在本发明的蒸汽洗方法中,洗衣机的蒸汽洗可以利用洗衣机上的加热器来实现。并且,蒸汽洗的程序是根据初始洗涤程序进行配置的,这样可以满足不同衣物的不同护理需求,实现对衣物最合理最优质的护理。具体地,在进行蒸汽洗的过程中,先注入少量的洗涤水,以便加热器在加热洗涤水的过程中,用尽量少的能耗使洗涤水产生蒸汽。然后,再进入初始洗涤程序,如果执行初始洗涤操作之后就达到了衣物所需的洗护标准,则方法直接结束。否则,当满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的要求时,才进行第二次蒸汽洗操作。在采用上述技术方案的情况下,本发明的方法每次都对最少量的水进行加热和产生蒸汽,然后根据洗涤效果再来判断是否进行二次加热和产生蒸汽,避免在衣物不需要大量蒸汽的情况下进行大规模的水加热和蒸汽发生,因此能够最大程度地节约电能。
图1是本发明的洗衣机的蒸汽洗方法的流程示意图;
图2是本发明的洗衣机的蒸汽洗方法的一个具体实施方式的流程示意图。
下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
基于具有加热功能(如通过加热器加热)的洗衣机是可以实现对洗涤桶内的洗涤水进行加热功能的洗衣机,使洗涤水能够达到合适 或者设定的温度。本发明旨在提供一种简易有效的实现蒸汽洗的方法,该方法适用于具有加热功能的洗衣机,并且通过该方法能够在几乎不改变洗衣机结构的前提下,实现洗衣机的蒸汽洗功能。
需要强调的是,本发明具有加热功能的加热器与背景技术中提到的洗衣机的加热装置具有本质的不同。具体而言,本发明只是完整地保留了洗衣机的加热功能,并没有在加热器上集成蒸汽发生装置或者与蒸汽发生装置功能等同的结构。而是通过相应的控制策略,用户通过对控制策略的程序进行设定,实现洗衣机的加热和蒸汽洗的双重功能。下面参照图1对本发明的蒸汽洗方法进行详细说明。加热器可以为电加热器或者磁加热器。需要说明的是,除了使用加热器,洗衣机还可以通过配置其他任意能够实现加热的部件或者模块来实现洗涤水的加热功能。
图1示出本发明的洗衣机的蒸汽洗方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,本发明的蒸汽洗方法包括下列步骤:S110,接收洗衣机的初始洗涤程序;S120,判断是否接收到蒸汽洗指令;S130,如果未接收到蒸汽洗指令,则按照初始洗涤程序执行相应的初始洗涤操作;如果接收到蒸汽洗指令,则基于初始洗涤程序,配置至少一个蒸汽洗程序。其中,洗衣机能够按照蒸汽洗程序执行相应的蒸汽洗操作。
需要说明的是,初始洗涤程序为正常的洗衣程序(也称为标准洗涤程序),如进水量充足的前提下对衣物进行洗涤、漂洗和脱水。作为一种优选,在启动洗衣机后,用户可以针对不同的衣物设定不同的初始洗涤程序。洗衣机能够根据提供的蒸汽洗指令,启动对衣物进行蒸汽洗的反馈。如在洗衣机的操作面板设置有蒸汽洗的功能按钮。在初始洗涤程序设定好后,如果用户未按下操作面板上的蒸汽洗功能按钮,则表明未选择蒸汽洗功能,此时洗衣机直接按照初始洗涤程序进行洗涤。如果用户按下操作面板上的蒸汽洗功能按钮,则表明选择了蒸汽洗功能,此时在执行初始洗涤程序之前,先根据蒸汽洗指令,执行相应的蒸汽洗程序,如可以针对不同的初始洗涤程序配置相应的蒸汽洗程序,蒸汽洗程序主要是用于确定蒸汽洗的运行参数以及启停时间等。这样可以使蒸汽洗的过程中,能够针对不同的衣物选择不同的护理方式,对衣物进行最合理最优质的护理。由于在蒸汽洗的过程中,利用洗衣机的加热器对洗涤桶内的洗涤水进行加热以产生蒸汽,因此省略了单独的蒸汽发生装 置。在此基础上,下面对本发明的蒸汽洗方法中的步骤S130进行详细说明。
在步骤S130中,蒸汽洗程序包括:在初始洗涤操作之前,按照蒸汽洗程序执行第一次蒸汽洗操作。具体而言,如果用户选择了蒸汽洗功能,则基于初始洗涤程序,执行的第一次蒸汽洗操作如下:首先向洗衣机内注入第一设定量的洗涤水;然后,将第一设定量的洗涤水加热至第一设定温度区间,以使洗涤水产生蒸汽;接着使洗衣机运行第一预设时间的蒸汽洗。在运行蒸汽洗的过程中,按照蒸汽洗程序设定的转速和转停比进行洗涤。其中,第一预设时间可以根据具体情形进行设定,如3-5分钟中的任意值,用于保证蒸汽洗的洗涤效果,以达到杀菌和充分瓦解污渍的作用。当然,为了达到更好的洗护效果,还可以将第一次蒸汽洗操作分为多个子阶段,每个子阶段的参数也可以有所差别。通过通过不同的子阶段进行不同的参数设定,进一步提升蒸汽洗的洗护效果。
需要说明的是,上文中的“第一设定量”的洗涤水,是指向洗衣机内注入较少量的水,比如第一设定量为初始洗涤程序中要求的洗涤水的最大水位的1/5-1/4中的任意值。这样一来,加热器能够更容易地将洗涤桶内的水加热产生蒸汽。本实施例中,在选择蒸汽洗后,首先注入第一设定量的洗涤水,然后开始加热至能够产生蒸汽的温度即可。此时,由于洗涤桶内的水量比较少,仅需要将洗涤水加热至第一设定温度(比如50-60℃左右),即可产生蒸汽。这样一来,就可以在不损害衣物的前提下,实现洗衣机的蒸汽洗功能,同时也节约了洗衣机由于产生蒸汽需要的能耗。
在步骤S130中,蒸汽洗程序还包括:在初始洗涤操作之后,按照蒸汽洗程序执行第二次蒸汽洗操作。具体而言,在执行完第一次蒸汽洗操作之后,执行初始洗涤操作,如果执行初始洗涤操作之后就达到了衣物所需的洗护标准,则方法直接结束。否则,判断初始洗涤操作的时间是否满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作,当满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的要求时,才进行第二次蒸汽洗操作。其中,判断初始洗涤操作的时间是否满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的方式可以是:当初始洗涤操作的时间大于设定阈值时,则说明未达到衣物所需的洗护标准,则此时执行第二次蒸汽洗操作。也就是说,通过洗衣机按照初始洗涤程序的洗涤时间可以 判断出衣物是否达到了所需的洗护标准,进而判断是否需要执行第二次蒸汽洗操作。该设定阈值可以根据具体情况进行设定。
执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的步骤为:向洗衣机内注入洗涤水,使洗衣机内的洗涤水达到第二设定量;然后,将第二设定量的洗涤水加热至第二设定温度,以使洗涤水产生蒸汽;再使洗衣机运行第二预设时间的蒸汽洗。其中,“第二设定量”的洗涤水是指在第一洗涤量的基础上,再次向洗衣机内注入少量的水后达到的水量。如第二设定量的洗涤水可以为初始洗涤程序中所要求水量的3/1-1/2中的任意值。此时,由于洗涤桶内的水量依旧较少,仅需要将洗涤水加热至第二设定温度(比如50-60℃左右),即可产生蒸汽。第二设定温度与第一设定温度的可以相同,也可以不相同。
在上述配置的蒸汽洗程序中,针对的某一种衣物通常是具有一定耐高温材质的、且具有蒸汽洗需求的衣物。并且,由于初始洗涤程序的设定是根据衣物的类型进行设定的,而蒸汽洗的程序的配置是基于初始洗涤程序形成的,因此,配置后形成的蒸汽洗程序能够针对不同的衣物进行最合理最优质的护理。在此,本实施例中不再对具体的衣物类型进行说明。
经过两次产生蒸汽的过程后,使洗衣机进入初始洗涤程序,按照初始洗涤程序进行后续的洗涤、漂洗、脱水等一系列洗涤阶段,最终完成整个衣物的洗涤过程。在本实施例中,通过两次蒸汽洗的过程,可以使蒸汽通过分阶段的方式充分地浸透衣物,以达到杀菌和充分瓦解污渍的作用。本领域技术人员还可以根据实际情况设置三次或者更多次的蒸汽洗过程,已获得更好地洗涤效果。
综上所述,在采用上述技术方案的情况下,本发明的方法每次都对最少量的水进行加热和产生蒸汽,然后根据洗涤效果再来判断是否进行二次加热和产生蒸汽,避免在衣物不需要大量蒸汽的情况下进行大规模的水加热和蒸汽发生,因此能够最大程度地节约电能。
下面结合图2,介绍一种本发明的蒸汽洗方法的具体实施例。
如图2所示,首先选择洗涤程序,是否选择蒸汽洗功能,如果否,则直接进入选择的标准洗涤程序;如果是,则向洗涤桶内注入洗涤水到达A水位后,利用加热器进行加热,并判断是否加热到温度X(X为能够使A水位的洗涤水产生蒸汽的温度)。如果是,按照蒸汽洗设定 的转速和转停比进行洗涤,如果否,则继续加热,直至加热到温度X后,再按照蒸汽洗设定的转速和转停比进行洗涤。运行一定时间(如5分钟)后,按照已选择的标准洗涤程序设定的转速和转停比运行,并判断运行时间T(如3-5分钟)是否达到再次进行蒸汽洗的要求。具体地,标准洗涤程序能够根据检测相关的参数状态(如洗涤水的洁净度)来判断是否达到衣物所需的洗护标准,在已经达到衣物洗护标准的情形下,则方法直接结束,当洗涤时间T满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的要求时(即未达到衣物所需的洗护标准),则进行第二次蒸汽洗操作。如可以将洗涤水进水到B水位,并判断是否加热到温度Y(Y为能够使B水位的洗涤水产生蒸汽的温度);如果否,则继续洗涤,直至时间T满足要求后(即在运行至时间T后衣物仍未洗涤干净),进水到B水位,并判断是否加热到温度Y。如果加热到温度Y,则按照蒸汽洗设定的转速和转停比进行洗涤,如果未加热到温度Y,则继续加热,直至加热到温度Y后,再按照蒸汽洗设定的转速和转停比进行洗涤。运行一定时间(如5分钟)后,如果仍需进入选择的标准洗涤程序,按照选择的标准洗涤程序进行后续的洗涤、漂洗、脱水等操作,直至完成整个洗衣的过程。由于每次都对最少量的水进行加热和产生蒸汽,然后根据洗涤效果再来判断是否进行二次加热和产生蒸汽,避免在衣物不需要大量蒸汽的情况下进行大规模的水加热和蒸汽发生,因此能够最大程度地节约电能。
此外,本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,该洗衣机具有能够对洗涤水进行加热的加热部,以及该洗衣机还包括控制单元。其中控制单元用于执行上述实施例中的蒸汽洗方法。
需要说明的是,控制单元可以设置成洗衣机的一个功能模块,也可以设置成专用模块,并且在物理形式上既可以与其他装置或设备集成,也可以单独设置。这些方面的改变和调整都不偏离本发明的基本原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,所述蒸汽洗方法包括下列步骤:接收洗衣机的初始洗涤程序;判断是否接收到蒸汽洗指令;如果未接收到蒸汽洗指令,则按照所述初始洗涤程序执行相应的初始洗涤操作;如果接收到蒸汽洗指令,则基于所述初始洗涤程序,配置至少一个蒸汽洗程序;其中,所述洗衣机能够按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行相应的蒸汽洗操作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个蒸汽洗程序包括:在所述初始洗涤操作之前,按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行第一次蒸汽洗操作。
- 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,“按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行第一次蒸汽洗操作”的步骤具体包括:向洗衣机内注入第一设定量的洗涤水;将所述第一设定量的洗涤水加热至第一设定温度,以使洗涤水产生蒸汽;使洗衣机运行第一预设时间的蒸汽洗。
- 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,所述蒸汽洗方法还包括:在执行第一次蒸汽洗操作之后,执行所述初始洗涤操作。
- 根据权利要求4所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个蒸汽洗程序还包括:在所述初始洗涤操作之后,按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行第二次蒸汽洗操作。
- 根据权利要求5所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,“按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行第二次蒸汽洗操作”的步骤具体包括:判断所述初始洗涤操作的时间是否满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的要求;在所述初始洗涤操作的时间满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的情形下,按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行第二次蒸汽洗操作。
- 根据权利要求6所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,“判断所述初始洗涤操作的时间是否满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作”的步骤具体包括:判断所述初始洗涤操作的时间是否大于设定阈值;在所述初始洗涤操作的时间大于设定阈值的情形下,则所述初始洗涤操作的时间满足执行第二次蒸汽洗操作的要求。
- 根据权利要求6所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,“按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行第二次蒸汽洗操作”的步骤具体包括:使洗衣机内的洗涤水达到第二设定量;将所述第二设定量的洗涤水加热至第二设定温度,以使洗涤水产生蒸汽;使洗衣机运行第二预设时间的蒸汽洗。
- 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽洗方法,其特征在于,“所述洗衣机能够按照所述蒸汽洗程序执行相应的蒸汽洗操作”具体是指:所述洗衣机能够按照所述蒸汽洗程序设定的转速和转停比运行蒸汽洗操作。
- 一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机具有能够对洗涤水进行加热的加热部,其特征在于,所述洗衣机还包括控制单元,所述控制单元用于执行权利要求1-9中任一项所述的蒸汽洗方法。
