变形而呈第二状态P2,该遮蔽件23内壁与该导接管22的外表面之间形成有间隙,以 使气体排出该导接管22。
藉由操作该气体抽送器21将气体自袋体11内部往该袋体11外部抽出后,再将气体往该袋体11方向推送,即可将抽出袋体11的气体经气孔22a排至外界。
请配合图7a至图7d与图8所示,以下再说明密封袋100的使用步骤:步骤一:将物品1置入该袋体11的容置空间111b后,挤压该袋体11或操作该抽气装置20使该容置空间111内的气体排出至外界(见图7a);步骤二:操作该第一夹链12使该第一夹链12呈关闭状态S2以封闭该袋体11开口11a;步骤三:操作该抽气装置20以将该容置空间111的气体排出至外界(见图7b);步骤四:操作该第二夹链13使该第二夹链13呈关闭状态S2以隔绝出该第一次空间111a与该第二次空间111b,并将该物品1局限于该第二次空间111b中;步骤五:操作该抽气装置20将该第一次空间111a中的气体排出至外界(见图7c),使该第一次空间111a接近真空状态后,即可将套设于该凸嘴144a上的对接管24移除(见图7d)。
执行完上述步骤后,由于该第一次空间111a大致呈真空状态,大气压力对该袋体11所造成的外力F1略等于该第一夹链12、该第二夹链13所围设的面积与大气压力的乘积。因此,即使于该第二次空间111b中仍残存些许气体且该气体可能随气温升高而膨胀,该外力F1仍大于该第二次空间111b中气体膨胀而施于该袋体11向外撑开的力,进而使该第二夹链13维持于该关闭状态S2,强化容置装置10的密封效果。
又因为泄气装置14与物品1分别位于该第一次空间111a与该第二次空间111b,因此即便容置装置10容装粉状物,粉状物亦不会卡入泄气装置14影响其密封与泄气的功能。
在上述第一较佳实施例的袋体11、第一夹链12与第二夹链13的基础之下,泄气装置可以有以下不同的样态。请见图9与图10所示,为本发明第二较佳实施例的泄气装置30,包含一阀体31,以及位于该阀体31内的一止逆件32、一第一弹性件33、一第二弹性件34与薄膜35。
该阀体31包括一基座311、一外罩312、一顶盖313与一密封件316,其中该基座311结合于该袋体11的穿孔11b孔缘,且该基座311具有一进气孔311a,该进气孔311a与该第一次空间111a相连通。该外罩312套设于该基座311外部, 且该外罩312具有一内缩的挡缘312a。
该顶盖313包含有一本体314与一结合于该本体314的抵挡件315,其中该本体314结合于该基座311中,且该本体314与该基座311围设一阀内空间31a;该本体314与该抵挡件315设置有一排气孔313a,该排气孔313a连通该阀内空间31a与外界,其中该本体314设有该排气孔313a的一第一孔段314a,该抵挡件315设置有该排气孔313a的一第二孔段315a,且该第一孔段314a的孔径大于该第二孔段315a的孔径。该本体314具有一凸环314b,其沿着径向朝外形成并抵于该基座311的内壁,该凸环314b凹设有一环槽314c,该密封件316设置该环槽314c中且抵接该基座311与该本体314,以防止气体自该基座311与该本体314间的缝隙流入该阀内空间31a。
该本体314可受操作以在一第三位置L3与一第四位置L4之间移动,于该第三位置L3时(见图9),该本体314的凸环314b抵于外罩312的挡缘312a,而使该本体314不会脱离该基座311;于该第四位置L4时(见图10),该本体314缩入该基座311内部而使该阀内空间31a的体积减少。
该第一弹性件33位于该基座311与该本体314之间,用以顶推该本体314,以使该本体314往该第三位置L3的方向移动。
该止逆件32位于该排气孔313a中,本实施例中的止逆件32为一球体但不以此为限制,且该止逆件32的外径介于该第一孔段314a的孔径与该第二孔段315a的孔径之间。该止逆件32可受操作以在一第一位置L1与一第二位置L2间移动,于第一位置L1时,该止逆件32抵接于该第二孔段315a的孔壁上(见图9);于第二位置L2时,该止逆件32位于该第一孔段314a内且使该排气孔313a连通该阀内空间31a与外界(见图10)。
该本体314具有一凸部314d,该凸部314d位于该第一孔段314a的孔壁上;该第二弹性件34位于该排气孔313a中,且该第二弹性件34两端分别抵于该凸部314d与该止逆件32,用以抵推该止逆件32往该第一位置L1的方向移动。
该薄膜35具有一第一部351与一第二部352,其中第一部351连接于该基座311,该第二部352可受操控以在一第五位置L5与一第六位置L6之间移动。于该第五位置L5时,该第二部352覆盖该进气孔311a(见图9);在薄膜35位于该第六位置L6时,打开该进气孔311a,使该阀内空间31a与该第一次空间111a 相连通(见图10)。
本发明第二较佳实施例的泄气装置30的使用方法如下,操作者仅需施以一外力F2将该顶盖313往该袋体11方向推动并挤压该袋体11(即自该第三位置L3移动至该第四位置L4),于此同时,该袋体11内的气体推动该薄膜35使其偏移至第六位置L6并进入该阀内空间31a,且该顶盖313往该袋体11方向移动使该阀内空间31a内的体积减少,造成该阀内空间31a中的压力增加而产生一推力将该止逆件32自该第一位置L1推往该第二位置L2,气体即可自该排气孔313a流出该阀内空间31a。
当挤压袋体11中的气体所产生的压力下降至一预设压力后,薄膜35即恢复至第五位置L5并封闭该进气孔311a。当然,在上述实施例中,薄膜35可视需求而加入或移除,并不以此为限制。
当该第二弹性件34克服阀内空间31a中的气体抵推该止逆件32的推力后,该第二弹性件34即抵推该止逆件32至该第一位置L1,换言之,当阀内空间31a中的压力低于一预设压力时,该止逆件32即阻断该阀内空间31a与外界连通的通道。操作者移除外力F2后,该第一弹性件33即可推动该本体314至该第三位置L3。
本发明第二较佳实施例的使用方法类似于上述第一较佳实施例密封袋100的使用方法,不同的是:泄气装置30无须与上述的抽气装置20合并使用,藉由操作泄气装置30自该第三位置L3移动至该第四位置L4,即可使该第一次空间111a(以及该第二次空间111b)内的气体排出,达到泄气效果。
以上所述仅为本发明较佳可行实施例而已,凡应用本发明说明书及申请专利范围所做的等效变化,理应包含在本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种密封袋,包含有:
    一袋体,具有一容置空间以及一连通该容置空间与外界的开口;
    一第一夹链,设置于该袋体,用以封闭该开口;
    一第二夹链,设置于该袋体,用以将该容置空间分隔为一第一次空间与一第二次空间,其中该第一次空间位于该第一夹链与该第二夹链之间;
    一泄气装置,设置于该第一夹链与该第二夹链之间,用以将该第一次空间中的气体导引至外界。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的密封袋,其中,该泄气装置包含一阀体与一止逆件,该阀体具有一进气孔与一排气孔,其中,该进气孔连通该第一次空间,该排气孔连通该阀体内部与外界;该止逆件可被操控以在一第一位置与一第二位置之间移动,其中,该止逆件位于该第一位置时阻断该排气孔与该进气孔之间的连通,该止逆件位于该第二位置时打开该排气孔与该进气孔之间的通道。

  14. 如权利要求13所述的密封袋,其中,该遮蔽件为具有可挠性的管体,该遮蔽件套设在该导接管外部,于该第一状态的该遮蔽件的内壁贴附该导接管的外表面,于该第二状态的该遮蔽件变形而使得其内壁与该导接管的外表面之间形成有间隙,以使气体排出。
  15. 一种使用权利要求1所述的密封袋的方法,包含下列步骤:
    A.操作该第一夹链封闭该袋体的开口;
    B.操作该泄气装置使该袋体的容置空间中的气体排出至外界;
    C.操作该第二夹链以对该容置空间隔绝出该第一次空间与该第二次空间;
    D.操作该泄气装置以使该第一次空间中的气体排出至外界。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的密封袋使用方法,其中,在执行步骤A之前,还包含操作该泄气装置使该容置空间中的气体排出。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的密封袋使用方法,其中,在执行步骤A之前,还包含挤压该袋体使该容置空间中的气体排出。
